I contacted my old provider on Saturday for a PAC code not a problem, received it and filled on the online form, was notified the switch would happen the following Monday, however this hasn't happened. Why is it taking longer? The inconvenience has limited what I can & cannot do as a lot of information & all my contacts are associated with my old number. Why give a date if that isn't the case!

Good evening, I have checked and am familiar with the cost for actually using my phone for calls / texts in Thailand, and aware that it is free to receive texts, but I would like to know:Do I get charged if my phone rings and I don’t answer?Do I get charged if a voicemail comes in whilst the phone is off and I don’t listen to it later?I am thinking “yes” but would like to be sure to decide whether to turn voicemail off and or only leave my phone on airplane mode. Thanks for your help. 

Is there any way for me to get confirmation of the Handset portion of my contract? I’m sure I’m not the first person to ask as Insurers need the cost of the device when purchased and Airtime isn’t covered.Thanks for any help!

Moved from Lyca to I.d about a week ago. Number has transferred and I can make outgoing calls but nobody can call me. Cannot find help number from i.d. Anyone help?

My plan include unlimited texts , I did not send any text, but charges me 4 texts for £6What it these charges ?? 

So annoyed. Spent ages on 2 separate live chats to upgrade only to constantly get kicked off and put bk in the que. The agent puts my upgrade in my basket and I sign in online and press continue but won't let me go any further as its asking me to in put my email address either online or on the app but it already is so don't understand it at all. Im signed in. Why can't the live agent just do the upgrade fir you like every other provider. I'm disabled and using a phone fir any length of period makes me unwell. Is there any other way of upgrading?

I have upgraded from an iPhone 11 to a 14, when going through the quick set up the data transfer always gets stuck on ‘updating software’ I just get the spinning circle. I am connected to the wifi but cannot get past this screen. Has anyone had the same issue and can advise what I need to do? Thanks

 I’m getting rather frustrated attempting to set up my new iphone14 by linking it to my old iPhone to transfer all the data. I’m now on my 4th attempt. During the set up it keeps wanting to instal software 17.0.3 but appears to keep sticking whilst installing. After selecting ‘install now’ the spinning cursor appears on screen next to the words ‘install now’. I’ve been leaving it for hours but without success.You do not appear to be able to opt to install the update later (ie after you have set up the phone & all data transferred). You can’t even access any other screens on the phone whilst the update screen is displayed. The only option I have is to end the set up and start again but keep experiencing the same issue.please can anyone offer any help or advice as I current don’t have a phone I can use.

Received new phone 5thOct. ID mobile said porting due on 10th ,now 13th and nothing happened. You have PAC code from old provider O2. Seems from other commentsthat ID mobile is terrible at porting old numbers, can someone sort this please!!!!

I live one road across from the tower! I normally got full bar signal, 4 out of 4 bars. Since yesterday morning 16/10/2023 9:37am it was dropped to zero, one or two bars most. I can't even send text, let alone call or youtube. The antennas are on top of two big tall buildings. One of the building is being scaffolding up from bottom to the top up to the antennas level.  Im not sure the scaffolding or a planned engineering work by iD mobile is causing the issue. Can you please confirm it? My postcode is BN1 4LA. Thanks a lot. I'm sure my phone is good. I'll give it a benefit of doubt and test it in another phone.

I have an active EE contract that I am not planning to switch from. But, I would like to try out ID Mobile, and wanted to sign up for a £6 a month plan. The problem is, checkout process only has the option of “switching from another provider” - on SIM delivery or a bit later with our without losing my number. I don’t want to switch or change numbers, I want an additional number to try out in another phone. How can this be processed at checkout? See the image with the only options available. 

I have been trying to port in my number to ID, all my info is definitely correct but I get the error“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”I transferred my ID mobile number to Lebara 2 days ago, and am now trying to transfer it back to ID Mobile under a new contract. Please can you advise what to do

Hi, I have recently switched to ID Mobile but I am unable to get 5G on my compatible device (iPhone 13 mini) in Cardiff. I have been able to get 5G on other providers with the same phone so I know that 5G definitely works for my device. I have tried restarting the device and reinserting the SIM but nothing seems to work.

HiIs the voicemail pin that you use to access it abroad, the same as customer service pin? If not how do I find out what it is?

Hi there I've left Vodafone to join ID, I've received the text from ID to say port has been completed last Friday 14th July but since then I've not been. Able to receive calls or texts  If someone rings sounds 2 beeping nosies and a says invalid number so but I can ring and text out all of which shows my ported number so its just the receive call and text I'm having issues with any advise before I can cancel my contract has I'm still in cooling of period 

I’ve just discovered the window cleaning company I called out via text in Cheshire has cost me 2x14p sms charges.  I’m on an unlimited plan.  This happened a year ago according to your community questions so I wonder why no others have spotted this on their billing this year and why it’s just me ?

My phone has been stolen and I need to access my id app in so I can order a new SIM card. However I can't remember my password as I haven't had to type it in in about 4 years. and when I try to change password it asks me to verify using a phone I no longer have. I need another way to change my password but can't seem to find one, or be able to talk to a human being.

It keeps telling me something went wrong.    then I  tried it via the app link but it says it’s a link not authorized and to refer to administrator. ??!!!!

How do I unlock my Smartphone to use a US SIM while I am on Holiday in the USA?Do I need a code from ID Mobile to unlock it?Will I need to make any changes to make the US SIM work?Will I need to make any changes when I return to the UK and re-insert my UK ID Mobile SIM?Do I risk losing any data/information by switching to the US SIM - i.e. will everything I had before I switched in the US SIM still be there when I re-insert my ID Mobile SIM? 

I have moved from EE to Id mobile and have (by various means) sent my PAC code , possibly around 4/5 times now to no avail. I've tried to contact iD via phone (automated service usually hangs up) or online via chatbot which directs me to 'how to get your PAC code' this does not help. I've tried going through Carphone Warehouse as I purchased my mobile from them and they cannot help either . I've had my new phone since 17/11 and my old number being 'ported' still hasn't been processed . Where do I go from here ????

I called my friend in the US from the UK only to find she was currently also in the UK. Why did I get a message from IDmobile saying I would be charged for an international call when she was in the same country? Is it based on the phone no registration rather than the actual location of the phone? 

Helloi I will be travelling to Hong Kong and Vietnam. Both on list of international partners but not on roaming list. Does this mean I can use my inclusive data or not?thank you
