I am using my new SIM in a Huawei MiFi device. It works fine but I cannot seem to register for an online account. This requires a text confirmation code which I can't receive because the SIM is not in a phone. Is there any way around this?

I ordered my sim card (order ref 126601996) for a new monthly contract/plan 6 days ago and I still have NOT received it. The tracking record from DPD shows that the item was delivered but I couldn’t find it in my postbox or anywhere surrounding my living address. As a result, I would like to request to cancel my new contract/plan as soon as possible. Could you please help to get it resolved? I don't expect to make any payment for it since the sim has never been received by me.Many thanks. Look forward to hearing from you soon.

Already have a phone ( daughters ) on an ID Mobile plan but needed a new sim only for me. Purchased one but now need to add a monthly data plan to it, but can’t find out how to set one up without triggering a new sim being sent?

I added my PAC number at checkout to go live in October when my EE contract expires. ID have generated a new number for me. Is this normal and will be old number be transferred on the date? Additionally I've been promoted to set up a PIN in the app but I can't register for the app as I have to add my ID mobile number to receive an activation code. Is there a way around this?

Hello I have ordered an iPhone 15 plus with ID Mobile and have had no updates at all besides telling me my order is being processed. I have already had money taken out my account but was told via live chat that I was waiting to ‘pass security checks’.i am aware there is probably lots of people ordering the new iPhone but why has money been taken before security checks? After chasing this up via live chat I was then told it had been accepted and my delivery was processing and that I should receive and email shortly. I have still not received any email.If I would have known the customer service would have been this bad I wouldn’t have started a contact with ID Mobile. The lack of updates is terrible I have a broken phone and using it whilst waiting for a new one is not exactly easy…

HelloI am thinking of swapping to ID mobile but I have been on their website and there is no mention of this particular phone for 4g and WiFi calling I'm sure it will be fine but just wanted to double check it's OK, before taking the plunge.

My SIM-only card was ordered on 02/May and there’s still no sign of it.In the meantime, my number from the old sim has been automatically ported, so the old sim no longer works, and I have been left with no mobile access! There’s conflicting info on the ID mobile website about whether the SIM was due to be delivered by Royal Mail or DPD. In either case there’s been no email to say it was coming.The ID mobile site makes it almost impossible to flag this with anyone.If this is the level of customer service I can expect, I’m already starting to regret switching to ID mobile 😞 Can someone please get in touch to chase this up.

I’ve come to the end of my iD sim-only contract and decided to upgrade to an iD sim + phone package and I’m still waiting on my phone to arrive. I’ve had plenty emails confirming the the new package and device delivery, but I still only see my existing sim-only contract when I log into my account with nothing pending. I don’t want to end up paying for two contracts and I want to keep my number.I’ve looked through this forum and I’ve seen a few responses to similar (older) questions saying...Register your new sim and the number should should move over. Just use your existing sim with your new phone. How do text, minutes and roaming work when I'm there?How does it work when I'm not there and texting and phoning people from the island? Will I be charged? Will they be charged?Finally, it is regarding e-sim. I know ID Mobile doesn't offer e-sims, but will they be available in the near future? Hi,Due to having no signal at all since starting my contract and being unable to speak to anyone on the chat or a human being on the phone I've terminated my contract. Can someone confirm this has been done and can they also delete my community profile and iD account? Thanks. 

I am going on holiday for a month to France and Spain and have an unlimited minutes, texts and data sim card that I took out in May 2023. Am I allowed to use the unlimited data for streaming like i do at home while I'm away?

Why is it when I try to change  my plan it doesn’t work? I started my contract January 2022 and it’s a 24 month contract so I have exceeded the 12 month minimum. I have also attempted to change this on my app and website so again why is there an error to change my plan when I’ve exceeded the 12 month requirement? This is very frustrating. 

Hi. Somebody’s keep changing my password on my ID account. I’ve got a rough idea it’s my neighbours upstairs. They’ve already hacked my android phone and they have admitted it on Saturday night 13/05/23 with a group of friends. ! His girlfriends got a big mouth. Surely this is a security breach ? Hi, hoping someone from support can chime in here…I’m trying to access my account but it is not accepting my login details stored in my password manager.So, I try and retrieve my username/password to make sure all is OK but it will not accept either my mobile number, surname or DOB. I have tried the mobile number I was given when signing up and the mobile number I transferred over but still no joy. I know my surname and DOB is correct. Thanks

Hi when I call the voicemail on my phone and enter my phone number and then the hash key it says your mailbox has not been setup fully. I have tried switching voicemail off and on the iD Mobile app but the problem still persists. Could you help me?

I have opened two accounts last week for my wife and I and when I have received emails in regards to same the both phone numbers which are showing are not ours. My friend sent me a referral link that I used for signing up.  I now have a working sim, an account, and my first bill, with the app fully set up on my phone.  So I am ready to submit my account id to complete the referral process.  But when I go back to that referral link, there is nowhere to add my account id.  And when I try to ask the automated assistant, it just says there are no assistants available, try again later.Today is the 14th day, so I need to get this sorted within the next couple of hours.  The whole ‘Currys gift card’ deal is starting to look like a scam.-MC

Every time I'm talking to people, I keep getting cut off, people on the other side of the line can't hear me. Usually happens when I call companies numbers or numbers with options in their numbers, but never when I call my friends on their mobiles. It happened when I was with Three, so I changed the phone and the company. Now I am with iD mobile with a different mobile and I'm having the same problem. Can anyone help? 

I filled out the porting form a couple of days ago but only put the sim in my phone today. I have not received a text saying that the porting is underway. How can I be sure it is actually happening?
