Hello i am unable to register my account and therefore get access to the app. I have been a member before which might be confusing the system. please can you reset my account and allow me to create a new account for my new sim Thanks

I don't have any 5g coverage on my mobile, even though I do with other networks. This is very poor

After I lost my Sim card I contacted ID customer service and they advise me to get a new replacement and its what I did .after 4 h it didn't activate.contcted the customer service again nd tried all they asked me to do but still not activated. They Advice me again to get new sim card and what I did but still not activated after 5 days . They said because I activated one before they couldn't active another one ,here I am woth no Internet no calls ,I use my phone for work and contact my family .Everytime I contact the customer service the only response I get is there is no update.I am really thinking of leaving ID with all this hassles .

Hi.I’m wondering if someone can help me, I took out a contract in Q2 of 2023, and noticed that iD is reporting to experian and equifax. I know some companies don’t report to one of the big three agencies. Does iD Mobile report to transunion as my report their is blank of any contract. (I don’t know if it will help, but both experian and equifax has reported 8 payments).Edit: I should have noted that I use CheckmyFile and Transunion directly to check this, both are blank.

I am considering upgrading to the Samsung Galaxy A54 and when looking at the prices for plans I noticed that two price options are available for each set of allowances (See attached picture). I was wondering what the different prices are for. Is it for different RAM options, or other options within the device?If anyone is able to help that would be great.

Hello, I keep getting cut off calling people with the following message:Sorry your calls are not allowed to call this number.Something along those words.Can someone please help?

My phone keeps cutting off, stating the above error message. It happens at various stages throughout a call and to differenttypes of numbers. 

I was on the phone to my bank when the call suddenly ended with it saying “service does not allow access to this number” it was a free number to call so was not premium I need this matter resolved

HelloI’ve had a couple of issues where I’ve been cut off mid call with this message “Sorry, your service does not allow access to this number”. It happened once a few months ago when I was speaking to an emergency helpline (really not great) and it just happened again today and I was talking to a government agency (also not great timing). The only thing I can think of is I think they were both 0800 numbers. Is there an issue or setting around 0800 numbers in my account? I can see the other people have also had similar issues.

I'm receiving this message when dialling 0300 numbers. Never had it before. Looks like it was an issue 3 years ago. Calls are being cut off after 2-4 mins.Can this be fixed as it's really important. Anyone else experiencing this?

Just as the title suggests, any incoming calls come through as unknown.Call history only shows the names of callers when I call them. I've tried WiFi calling as a previous post suggested but that hasn't helped. Any help would be most appreciated!

Hi there, Trying to ring my doctors and half way through call told service doesn't not include access to this number and curs me off! I have no landlines and no way of getting hold of my doctor. Please urgently resolve.

I keep getting cut off from calls after a couple of minutes saying the service does not have access to this number - they are all numbers I have used before and should have no problem - this is not acceptable for my service and if it is not resolved quickly I want to cancel my contract early and get a service that works 

Hi Five weeks ago I upgraded my contract to a monthly fee of £7 and 20 GB data fromthe existing £6 per month / 2GB.I received a new sim but did not activate it as I wish to keep my existing number as per instructions.To date my data allowance has not been increased Today I have attempted to upgrade [again] to the same contract  £7 pm / 25GB data. this time.I wish to keep my own number  but for some reason I am being asked to obtain a PAC number to close off my old provider.As my old provider " IS " IDMobile a PAC number should not be required.Is there any way to actually speak to somone ? Live chat never works.Many thanks 

I am trying to make a call to a 0345 number but keep getting the message “Your service does not allow access to this number”.  It lets me connect to the number but then at various stages while I am on hold it cuts off

Every time I make a call to mobiles or landlines today I get a message saying the Service does not allow access to these numbers and then cuts me off. I cannot make any calls without this happening. What is happening?

I haven't received my SIM I've tried logging into the my account I've got the right number that I was emailed but maybe cusy last name is weird it says something wasn't right even tho I set it up I just need a replacement SIM so if one of your community people can help I'd be great full thanks 

I have just joined iD and have had the worst time so far. Firstly, my SIM card was delayed by two weeks and now that I've got it, it doesn't work. I gave iD my PAC code on Sunday and booked the switch on Monday to keep my old number. Now neither SIM card is able to connect to a network so I cannot register for an account. I am completely locked out and am no longer able to use my phone. How do I get around this? The chat bot just keeps sending me in circles.

So, I transferred to ID. Got my old phone number transferred. Had a message from ID to say it had been successful. My account has my transferred number but when I look at my phone settings I have the ID phone number showing and when I send an iMessage it comes up with the ID number not my transferred one. I can receive texts ok to my original transferred number but can’t send with my original number. I’ve tried resetting network settings. I’ve tried taking out and putting back the SIM card. And I’ve tried everything else suggested in this forum. Live chat is worse than useless and I can’t get to speak to a real person. Can anyone help? Thanks 

Hi, I've been attempting for the last two days to complete an order for a new phone through ID's website (via uSwitch and Money Saving Expert. Submit all my details including billing and shipping address, but when clicking the "Continue" button nothing happens. I've tried this on multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox - clearing cookies on each occasion) and left the page open for up to 15 minutes in the hope it's just poor page response times, but completely stuck.Frustratingly going through a price comparison website (and getting to ID's beta checkout page) is the only way to secure this particular deal, as going to ID direct or through my upgrades via the app makes the deal far more expensive.Any ideas?  

Well this is not going good..not received phone can’t set up account and can’t connect live chat want to cancel delivery and contract as not even received anything yet time to say goodbye, but still can’t do that due to no delivery. delivery service, very poor of the third-party they’re using
