Hi, I preordered the S24u as I was due an upgrade but I've received no dates as to when I will be expecting it?

I see there is no mention of available RAM on the phones listed on the upgrade section? I’m looking for the Moto G84 5G. Its listed as 256GB Flash, but it doesn’t specify if it is the variant with 8 or 12GB RAM. Anyone know where I can find this info?

So I got a phone from you and transferred my old number over. I had a text saying the transfer was complete and everything else works except incoming calls. They still go to my old phone not the new one 

Hi I'm due to trave to turkey on Monday and I am expecting a very important call. I know I will get charged and I don't mind this but my cap is set to £50 and it will take more than this. Is there any way to remove the cap completely or anything I can do in this situation to make sure I can receive the call?

With the recent introduction of the iPhone 15. Does this mean that ID mobile are now using eSims?  

Since porting my number (from Lebara) on a new Iphone 15  I can no longer receive incoming calls, calls out are fine.  It was fine when bought with the previous ID modile number, it has been like this for weeks online chat is useless and I’ve been waiting days for a call from Tech support (I don’t think it is coming). The chat queue was 284 minutes until I got the message ‘Our Agents are not available. Please try again later’. From what I read it is a partial port please can someone help as this is getting a bit ridiculous

Hi,A few years back I brought a flip 3 for my partner as a present from direct from Currys.  Within 6 months a crack formed in the crease. This was return and sorted, but sadly within about 9 months the same happened again.  As my partner really likes the phone I decided to buy the Flip 4 from ID Mobile as an upgrade hoping this issue might have been fixed by Samsung with the 4th iteration of the flip.  Sadly not and  8 month on the screen has issues again and bubbles forming on the protective film.1st question is how do I get this issues resolved and 2nd question is, my partner has lost faith in the Galaxy Flip and wants to know if this can be swapped for another non Flip/Fold Samsung phone with yourselves as she is really happy with the ID Mobile service. Many thanksJohn 

Hello, My iPhone will not connect to mobile data; wherever I am, it says 'No Service'. This issue started about a month and a half ago.Since then, I have tried:Taking the SIM card in and out. Replacing the SIM card with a new one that you sent me, and activating it. Reseting the network settings on my iPhone. Turning Airplane Mode on and off. Restarting my phone. Turning off automatic network selection and selecting the iD network. I went to the Apple Store and they had a look, and confirmed that it was not an issue with the phone itself; all of the hardware and software tests proved fine. They tried my SIM card in another phone and it didn’t work. They tried another SIM card in my phone and it worked fine. The iD coverage checker said I had good coverage (and my other family members on iD have signal). My bills are paid. I have plenty of data left.Nothing has worked. Hi - I have had a problem sending a message to a new contact.  I hit send and a message appears “Can’t send message with ID - error 0.  I have tried numerous times, both at home and away from home and still get the same message.  I created a new contact for a number with the prefix 07545 and also re-entered the details using 44…….. rather than 0.  I can send messages to already created contacts.  I’ve also re-started the phone. The only clue is that I have had a new phone (Samsung)since last September and as I tend to use WhatsApp a lot don’t think I’ve created any new contacts using the old phone (Nokia).  I can see others have raised this issue and been given some advice but I’m not sure where to find the solution suggested.  I’d appreciate your help, thanks.

Hi Swapped to iD mobile bringing my old number from giffgaff. (also new phone iPhone 12 to 15)Message received 11 am Monday 25th saying all swapped over.Since then I can call and text out okBut can’t receive calls or texts (plus won't connect my original number back to iMessage or FaceTime)I have turned off and on, reset network, turned off/on iMessage and FaceTime! Done full back up and re downloaded whole phone! Reboots and still not workingAnyone that can see information on the Port process and any issues from that side of things…Only other answer I see is wait 72 hours and it may sort itself.Its been ridiculous because I’ve missed doctors phone calls and can’t set anything up as everything needs to send a code to your mobile (which obviously isn’t receiving)Old/ interim number that came with the sim no longer works Basically just need to see if the Port has been completed properly but who or how can I get this looked at??Thanks  

My bills are illegible. There must be a fault with the ID system. I’ve only just took a contract out with ID, and my first two bills are just a load of symbols? Not a good start…

A friend who has/had an Idmobile a/c changed to a sim only deal.(with ID mobile). Because he never followed the correct procedure he has been advised he cannot transfer his old phone number to the new sim. To me it’s seems a bit strange as ID mobile owns both phone numbers. Could someone comment and is it possible to talk to someone on the phone rather than online chat. (I think his old phone a/c has been cancelled ,but guess this could be reinstated ?)To add to his problems he cannot login to his gmail a/c as it requires 2 step verification using his old phone number (he decided to change  his password)

I’ve been experiencing this issue for the last 24 hours.  It’s proving very difficult as I am trying to get through to the doctors for my father and have to hold for a long time and get cut off before I get to speak with them.  I have powered down my phone, but don’t know if it’s going to change anything.  From what others who have reported this problem have said, it won’t.What is the solution please? 

Hi, I bought id mobile with iphone 15 in November. At that time it was told that my old number will be transferred to this sim but still it hasn’t been transferred. Last month I paid for both. Could you transfer this asap?and how can we talk with anyone of you?

My contracts just ran out the other day and I was waiting for the s24u to drop and I don't see any options for me to pre-order, when I login to my account I get taken to the upgrades page where the s24u isn't listed. The only option I get is to pre-order the phone as a new customer.I don't want to miss the free memory upgrade. 

I have increased my cap limit to 10£, but still I cant’ make any international calls to European country, still it is saying increase the cap limit. how can I make international calls.

Hi im trying to text a premium number and its not allowing me iv spoken on live chat an they said they had sorted it and i can text premium numbers within an hour but its still not working iv tried 3 times now and been charged 15p each time this isnt right surely?

Hi ive been trying to text a premium rate number with no luck i contacted customer services yesterday they assured me it would work within one hour but still not working iv tried 5 times and been charged 15p each time iv spoken to them again today and have to wait for a call back from technical team i was wondering is there a quick fix around this? Also il be lucky if they can even ring me because i have no signal most of the time no 5g calls keep tellin me im not allowed to call that number during call i have never had such terrible service in my entire life just disgusting im goin ofcom also the ombnusman!

Hi i have no 5g yet again no phone signal either iv had a month or so of this happening iv missed some realy important calls will i be compensated on my bill for lack of service?

I cancelled my contract 3 months ago but I am still getting emails from ID community. I can no longer access my old account via the app. I have tried the chat line and phoning the complaints number but I am still receiving these annoying emails. Can anyone advise how to get them stopped, I can receive in excess of 15 every day!

I have just joined ID Mobile.I have got a 24 months contract and want to claim the offer of Ear-buds,Disney TV and £100 cashback.Because i didn’t buy it and have got a contract instead. How can i claim the offer,when it asks how much i paid for the phone?
