Hi All, I’ve just requested a PAC, which is still valid for up to 30days, but I get the following error when I tied to use it:“Your PAC code will expire before we can process your switch. This could lead to switching failure or a loss of services, please request a new PAC code from your old network.”

I have just bought a new sim and set up my DD, not had any information regarding delivery yet. How long does this take please.

I ordered a sim for a new ID mobile contract and arranged to switch my number on 12th October which I thought was plenty of time. My sim hasn’t arrived. I got cut off on live chat and I am worried on Thursday I will have no phone I can use. How can I change my switch day. The information says I can’t change my switch day under 24 hours before

I'm reading about how to use Hot Spot, so I can use it to get my t.v. to work in my caravan.It mentions having to input my Unique Password when I've found the signal.What or where do I find this password please, I'm confused!!

I tried to pay my bill meanwhile with 3 different credit-cards.The answer is always: “Oops, your payment was unsuccessful. Please check your details and try again.” What can I do? Any ideas? I tried it about 10 times, at least.

I’m allowed to upgrade my contract with ID as of a few days ago I have been looking around just ya know to see what deals are available. I have gone on carphone warehouse website to see the phone I want with better data and payment plans with ID would I have to cancel my contract with ID or would I be able to carry it over to this new phone 

I am in my second month with ID Mobile and the monthly bill has increased by around 20% without explanation and without any additional charges listed. Can somebody from ID Mobile please look into this.

Hi. My direct debit comes out successfully and last months was no different. However on my account it was telling me I have an outstanding balance??? Why would this be?? And it’s not related to the current month I am in.  thanks 

I'm on the point of joining iD, on a sim only deal, but my switching date is a week way. Therefore should I postpone registering my account in the iD app until after the switch has occurred.At the moment I'm still using my ‘Three’ sim in my phone, as my contract with them expires  at the same time as the switch is due to take place. That being the case, as my iD sim is not yet installed in a phone, I can’t get texted one time codes to complete my registration. Should I just wait until the switch has completed??

I’ve tried to make contact via the online chat but time seems to be increasing in the queue. I’m in the 14 days cooling off period and would like to cancel my account and leave please.

Hello,I recently reset my phone and now when I try to log into the id mobile app it just says “something isn’t right” when I try the forget password option. I know that I have given the right mobile number, last name and year of birth. There is also no option of logging in by Touch ID. Please help.

I cant seem to access any telephone or live char help so before I act and cancel my new iD contract please can iD mobile ring me to sort out my problems Just no. 35400909 where  guess you hold me contact details . The issue is that I want to change my allocated pin number and create a new password but your link to do this does not work - after an hour trying on two separate days it is so frustrating . I need a responsive and contactable customer service please. 

My bill for this month is almost twice my monthly charge, and I don’t understand why.I have unlimited on all calls, texts & data. My bill shows no charges for anything but I’m being billed for recurring monthly charge(?). What recurring monthly charge? I have only been with ID mobile for 2 months with a £21.99 monthly contract but this month I’m being charged almost £42 & I cannot find out why.

Is any one else experiencing network issues with ID? I live in the G52 area and work in the city centre, in both areas the signal is very poor sometimes I have half a bar and sometimes none, when at home I have to go outside. I've never had any issues with my old network providers Vodafone and Tesco. I have been with ID six weeks and beginning to wish I hadn't changed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm traveling to Iceland on Sunday will I be able to use my data as normal once I'm over there or is there something I have to do ? 

Hello I purchased a sim card on the fourth today is the 6th still not there What should I do?

Sim card hasn't arrived, contract started on the 24th May. Now  2 direct debits have been set up and sent out to me ,one to come out on the 23rd of every month and the 7th of every month 

Can I get my old number back after I canceled iD Mobile services?I live in Poland and I cannot pay a payment outstanding balance for the amount of 2.41, what should I do? I don't have a UK credit or debit card, only a Lloyds account. Polish cards don't work 😪please help me and THX in advance xx

I’ve recently ordered a phone which I’m waiting to come back in stock, but my current plan runs out soon and would like to know if I could get my sim separate so I can still use my current phone until my new one gets here. many thanks chris

My number is due to move over on the 10th October, but it's not going to be a convenient date for me as I'll be out and about with my young toddler..is there a way I can bring the date forward to the 9th?

Yesterday my current phone broke so I was looking for options for new phone including upgrades with ID Mobile. Hi,I had capped £4 while having data roaming enabled in France and Switzerland. I increased my cap by another £10 in Switzerland but I had hardly used the data then the capped data was used up in 2 min. I hadn't downloaded anything. Neither Stream video. Literally open chrome to browse some site and it all got used up.  Whats happening here, could you explain please.Many thanks
