Every time I send an SMS to abroads (not IN abroads), I get a notification text from ID that it costs extra. Ok, I get it, it costs extra, enough already!Is there any way to stop these? I tried customer service chat but they just said that they can’t do anything, sorry about that. I didn’t find anything in the account settings that looks like it should work.

I'm keen on getting a new Samsung s24 ultra.There are few offers included. Among those is the £125 trade in (regardless status?).The T&C says this include non working devices. Mine got a damaged screen not allowing a section to be visible, but apart from that abs cosmetic damages, it is working alright.When I select the device to include in the trade in section. It wouldn't allow me to select "damaged", so I can't request the trade?Even if I don't get anything for the device itself, I should still be able to apply for the £125 promotion, right ?  

Can I add a second phone to my existing account?id rather not get a second email address just to be able to log in!

Hi!  If there is a live agent for id moblie available to assist, I’d be extremely grateful! The past few days I have had no moblie data, signal or unable to make/receive phone calls. I have spent all day trying to figure out who to contact to help me with this, and it’s proving extremely difficult and frustrating! I desperately need my SIM to start working properly again as it’s critical to my job. please help!! I have tried restarting my phone multiple times already…TIA

Hi, I have provided my PAC number and am supposed to be ported to ID tomorrow (13th Feb). Having put the new sim in a spare phone it shows No Sim. Tried 3 other handsets still No Sim. I googled and have seen the chaos that’s been ensuing this weekend and I now want to change my mind!The customer service seems atrocious and I was only coming to ID for the roaming. I can’t be on such an unreliable network as I need my phone for my job. How do I cancel the porting and stay with my current provider for now?LIVE CHAT doesn’t work 😡 and I really can’t find any way of contacting customer service. All my order emails etc are No reply addresses so I have no idea of what to do!Thanks to anyone that has a solution or maybe an agent can contact me URGENTLY.    

I’m trying to submit my PAC to bring my old number to IDMobile. I keep getting an error saying “Something went wrong!” which isn’t particularly useful. I’ve seen several other posts saying the same thing, but none of the answers work for me. I’ve tried over a couple of days and the number hasn’t moved over, so I’m guessing it hasn’t gone through at any stage.I’ve created an online account and tried from there, but no difference. There’s no online chat or anything available that I can see, so here I am.

Hi I received my phone and sim and entered the pac code before ordering the phone  however the number hasn't moved  I have not recieved a welcome email yet to get a transaction number so that I can move my number when am I likely to receive this 

I wantb to subsribe to ID Mobile. I have been asked to enter my email address and then confirm it which I have done. When I hit the Confirm button it takes men back to the email page and the Confirm Email is highlighted in red. I have entered it correctly. What is the problem?

What is going on with ID? Every time i dial a number it cuts off after a few seconds. Every week there is a problem with this network where I cannot either make or receive calls. It is unacceptable and becoming impossible to conduct a business using my ID phone account. 

I cannot make calls as it says I have not network registered.  This is untrue as only moments before I was making calls.

This is the 3rd maybe 4th time in the last few days.  I think it's time to change providers.  

Hi I’ve been trying for 2 days now to enter my pac code and the other details, it’s telling me there is an issue with the information I have submitted.  I didn’t set up to switch when I applied for id mobile, I’ve done everything correct! I am uncertain as to when I took out my pay monthly ID contract which for £38 per month, however it came with unlimited minutes, unlimited data, and a Google pixel 7 pro. I am unsure if I have payed off this handset and if I own the phone. Can you advise how I would find out this information?

How long should it take? Submitted it on Wednesday and today is Friday. Something has happened because the old network has been cut off. I now have two phones with no connection whatsoever. How long until ID is activated?

I can’t work out my total data usage each monthLooking at monthly bills, it looks like this is broken down in days (?)what makes things even more difficult - when trying to see my bills for each month most bills are not possible to read. How can my friend who is 70+ get a SIM only deal. he as no pc or internet at all I can see a great offer for him via my app .£6 for 8gb data  unlimited mins and text 30 day contract but how can he get that deal any ideas please. he as been in Currys but it's only 5gb data but yet on cardfone warehouse website it's 8gb  for £6 ta .

Am looking at taking a handset+tariff contract with ID Mobile (through the Carphone Warehouse) and wanted to know that if I sign it today (10 Feb) am I still liable for my first increase along CPI in April 2024 or April 2025?Have seen conflicting reports from different retailers.
