Hi,I have de-activated my ID SIM card when I went aborad (outside EU) to avoid roaming charges.Once back in the UK I have tried to re-activate it but I have not been successfull.I have a MOTO G32 phone.When I go in the SIM Cards menu, I have SIM SLOt 1 - ID Mobile Inactive.  I toggle the button to activate it but nothing changes.In the Network settings, there is an entry that says “Mobile Network - Tap to activate ID mobile”.  I tap it but nothing changes.The strange thing is that:I put my wife’s ID mobile SIM into my phone and it all works well I put my ID mobile SIM into my wife’s phone and it all works wellIf I put both SIMs in the phone, only my wife’s SIM appears as activeIt is only when I put my SIM in my phone that it goes wrong.I have reset the Mobile set up and the baseband settings.  I have not done a full factory reset because I am trying to avoid going through the whole reset and reload apps process.Any help is appreciated.Thank you

Received a faulty phone , advised by agent to send it back and transfer old number to new provider so won’t loose my old number , sent it back approved by agent , return transaction provide by agent , agent confirmed they received the phone , and now id mobile sent bill of £962??? What ??? What for ? Bought phone online on 6/12 sent it back by 13/12 within cooling off period ? Missell by agent wrong info provide by agent to tag old number to new provider but not got the bill £962 . Is that really a fair ? Raised a complaint with agent and been advise that I should return phone to store ? Agent advised not really understanding what’s happening so passing to complaint team ? No reply from complaints . Received another email from id mobile stating your direct debit ready for £962 . What’s going on ? No one knows what they doing ? Is that really a customer services ? As per the above promotion, on 11 July I purchased a 25GB 5G Data SIM (for £8 per month on a 12 month contract between the dates of 3 July – 13 July 2023) using the ‘Buy Now’ link provided in the email received from no-reply@giftcloud.com (picture attached).It has now been over 90 days since my purchase, yet I have received no communication, either from Gift Cloud or iD Mobile, regarding my reward. I completed the purchase directly after clicking through to iD Mobile’s basket via the ‘Buy Now’ link in the email shown in the attached picture, and I do not have cookies disabled on my computer, so there is no reason why the sale wouldn’t have tracked correctly. Hi folks,I just switched my phone provider from Three Netwok to ID Phones and used a PAC code to transfer the number. I had no idea that using a PAC code automatically terminates the existing account. Unfortunately when I applied for the ID Phones contract I set the ID Phones start date for the end of my existing Three Network contract in 20 days time, not realising that I would have no phone service for 20 days. Three were unhelpful and I cannot contact ID Phones, all contact methods require a valid ID Phones phone number and as mine is not live I cannot use live chat, the support line, or even create an account. There is no sales team, or any other number than the support number which I cannot get into without a live phone number. Frankly I find this unbelievable. Does anyone have any idea how I can speak to someone?Thanks for any help on this!

I have only today found out a mortgage application is being declined because ID Mobile have placed a default of £10 against my credit rating. When I cancelled the plan i was informed that there was nothing left to pay. I was contacted by a debt collection agency months after cancelling the plan. I disputed the debt and provided evidence of ID confirming that there was nothing left to pay. Following this the credit agency confirmed no further action was being taken. A year later i am finding out that this has been lodged against my credit rating and is preventing me from i buying a home. I have raised a complaint with ID and have been told I have to wait 3 days for someone to get back to me (which means I will potentially loose the house I have put an offer on). I have tried calling ID but there call centers don’t work. I have tried emailing ID and the response time is 5 working days. I cant believe that ID have done this without informing me.This has been devastating in terms of our ab

I keep getting phone calls from random people who I don't know, who say they have a missed call from me, when I haven't rang them. Has anyone else had this, its very annoying especially when the other person doesn't believe that I have never called them.

Hi,No phone service and Live chat not working as well. How I can contact someone to discuss that I have ordered my PAYG SIM on 14th Dec and via PAC code my current O2 SIM disconnect as well on same day, now I am without SIM since 14th and SIM not delivered. I have tried via facebook, no one answers any queries as well. What I can do to get in touch. I like to get cancel my contract and get the PAC code to cancel the contract today, so I can go with another company? 

I’ve been getting lots of email for my new phone, however, I can’t register , as you won’t let me.  What a good start to a new contract!  Where are the customer service people and Live Chat?  As Currys is the parent company, I will be contacting them for help, if I don’t get a response from ID!

Hi everyone I'm just looking for some help please. I've tried to swap my old number onto my new SIM and phone so I've requested the PAC code and it says it's gone through. But when I make phone calls it comes through with my old number but when I send a text message it comes through to people with the new number. Any ideas of what I can do?

