I have a Sim only deal, which I don’t need to change. My phone is faulty so I am buying a new one. Can I keep my existing number?I have seen many similar queries answered but all seem to involve upgrade/change of contract etc.Thanks. 

Hello. I bought new iPhone . Messages from abroad doesn’t come to my phone and this is very important for me because I have bank account abroad and can not login on new phone because I need text messages to confirm. Spoke with my bank they said the text message have been sent but I haven’t received. In fact I can not use my bank app on new phone . Also my phone doesn’t see my iMessage ( use email address not phone number) also FaceTime. Use apple help but unfortunately nothing works. The worst is missing messages. 

Hi,I have had a contract with you and my contract ended in November 2022. I paid my last payment in december 2022 and cancelled my direct debit as I thought my conctract ends automatically. However I now realize that probably I should have contacted you to cancel my contract. The problem is that I don’t have access to that phone as I bought it for my friend but she does not have access to it either. I would just like to know if I still need to cancel it and how I can do it if I don’t have access to ID mobile account and if there is anything else I need to do?

I haven't been able to log in to my account for several months, so am unable to view my bills. Not only that, when I attempt to change my user name/password or whatever, the site just doesn't respond to anything I do. I am a bit of a technophobe, but if the site doesn't respond to anything I try, what can the problem be?

I am over in France and am getting notifications from voicemail. When I call using either 123 or +44 7782 333 123 I just get a message saying ‘please call from your own phone’, which of course is the phone I am actually calling from. I’ve also asked a friend to call +44 7782 333 123 from within the U.K. to do this for me but they get a message saying set up PIN…any ideas how I get get access? Thanks!

I’ve just purchased a new phone and transferred my number over with a pac code. Unfortunately I need to return the phone and have requested a pac code from ID but it keeps saying pac code not created? Any help would be hugely appreciated as I need to transfer my number to a different phone before returning. Thanks 

Good evening. I just signed the contract and requested transfer, I provided my Pac but today I received confirmation of the order with another number. Can I change it or shall I cancel the contract?

I’ve had my phone just under a week ago and I’ve had no SIM card delivered. I’m not sure how long it should take but it didn’t come with the phone. I need it to switch my numbers from new to old but to do so I need my new number and also can’t get the app to work until I do have it.

Since switching to ID mobile i have had very poor internet signal.  I have checked coverage in my area -3G, 4G and 5G are supposed to be good.  My phine is a Samsung S20 which is on  approved list of phones for 5GIf i'm lucky i get one vertical bar on the signal icon.  Rarely do i get 5G. If something isn't done to improve the service i'll move to another provider. Rather than do that is there anything else i can do?

I wish to stop my plan as I will be out of the free roaming area of iD’s plans for three months. Ideally, I would suspend my current plan for this time, but doubt that is possible.As my current billing period runs until Dec 14, when would I need to leave the plan before incurring costs for the next period?There is no contract - only monthly billings (28th of the month).

Dear sir/madam, I have had to use this forum to post this appeal as I am unable to find an email address for ID mobile, and I do not believe that the live chat function is adequate to resolve this issue. Recently I ordered a sim only deal from yourselves (ID mobile), specifically a 12 month contract that included unlimited texts and calls, roaming, data rollover and 30gb of data, for £10 a month. This order was placed on the 11th August 2022. Later on the 11th August I received an email stating that I had failed the credit check and therefore my order had been rejected. This came as a surprise to me, given the fact I am extremely low credit risk.I have good savings, I earn a reasonable annual income given the fact I am a student. I have also held a phone contract with Three mobile for 24 months and have never missed a payment. Since moving from Virgin to ID and porting my number I am unable to hear my wife when I ring her. When I call her I hear no ringing, the call just connects and then silence. She can hear me fine. She is on O2. If she rings me everything is fine. My son is also on O2, I ring him and it works perfectly. I have tried moving the sim to a spare phone and I get the same issue.

I keep getting calls from random numbers saying I have called them when I haven’t .. this has happened about 8 times in the last 6 weeks ( twice today)…. I think someone is using my number for some reason ( phishing, scamming or something) . What can I do about this…..?

I carried my number to ID mobile. My original number appears on the calls but when I send a message it appears as the ID mobiles number that they gave me when I bought it. How can I fix this issue, please?
