My plan is “Unlimited Calls” - but does this include calls to 0345 numbers. I’ve seen references to 40p per min - but not sure whether these numbers are ‘in plan’ or outside. 

HiPicked up my new and sim from currys yesterday, having purchased online via carphonewarehouse. Assistant said sim should be active within the hour. Nothing yet. I tried to register with the app, but I do not have a temporary ID phone number? A bit stuck at the moment as to what to do. I have had no welcome to ID mobile email, so hoping it has gone through ok?Any suggestions as to what should happen gratefully accepted.Thank you 

Recently upgraded phone contract with iD in June. New direct debit set up and being paid. However previous monthly contract / direct debit continues to be debited from my bank account. I was advised at the time the old contract ends/rolls over to the new contract. Looking for old direct debit to be cancelled and refund of over payment. Thank you. 

When do I put the new Idmobile sim into phone to replace old one? At the start of the transfer? I.e., 8am? 

I have only just joined id mobile on Fri 1st Sep, sim in post and my o2 number ports over on 5th Sep.Today I received email saying 1st payment comes out on 16th Sep, WHY?Also my o2 number is part of a sim only deal with 3 sims in my mother's name, will my number still be ported if o2 sim only deal is not in my name, my mother requested the PAC code for me and o2 texted it to my number.And help on this would be great fully appreciated.Also once my number is ported do I set up app with my ported number or id number I was given. I've tried to set it up but it sends text to id number and I don't have sim yet. And it won't accept my number as it is not id yet

Please could someone explain why I should be charged for data roaming on 2 of our phones while on holiday this week in Norfolk, England.  How can this happen? Surely I shouldn’t be changed and how do I go about getting this corrected ?

Hi 👋 I visited Cromer last year and got a data charge, I thought it may have been a bus Wi-Fi that created the problem, but I’m here again in Norfolk and have have had a text warning: ‘looks like you’re roaming outside EU’ is it because I’m so close to the coast? What can I do as I’m in the UK 🇬🇧 😂

I wish to cancel my sim only contract within the cooling off period. The sim has not been used. I cannot get into the app after many unsuccessful attempts and I cannot get through on live chat either. I need this sorting asap as I was transferring my number so need the number as code transfer cancelling. I will not deal with a company that I cannot contact or speak to.can someone help me with this asap please as I’ve spent hours trying to sort this and losing the will! Very disappointed 

I currently have a 30gb data limit on a sim only contract and joined ID in April 2021. If I increase my data limit to, say, 100gb, will my EU roaming limit stay at 30gb in line with the fair usage policy or will it increase in line with my contract limit?

Hi Very frustrated ‘customer’ here. July 2018, My wife wanted a new iPhone SE through car phone warehouse and was declined for a £15 a month tariff with no explanation as staff are not informed of the reason. We have an excellent credit rating and there should be no reason to be declined. So I tried my luck to register the phone in my name and bingo! No problem. New phone. Happy wife. 2 months later, my phone was due an upgrade and I thought i would go for the same phone and tariff as my wife’s as we were happy with the phone,service and deal. I was declined even though I am a existing customer with again no bad credit history, good salary, mortgage no credit card debts etc, confused and annoyed I was told to come back and try again in 30 days after this application had expired. So today I tried again and guess what , I was declined again!! Again no reason given, I have no financial issues whatsoever and stress I am a existing customer with my wife’s new phone with an option

I have recently changed my plan and my account shows I am in credit but just received an email showing the amount due on my bill is incorrect. Which means if taken on the payment date I will be further in credit. How does the direct debit work when your in credit.

Hi, I got my new Samsung S23 Ultra delivered today (04/09/2023) and I didn’t receive the included Galaxy Buds 2, I specifically got the S23 Ultra on a Unlimited plan to get the Buds 2 in the delivery. I made the the order directly on ID website not through any other sites. 

Hi, I recently switched over from Vodafone. When ordering my phone and sim plan, I entered my pac code. I have yet to receive any confirmation of switching my number from ID mobile. Switch date should be tomorrow? I have tried to register an account. It says my email address is already registered. I then try and log in to be told my plan ended more than six months ago and my account closed...please advise.

So I’ve received my simm and not moved from house yet but my data allowance is going down fast and I’m on my Wi-Fi, why does the ID app record my Wi-Fi usage over 1.5 gig in only few hours  I’m on a 30 day rolling 

I’ve been looking at taking out a new contract and came across the ID mobile deal for the Iphone 14 which is just £29.00 a month for unlimited data, calls and texts. It comes with an upfront cost of £169 but overall this seems like a deal that’s too good to be true - at least £20-£30 cheaper than any other supplier. My data has just renewed on 23rd of august (50gb) and after 10 days received a message from Id i’ve used over 80% my data, i don't know how as i mainly use my data to work.

Whenever I try to get a pac code via text it just gives my old one that I used to join id mobile with. Even the date on it is expired. I need my pac code to join another network.  Looks like the pac code system here is faulty. 

Need proof of usage for insurance purposes. Specifically: “Proof of usage should include the device make, model, IMEI number and the first and last date the device was used”.

Thanks everyone - all v helpful. in the end I Had to delete previous providers APN setting and manually download iD APN settings. The iD Twitter response was v helpful. The customer service live chat was pretty poor. 

Are there any replys on the ID Mobile Community from people who actually work for ID, people who know the rules, or is everyone just guessing. I want to leave ID, within the cooling off period.  It “is easy” it says on their website - just ask our community.Come on tell me it’s easy.

Hi, my situation is as follows: It is Friday afternoon. I have received my SIM today. I wish to activate my SIM today, I have a PAC code and I am in the UK.  My understanding is that it takes one working day before my SIM is activated, this would be Monday. I will however by that time be in France, and I will be there for an extended period of time. Will my SIM activate while I am in France? 

Is there any option of paying a cost upfront and adding this on my account for using calls texts and data when I go on holiday to Mexico, as it's not included in the bands? 

When I bought Samsung galaxy 23 ultra I was supposed to receive free budsI have not received them

Yesterday I changed my plan.I received a message saying the card should be activated shortly.Half hour later I got the message,enjoy using your plan,but network doesn't work!! Said "Cannot connect to mobile network" !!!

I signed up I'm December since then I've had the worst network coverage I've ever had from any network . The signal for calls and texts works everywhere but unfortunately the data signal is poor in lots of areas . I rely on maps and data fory work and am often out n about and not able to use data I'm having to hunt for public WiFi like a nut just so I can use maps or Internet its ridiculous as I'm paying for unlimited but 95% of the time it doesn't work and never works within my home either . When I speak to 1d they say there data "is not intended for home use "" but this wasn't specified when I purchased.  However since start of contract I've used only 1kb of data which shows how irregularly I'm able to connect . On top of this price of contract went up by over £9 in space of 3 months I signed at£33 in Dec now by March it's gone up to £42 ! To pay South and not be able to use data using disgusting . I feel I was nice in signing up to this network I thought I'd give it a try bur I've b