I recently took out a sim only deal with i mobile, but as the id sim was not compatible with the samsung flip phone, i spoke with id within 48 hours of taking the contract out to cancel and she assured me everything was fine and as i hadnt used the sim i would not get charged.Now i am being chased for not paying my direct debit !!!i do not have the phone number so cannot access any complaint procedure or my account etc etc What do i do

Hello. I am in the process of moving my iD SIM to a new phone. I thought I was doing OK, but now I cannot send text messages. it just comes up “Resend”. I have turned the phone off and on again. I have checked my settings. I have deleted the most recently installed app. I have backed them up and restored them. I’ve turned the wifi off and on again. I have checked for updates. Please can you help me send a text message as I do not know what the problem is.PS: I’m sure it worked last night when I first moved the SIM. Is there a network issue?Also it is a OnePlus phone.

I've received my new SIM, which I've managed to confirm is activated.However, the SIMi snt being recognised by my phone (Samsung galaxy S20FE). Phone is compatible and open for all networks.My contract date/number porting started yesterday with IDMobile, so I no longer have service with my previous provider, so am unable to register for an online account as I am unable to receive a text verification code (no option to receive via email for registering for an online account to access app etc) - note i tried to register when i first receivedthe SIM last week and as the SIM wasnt being recognised was advised by the chat agent that it was due to my contract date not yet being passed (which obviously it now has)Following the FAQ steps 'My SIM isn't working', I can confirm:Network coverage is available Phone is compatible and open to all networksSIM is activeSIM won't work in another device eitherPlease can you advise what I need to do, I assume a replacement SIM is required?

Hi - I’ve been with ID for quite a few years without any problems.  But over the past 2-3 months, I’ve found it almost impossible to get mobile reception (4G) in the house (we haven’t moved).  It used to be I had reception 90% of the time; now it’s less than 10%.  Postcode is DG2 0TD.  How can you help?Thanks.

Hi. I fly a lot so my iPhone is in airplane mode daily. If someone tries to call me I never get a notification to say I’ve missed a call.  with previous providers I would get a text message advising if a missed call. This can be quite annoying as I don’t know who may have tried to contact me whilst I was unreachable.  Is there any settings I might be missing?!  cheers. 

Only just joined ID mobile I'm registered using the number that's ID mobile supplied me. I had to wait three days for them to port my number from my previous supplier. I assume that when my old number updated on the Sim card which I have confirmation from them that it would automatically update to the number I have bought it from EE. Unfortunately I've tried everything and can't login to my account because of the fact the system still thinks I'm using the number supplied by ID mobile 

Hi! Does anyone know how I can check the progress of my phone number switch from my old network to ID mobile? I haven’t heard anything from my old provider or received any update from ID.

I'm in the last month of a 24 month contract with iD mobile, which ends on the 6th January 2024.I've requested a PAC code and plan to transfer to Vodafone.When I tried to order a SIM-only plan through the Vodafone website, they allow you to enter a PAC code and transfer date, but since the 6th January 2024 is a Saturday, I can only select the 5th (Friday) or the 8th (Monday).From what I understand, there'll be a termination charge if I trigger a transfer on the 5th, but if I wait to transfer on the 8th, I think I'll have entered a new 30-day rolling contract with iD mobile.Is there a way to transfer using a PAC code on a weekend, and is the Vodafone site just being difficult?If I terminated my contract on the 6th, could I still use a PAC code on the Monday to get my existing number on a new network?

I turned call forwarding on during the problems on Friday 1st December 2023 & now it won’t turn off or change to an alternative number.  looks to be an issue within ID.  even ##21# won’t cancel it, I get error performing request unknown error  I contacted support on Sunday who said id get an answer within 48hrs. So far no response from ID.  any suggestions?

I've been using ID mobile for approx 3 years now and never really had an issue. For the last 3 or 4 months, I've noticed that the signal is very poor and I can barely make any calls. I haven't moved but I can't get signal or make calls anywhere in the house anymore. I can still see I have 1 or 2 bars of signal so not sure what has happened. Tried turning phone off and back on and even tried to reset network settings which seems to have made it worse. I've also turned 5g off (as per an article I saw on ID'S website).Any help would be great - it's getting really annoying that I can't make phone calls in the same house that I've had no issues in for the last 3 years. 

Hi,I am planning to buy a new immobile contract and want to switch to my old number to IDmobile. However the switching date is shown as the day when I would have travelled outside the UK.I will activate my sim while in the uk but  when the switching happens, I will be outside UK.Can I still use the id mobile on roaming in this scenario or I need to be in the uk when switching happens?
