I received SIM card, however like all of the new users without the phone number.So I checked how to find the phone number, I have put the card in the phone. Nothing there, checked many times in the settings, following what other users did.And can’t phone my other number… because I have no credits… and how I can top-up if I do not know the phone number? 😡😡😡

Hello everybody! I've been with iD Mobile almost a year and I'm looking to buy a phone for myself. However I was looking for a phone from the upgrades section, they haven't got the one I was looking for which is the S24 Ultra.  I went through the deals and saw the phone I’ve mentioned but thinking can I buy this phone even though I'm with iD Mobile? Like can I still buy the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with the same account? Thank you everyone and hope to hear from you soon. 

Hi, I got a new ID mobile sim only sim about a month ago. I live in Oxford, UK. This network seems extremely unreliable for mobile data - often having no connection at all on 3g/4g/5g. I know the network was down 10/2/24, I have problems other times as well. For example on 17/2/24 I had no mobile internet most of the day, right now at work I have no mobile internet either. I’ve tried putting the sim in different handsets, restarting the phone and resetting the data connection.Any help much appreciated

My old SIM went faulty and I have a new SIM.I've forgotten acct login details and the only reset option is for id to send me a security code. I can't receive the code because the new SIM is not registered.How do I break this stupid loop.Thanks

hi, how much will i be charged if i leave ID mobile 3 days after my new month starts? e.g. i have a rolling monthly plan (i.e. no fixed contract) and my monthly charge is £5. what happens if i only leave ID mobile 3 days after the new month starts (i.e. when my old no is ported over to the new network). thanks 

Hi, I've referred a friend and they've paid 3 bills but I've not received the gift. They had the same problem and have now had £15 credit applied to their account. Can someone help please? 

i have recently joined id mobile and i have sent my PAC number over so i am able to keep my number but its been nearly a week since i did that and i cannot ring or message anyone or receive messages and calls i have no service aslwell so something is wrong. i also cannot register for the mobile app as the security code thats gets sent to your number doesn’t come through as my number seems to not work i have job interviews in waiting to hear from and i need to ring dvla to tax my car before tomorrow and i cannot do any of those things because my phone number isn’t working. Please sort this immediately!

I paid my bill on Friday morning, and I’ve realised this evening, that my services still haven’t been reinstated. I’ve been using WiFi at home, so hadn’t noticed.It has definitely left my account, but it doesn’t appear in the app. I paid it via the app, so don’t understand it. Can anyone advise what to do, please? The helpline isn’t open, and the chat just comes back with nonsense. thanks

I have tried on several times to transfer my number across without success, this is supposed to be a easy process and have never had this much trouble with any other provider

I have just signed up for a sim only contract for my son. In the application I put my phone number as a contact but am just worried now that it will be my number that gets kept when I add the PAC code. My son wants to keep his number 

I have tried switching my number from Vodafone and have come up with an error message saying "something went wrong". I haven't used my PAC code before. It's still within it's expiry date. My transaction code (which begins with a 4) seems to be right. All the details are correct to be honest. Can anyone help me work out how to switch to my previous number? Can I request a new PAC code? 

I use an iD mobile sim in an android phone tethered via USB to an Asus router for my home Internet connection. I've been using a Samsung Galaxy S9 for the past few months with no issues. However, I got a Galaxy A22 5G on Tuesday and swapped the sim into this phone, and connected this to my router. The A22 had been factory reset, and had a firmware update via WiFi before putting the sim in. It had a "Configuration settings" update message not long after the sim went in, and I'd connected it to the router. After this, none of the phones connected to my WiFi get push notifications until the phone WiFi is turned off, and mobile data is used (all on iD mobile too). I've swapped the sim back into the S9, and connected this to the router again, but still no push notifications. Any thoughts???

Hello all yes It's me yet again I've been under the weather and aware of issues on IDMobile. As of today Monday 19th February 2024 I'm unable to make calls.When I make a call I'll get all the regular announcements broadcast from, The number is not recognised, You've dialed an invalid number etc etc.Since the real major outage a few weeks ago I've had limited services as I may not have fast data speed to no data or call. While in Colchester early today I had lost the ability to make calls. Back in North London Barnet and Enfield I'm also unable to make calls and it's now 4.30 PM. I did manage to make two calls to two different networks but it has since gone back to unable to make calls.Sunday afternoon I had slow 4G speed and at some point it reverted back to max 5G.Past week and again today I checked network status. Always states Our system hasn't reported any network issues like wise with Three 😉.At least I have my mobile data 😇 for now

I want to keep my existing SIM only contract with idmobile but buy a new phone outright. Can I just put my old SIM card in the new phone to keep my number without the need for a pac code etc. Does the new phone need to be unlocked when I buy it?

I'm trying to submit the form online to switch over my old number. I've inputted the details correctly, and haven't used this PAC code before. I didnt give this over at the time of purchasing the ID SIM . What do I need to do to get it to work? I keep getting the same error message that my details have been inputted wrong.I'm putting my last name in capital letters and the transaction code is correct. 

My id Mobile's Data Roaming not working in EU.  I have had 4 long live chats but to no avail.  Calls and SMS working just fine.  Tried my wife)'s id mobile sim on my phone and data roaming works fine.  My sim in my wife's phone doesnot work. So there is nothing wrong with my device.  Checked and double checked Data Roaming is ticked on both in my device and id mobile app.  Did reset network settings.  Compared APN and everything looks ok.  On my phone it does show 4G on the top line but does not open apny web page.  It says No Internet Connection whilst 4G showing on the top line.  Strange but true. ID Mobile is not able to sort it out either.  I wonder whether someone has experienced a similar problem.  Any help would be grately appreciated.  Thanks.  Drew

I purchased a refurbished phone on a contract, labelled ‘excellent’ condition. When the phone arrived it was clear the screen sensitivity was getting worse by the day, so I exchanged the phone for a replacement, within a fortnight. The phone they sent as the replacement is now also faulty, with the same screen sensitivity issue. It jumps around the place and is impossible to use. Do I give up, and pay for a screen repair with someone on the high street, or go back to them and complain? It was SUCH a faff being without a phone for the exchange period, but I’m paying for a product that’s broken...

I’ve got a new account with ID mobile.When I put the SIM into my phone it says No SIM avaialable.I’ve tried another phone and it says Invalid SIM.Both handsets are unlocked.I’ve cleaned the SIM and put the phone in airplane mode for 30 seconds and also turned the handset off and on again.  I think I’ve got a SIM that isn’t working - can you send me a new one please?

I haven’t had a signal since last Friday across multiple different counties between Gloucestershire and Coventry. What is happening?! I can’t make any calls when not on WiFi which has caused me a lot of stress, especially on my regular long journeys knowing im unable to contact the emergency or breakdown services! I’ve reset my network settings 3 times to no avail. I’m incredibly annoyed at the lack of communication. I’m not happy paying the ridiculous prices phone companies expect these days, ID included, if I can’t even use the bloody thing! If this continues, I will file a complaint and seek to terminate my contract.
