Text confirmed number changed, but my phone is showing new number and won’t change back to original number, I’ve tried to manually override it but doesn’t save and just goes back to the new number? 

Hi all.At about 1030hrs this morning I lost WiFi calling on both my personal and work mobiles; both are on 3UK, but my work mobile is through a different provider as opposed to iDMobile.The DownDetector website problems reported graph for 3UK shows a massive peak from mid-morning, so I am guessing it is not just me.The 3UK service checker does show work on the network in my area, but surely that would only affect cellular signal and not WiFi calling. I force WiFi calling using flight mode and re-enabling WiFi, but that is not working, so I think it must be an outage of WiFi calling itself.Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I am being asked for my e mail, mobile number, year of birth, and after giving the correct answers nothing happens.  Is there a fault somewhere?

I had a rolling 1 month iD contract, and decided to get a new phone with a 24 month iD contract. I thought I would be able to switch my existing number to the new contract but was told this wasn’t directly possible and I would have to port out and back in. I ported out on my 1 month sim, closing down that account.  I then ported this number back to my new 24 month contract.  The port was “successful” in so far as my new iD account now shows my number in the profile, however since the port I am not able to make or receive calls/data/text.   The mobile connects to the network but all I get is 3G with no symbol to suggest data is being received… I suspect this may be somehow linked to the port out and then back in, but its been 3 days and customer support have not yet been able to provide a resolution. Any ideas?

I’ve recently ordered an upgrade but would like to know if I automatically keep my old number or I need to do anything extra to transfer it?

When I did this I received a malware alert telling me to delete the Google app. A second time I updated the app and again got the malware alert. I’m thinking of switching to ID mobile. I just switched for my elderly father and had issues and customer service was terrible but got there in the end. The good thing is that the sim only deals are super cheap. Anyone switched from EE to ID? is it better signal?  what happens when 12 month contract is up?  many thanks 

My wife informed me yesterday my txt's to her phone are coming up from the temporary number that came with my new Id Mobile sim. despite my old number being ported over correctly. Phone calls and whatapp are correct, its just the txt’s that are wrong, if she txt's my number its ok, if she txt's or calls the temp number she gets number unavailable.All txt's to other number show my correct number?The only thing I can think off is I did txt' her on the temp number, before my prober number was ported over to test the line and the new phone. The phone is a Samsung s20+I have tried turning of the phone, Taking out the simRestarting the phone after 5 minsTurning off the phoneReinserting simStarting the phoneIt made no difference

I've recently swapped from EE to ID and I've been unable to text premium adult shortcodes 89126 and 69997. My adult content filter is off and my extra bills cap is set to £31. All normal SMS/MMS are sending as normal.The shortcodes aren't being able to send but I've been able to phone the premium rate number on ID

I tried to set up for my husband and I online but got a message on screen that I needed to call & speak to someone as there was an issue with our account set up.  There was no number to call and I can’t find one.We are currently paying £90.00 per month to O2 as well as payment to ID Mobile, please can this be sorted quickly?

Hi does anyone know how I put in a notice to cancel my contract ? I still have 3 months left but I would like to put the request in now in advance I find the network coverage with this provider terrible. I was also wondering if my phone is unlocked so that I am able to use another providers sim in my phone once my contract has come to an end 

Hi,I hope you can assist please! I can’t make a payment.I’ve seen this message a couple times before, and have tried clearing cache, used phone, laptop, tablet, edge, chrome, firefox, but to no successIf I try using the app, once I get to the screen asking for card details, I enter them, and click submit, and it pops up the error that the number is in the wrong format, no matter what form I enter it.If I try online, I can make the payment. Once card details entered, it takes me to the screen requesting I confirm the transaction via my bank app (Starling). I do, the transaction goes through, and then a half second later it’s reversed by the merchant. On the browser tab, it auto loads the page with error message saying payment didn’t go through, please try again. But it did go through! I’ve no ideas left!

Can you inform me whether WIFI calling incurs charges for texts and calls if you are roaming outside the those EU countries?  Or is it included in my monthly allowances provided it’s over WIFI ? In particular, I’m interested in this when travelling in the USA, UAE, Australia and New Zealand? Thanks in advance for your clarification.

Hi, hi I want to register my account so I can control my SIM, but it wants my Id mobile number? So I guess I have to wait for my SIM to arrive, when will that be? I ordered it yesterday 

So, I’m after here for some advise really. I’ve just left ID pay monthly as my signal wasn’t very great and overall I wasn’t very impressed with the provider and gone to 02 i have around a year left of my contract and don’t mind paying my early termination fees.  I’ve contacted ID customer service (useless) twice now and explained I want to leave ID pay monthly and both times have been promised I’ll be able to.  they’ve both times now provided me with a stac code to give to my new provider. I’ve done this and still my account is still live with ID. ive also given them 30 days notice to cancel as that was an option and its still going and when ive checked how long is left and to confirm its still happening they’ve told me they have no idea that its pending. I’m really upset with the service from ID. And would love some advice about finally leaving. My experience trying to leave ID has been really stressful and shouldn’t be this hard!  Any advise great 

I’m currently with EE and my PAC code is valid until 25/10/2023. I tried to use the PAC code on the ID Mobile web site so that I could retain my old number but ID says my PAC will expire before the change can take place and I must contact EE for another PAC code. Did this and requested another PAC code but EE have sent me the same PAC code. Do I have to wait until the current PAC code expires before EE will issue a new one?

I am thinking of signing up to IDmobile, but I’m travelling in two weeks to Italy, and I don’t want to be left without roaming. I have an iPhone XR, and I note that iPhone users have been having problems with APN settings.  Has this been resolved?Thanks

I have just bought an Iphone from Id Mobile and got a new number with it. I currently have an old contract still active with ID Mobile and would like to swap my new number with my old number. Is this possible?

We submitted a valid PAC which is valid for a further 5 full days, however we get the following message “Your PAC code will expire before we can process your switch. This could lead to switching failure or a loss of services, please request a new PAC code from your old network.”We understand from the content on the link below, a switch should typically take 1 working day. There are a full 3 working days available to switch, so why are you not able to accept the switch request?  We anticipate that all possible switch routes have been exhausted, therefore we simply need ID to promptly apply the PAC and complete the switch.  We requested a new PAC via 65075 however the same PAC is provided on the basis it is still valid. There does not appear to be an option to request an entirely new PAC.  If we wait for the PAC to expire in order to request an entirely new PAC, we will enter the new monthly billing cycle for our existing provider, meaning a full month will be paid with no option for a r

Do the pre chosen upgrade deals change at all ? So if I leave upgrading for a month or two will different phones and offers appear on my online account?
