Hi I've ordered a ID mobile SIM to today via mobiles.co.uk looking at the documentation they sent one of them got information on the id mobile plan.This part got my attention:Speed of the internet service and remediesOur estimated maximum 4G download and upload speed:Download: Up to 70 Mbps | Upload: Up to 22 MbpsOur estimated maximum 5G download and upload speed:Download: Up to 597 Mbps | Upload: Up to 50 MbpsJust wondering is that just a guide of 4G/5G  speeds or is ID mobile speed limited to them speed eg 70Mbps on 4G since Three in my area exceeds both of them numbers on 4/5G. If it just for guide I take ID mobile got no speed limits and it's as fast as the network in the area can do.

My Sim has stopped working.  How do I get a replacement one as the Chat function on the website is not working and I cannot create an account as I cannot use the phone number with no functioning Sim. 

My contract has come to an end and i have upgraded to SIM only but my next payment is for a full months payment , as i have already paid 24 full months why would this happen if i have upgraded to £8 a month sim only ?

i've had this phone since october and already wanting to upgrade, so i have to wait the 24 months before upgrading or can i upgrade now ? 

I have locked my SIM by mistake and need a PUK2 code to unlock it. When I posed this question to the live chat it simply states contact iD Mobiles agents, but who are iD Mobile's agents and how do I contact them to get a PUK2 code? Thanks.

iMessage activation unsuccessful. Been receiving this message now since porting my sim from EE. Number transferred over on the 9th November but has not resolved the issue. I have toggled iMessage off multiple times, reset network settings multiple times and also updated and restarted my phone multiple times to no prevail. Please point me in the right direction otherwise I will have to cancel my contract as still within the 30 days.  Many thanks 

Little or no 4g coverage for past 3 weeks, on 3 network status checker this message comes up“We're working on fixing an issue in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing.”Thats fine, but 3 weeks? Can ID not get a bit more information from 3 as to when this issue might be resolved?

Hello! I really really need help… firstly I work in IT so I’m pretty clued in with how to sort these things usually, fixed many a family members phone etc… I recently took out a new contract with iD with the plan of double porting my number out to another network and back in to the new contract… I got my new 15 Pro Max in the post yesterday (the day after all the network outages with Three/ID in the UK) and basically, I've had nothing but issues activating iMessage. It was working absolutely fine on my old phone, until I swapped the SIM card into the new one, suddenly I’m getting “iMessage Activation - An error occurred during activation. Try again.” No amount of flipping the switch on and off makes any difference. I’ve troubleshooted with Apple, ID customer service, Live Chat, in store at Curry's, I’ve restored my phone to factory settings- even got a new SIM card from Curry's and swapped onto that! you name it, I’ve done it. iMessage won’t activate on either phone, with my old number

What options are available for customers facing financial difficulties, like unemployment, to manage their mobile contracts more affordably? Are there specific policies or support systems in place at iD Mobile for such situations?

I have ordered oppo find x5 will I find out my imei number before the offer expires as that was my main reason for choosing a contract with I'd as a provider 

I am looking at switching myself and my wife over to ID Mobile. I have a sim free Sony Xperia 5III (O2 sim card), my wife has a sim free Sony Xperia 5IV (Vodafone sim card).Whilst my phone has VoLTE enabled and working, Vodafone are disabling the feature on my wife's phone (my sim card works in her phone, VoLTE appears in the settings).Would both phones get VoLTE if we switch to ID Mobile sim cards? 

I am going travelling for a few months and would like to suspend my ID mobile account during this time and then reactivate with the same number when I'm back. Can I do this? I have a rolling 1 month contract.

I have two lines for my kids.Kid A:  data working fineKid B. data doesn’t work even when sim card put in another phone including the original phone belonging to Kid A in which his data workedAny idea what the problem could be. My contract gives me 80GB data and hence 30GB data when in France.To qualify for data in France do I have to have used it in the UK? I don’t use much data in the UK as I am mostly on WiFi but I will want to use it in France.

How do I get an extra sim on my account? 

I have upgrade my SIM only plan, but i supposed to receive a new SIM with new number, new account number and new billing details and date and everything, but I need to keep my old number with new plan. When i check my ID mobile account, there is no change in plan still it shows old plan only. I am worried that, will they charge me twice for two separate SIMs.What should I do to keep my old number with new plan? 

Hi can anyone please advise, I have 2 outstanding id mobile bills to pay, I can't log in as the accounts are closed, these outstanding payments are affecting my credit rating. My phone will not connect to network and when I try calling the number from another phone the call is refused and I get a message to say the number is invalid

Hi, I wasn’t able to access my iD account because my details weren’t recognised. This meant I couldn’t upgrade my SIM contract, so I have ordered a new SIM instead.However, I am now a bit concerned that I am not going to be able to transfer my old iD number across to this new iD SIM.Please could you advise? Many thanks

I need to pay my final bill and cancel my contract but every time I ring any ID contact number, it says that the number is no longer ‘in use’ and so I cannot pay and cancel. Why do none of the contact numbers work and I cannot use livechat ?

Hi I have been trying to port two numbers across using pac codes for the last few days and it keeps saying something went wrong! I've checked and triple checked the details I have entered are correct tried on multiple devices and still no joy. Is there something wrong at ID mobile end can not get hold of anyone to help we didn't have this trouble last time we switched to this network any help would be appreciated
