I ordered an upgrade on 18th November. I received an email stating to expect my new handset to be sent out 48 hours. By 30th November I still hadn’t received it. I was told that they did not have any in stock and would not be getting any in until 21st December. I aid that I was not happy they had offered a contract that they knew they didn’t handsets for and they offered me £10 off my next bill by way of compensation. I still hadn’t received it and contact them again around 30th December. I was told that someone would get back to me in 48 hours. No one did and on 2nd January I made a further complaint. I was told that someone would respond to my complaint within 7 days. I then got an email asking me to phone the complaints number. On 8th January I spent 50 minutes on hold to the complaints number before I gave up. I contacted live chat and they said someone would get back to me within 24 hours - they didn’t. I contacted live chat again the following day and was told someone had rung me

Hi I'm trying to setup my voicemail for the first time and its asking me to enter a 'mailbox name' followed by the hash key, but when I say my name and press hash it says mailbox name not recognised and hangs up after 3 attempts, please help?

I returned my handset upgrade within the cool off period, just before christmas on 21st December. Royal mail delivered my parcel and it was signed for. Since then I have had no refund or contact from ID Mobile. Speaking to the Live chat agents all they have been able to do is send an email to the warehouse to check for my return. I have asked live chat 3 times from the 3rd January and they always give the same response and tell me they need 24 hours to follow up. 

Why am i being charged a final bill even though I never used the phone and not even turned it on and set it up?. I returned the phone after 1 day of receiving.

I have a contract with ID Mobile for my Android Moto-C phone. I now want to buy a new phone as myMoto-C is starting to fail.I want to buy an XIAOMI REDMI A2 32GB (Black). It is available to buy on the ID Mobile website.My question is - Can I use my ID Mobile sim card in my Moto-C for this new XIAOMI phone ?I checked the “ID Mobile Approved Handsets” list on the ID Website and the XIAOMI REDMI A2 32GBphone is not in the list.Thanks.

i need help since it’s stressing me out that i haven’t received my phone and am unable to receive the parcel since it hasn’t been scanned by dpd in over 24 hours at the depot was told to raise an investigation but don’t know how and i will not pay my contract until i receive my phone if not how do i cancel?

So I upgraded my handset last year but id are now saying I've taken a new contract and didn't upgrade so being charged twice now. Complaint as can't talk to these people over the phone. Anybody else had issues with these guys and upgrades.

I took as contract out the phone works however sim doesn't. I can't call customer services and have had to come here to try and get this resolved.  Currys have given a new sim however said only I'd mobile can put the calls texts and data allowances on the new one.  Please help

I upgraded from a SIM only plan to a Motorola RAZR 40 ultra in August. I have had multiple software issues and have had to factory rest my phone multiple time, I have now have microcracking under the display at the crease and I have had to take the phone back to carphonewarehouse to try and get it fixed. They have said it should be over 2 weeks before I have my phone back. I have lost confidence in the phone due to this, the software issues and the hinge getting loose after less than 4 months. Am I able to return the phone and go back to a SIM only deal at all? Is there anyway to achieve that as it seems to have a fault with the cracking of the display.

Hi, my monthly contract has just ended today on the 10th and I wish to cancel my account. My pay period is on the 1st of the month. Am I correct that my line would be immediately disconnected if I cancelled today? I would like to wait until the end of my payment period- but will there be any additional charges to cancel then?  thanks for any help. 

I upgraded my phone deal on Jan 5thAn I have pro rated line rental till 10th feb. I have been charged my old month billThen it also says on app so far pro rated line rental and a amount that's more then the new deal I should be paying.Will the pro rated line rental amount increase? And if so will it be a lot more?

I am almost on a daily basis being charged £1.50 for text messages for 88222 numbers even when on many of these dates I haven't received or sent any? I have removed my mobile number from websites that would send text alerts when ordering an item etc to help reduce these costs but I still seem to be billed almost daily when I'm not using texts, preferring to use WhatsApp or Messenger for communication with family and friends. Any advice as I can't seem to actually find how to talk to anyone at ID to discuss billing, best plan etc? Thanks in advance.
