Hi Tom, I came across your message to a lady who had the same problem as me where she had left ID and pac code had to be sent via email but it just said ‘Not Created’ where the pack code would be. This has happened 3 times to me now and customer services keep doing the same thing which isn’t working. Did you manage to solve the problem for this lady and if so you could help me with the same? Thanks 

I've requested my number transfer twice, giving my PAC, and I was given dates in Dec for the transfer, but nothing happened either time. How can I get my old number transferred to iD please?

Hi. I have an iPhone 14 and my number has just transferred to ID mobile a day later than it should have been but I am now on ID mobile.  however, when I try to send a text message, the phone says the message has not sent despite the recipient receiving the text. iMessage also does not work at all. I’ve checked and it’s turned on and I am signed in.  please help.  

My iMessage and FaceTime will not activate and keeps coming up with error- I HAVE TRIED THE FOLLOWING MULTIPLE TIMES! And doesn’t work!! I placed my order on the morning of the 21st Dec providing my PAC code and my transfer was scheduled for the 27th Dec, but the transfer still hasn’t happened. I have read the Switching over Christmas and New Year article which says my transfer should have happened by the 28th December. I am now starting Uni work and need my old number to be able to 2-factor authenticate to online systems. When will the transfer happen? Who can I talk to to find out? The chat bot just says wait 7 days then contact us, but provides no way to make contact!

Hello I missed the payment but not able to to pay until Friday in 2 days time can you unblock the services until then please as need to contact family when at work 

I tried registering my account after a few days of my number switching over. I have tried both numbers, deleting the app. I have tried logging in but it says i dont have an account so i try registering but it says my details are incorrect? Im not sure what to do.

Hi my phone has overheated 3 times now and I've gone back to curry's to have it fixed and everything they do it ends up overheating as soon as I open it up to reset it, I don't know what else to do other than ask for support

Dpd has not delivered the mobile phone, just marked the delivery as missed. Didnt even attempt to ring the door bell. I’ve been stuck without a functioning phone for 2 weeks now, this is unacceptable.

I have an issue with my bill. I tried to access the chat feature but its not allowing me to send messages. My bill should be £12 a month but has gone up to £16.74. I have checked my billing and this is made up of £13+ and then Vat of £3+. I an confused as to the rise of my bill and would like an explanation  please. Also to mention i have a £0 cap on my bill so I am unable to spend over my monthly limit. I have also not seen any additional charges.

My Iphone 13 is just over 3 weeks old and the voicemail will not work. Phone rings after 7 rings goes to what should be voice mail but phone self answers and the caller can hear background noise but not the voicemail. Tried Currys  - no help tried customer service -  no help  had a reference number - not my problem- back to customer service .Currently voicemail is turned off. Good start to ID Mobile service

My switch hasn't happened on date selected? 

When I signed up in September the deal was to be able to claim casback on certain months.It says on the instructions to go to my account and select the cashback option.I cant find any cashback option in my account so could you please check and provide more information.RegardsAlan Docherty

How do you actually use the live chat. Everytime I go on to the page it shows I'm not logged in and then the live chat service is not showing.  I need to speak to someone. This no call centre is ridiculous! 

Last two weeks the cosmote network in Greece not working for Id mobile, did they stop corporate?

My immediate area has full 4g signal, but I never achieve a data speed over 1mbps. The three network issues site says there are no problems.I'm fairly rural but can almost see the mast from my house, so it shouldn't be maxed out with users.Post Code is PR3 0QD

I keep trying to reset my password but I always get the wait 2 minuets to recieve a new reset code. This does not matter how long I wait or if I close and re open the app.
