I can choose to upgrade my plan now ( contract due in just under 2 months) and get a new phone, but is it possible to upgrade early to a sim only plan?

I’m thinking of starting a new contract now (February 2024) would the April price increase apply this year? The T&Cs are a bit confusing, and this page https://www.idmobile.co.uk/cpi hasn’t been updated for 2024.

Hi. This post is intended as a request for assistance from a member of iD Mobile staff. I have a SIM-Only plan on iD which I obtained from a retailer via a cashback deal. To get the cashback, every so often I must submit a copy of my iD Mobile bill, the details of which need to match those which the retailer holds on file. The issue I have is that my latest (January 2024) bill has an error on it, which is likely to mean my cashback claim will be rejected by the retailer. My plan includes unlimited minutes, unlimited texts, and unlimited data. The first three bills I received for this plan (October 2023, November 2023, and December 2023) all showed these allowances correctly. However, on my January 2024 bill the minutes and texts allowances both show as unlimited, but my data allowance is shown as zero MB! There has been no change to my plan; my iD Dashboard still shows an unlimited data allowance, and I am still able to use data via the associated SIM. I am asking if it can be arranged

I want to view my data usage history over the past few months but am unable to view previous pdf bills like many others due to ongoing issuing with opening these bills. How else can I do this?

It's the 3rd February 2024 at 8.35am and this has happened to me yet again on this forum.Whilst replying to a message after typing up my reply and pressing the send button a error message pops up  saying something has gone wrong and the message has not been sent. If I remember correctly the whole error message was in red text. This had happened before and I thought nothing of it. Be it a new thread where no one as replied yet, it doesn't matter also on the length of my message the same things has happened. I've just typed up a full in depth reply to a member only for it not to be sent with this flagged up error message appearing after I've pressed the send button. I encountered this about a week ago and it happened maybe 3 times at different intervals.

I am very unhappy with service from ID and unhappy with the service from live chat. DPD have said my address does not exist on their system as they cannot make delivery to me of the iphone and SIM card I ordered with ID. They told me they cannot change my delivery address and cannot cancel my order as it has to go through the Currys dashboard. I spoke to several ID Advisors that all gave different information. Some of the conflicting info I received was: One Advisor said cannot change address through ID without cancelling whole order. They said would ask Currys to cancel order, go to Currys to get blank SIM and when you get phone back at warehouse you will port my number to pay as you go contract, cancel everything and get refund of fees. Another said the above Advisor was not correct and to ask DPD if they can change the delivery address. Went to DPD they still said cannot cancel or change delivery address. Went back to ID advisor this one said 1st Advisor was correct and they told me

You are not subscribed to a mobile data service. I have turned on roaming on ID mobile appi have turned on roaming on phone I have turned off auto mobile selection and selected network provider as per ID mobile help centre guide.i have turned mobile off and back on .       

Hi so I've gone and upgraded my phone plan to the Samsung s24 on the 25/01 and received my confirmation email, order number and a recipe and then another email a day later on the 26/01 saying my order is still being processed, also a payment has come out of my bank , its now the 03/02 and been over a week and i have not got the phone or heard anything about it and my id account hasn't changed and is still saying my old phone contract and still giving my the option to upgrade when i already have, could i please get an update on what is going on     

Hi, I’ve lost my phone no for two of my accounts and can’t sign in to my accounts I wanna see my upgrade options. 

I am able to read my invoices up to and Incl Nov 23 on my iPhone via the app and safari. however Dec 23 and Jan 24 are not.  what’s the fix? I can open old bills I’ve never opened before but not the last 2 months….  When will this be fixed? Poor customer service.   

Contract ended a month ago. Just paid a bill though and thought that the contract would just renew but my data and calls are not working even though I’ve paid 

Having issues keep getting disconnected from the od mobile network and unable to access Wi-Fi or mobile data.  Internet doesn't work and unable to send messages or make calls 

I have spent 3 hrs trying to get to speak or live chat to someone. I need a transaction ID to transfer my number but don’t have one. It will not allow me to do it in my services without one. How do I get one. I can’t find welcome email etc so no good suggesting that. I am just about ready to cancel contract. Never known a company where you cannot speak to someone

I have to flight out to Europe in a few days, my contract ended in the 5th of January but I had forgotten about this and still paid £10 to ID mobile, thinking my data and calls will just renew as normal, but it didn’t. I want to keep my contract with ID how do I do this? And I either needed to be refunded the money or the contract needs to be renewed. I find the ID app very confusing to read and don’t understand how things work with this network

OK I'm London most of the time and I still have dropped calls regularly. I first reported on here about that issue about Services to this number are not allowed etc and  all calls were regular mobile numbers. Since then the members on here and administration team have posted about such problems and no updates from 17/ 18 January 2024.So once again I have excellent coverage and I have at least 10 device I've tested my sim card in and same problem all over as I travel all over the UK.I just want to find out how so many people on ID are experiencing the same problem and and there's no regular updates. Also the issue with the voicemail embedded number in the sim card where you can't edit the number to the correct voicemail number of +447782333123 so you can use the voicemail shortcut on your keypad (1). Instead the number is +447782333129 which doesn't allow you to connect to voicemail using the voicemail shortcut, remarks like you can dial 123 or +447782333123 from your phone from admin s
