I have just been told my purchase of an s23 does not qualify for the earbuds as I haven't also purchased the correct data plan. The terms should be either an ‘and’ or just a comma. This has led into a contract under a false pretence.Now I am paying more for a contract which I could have had cheaper elsewhere. I was offered £20 off my bill which is just short of insulting as I’m technically out of pocket by £149.99 plus the difference between this contract and the cheaper alternative. I

I cannot send any messages outside the UK.  I get message, ID error 0,. What I need to go?  I have some extra money on my account. 

I was on unidays and saw a deal that is 80gb on a 12 month contract for £10 a month. My question is since it's a 12 month contract is the 80gb for the whole year or every month because that seems too good to be true. This is the details for the SIM on checkout.

I was meant to have been transferred over yesterday according to the text i received from ID Mobile. it didn’t happen, do they text you every time you have been moved? it is very frustrating as i have reminders for appointments etc coming through and i worry they will be missed

Hi,A year ago I was an account holder with ID Mobile.  I have now returned and have my sim up and running.  The application or Web will not allow me to create and account for my new sim as I have already used my email address for my old account. How can this be solved please?  I dont have another email address (and wont create one just to solve this problem)Thanks

HiIv recently re-joined ID mobileI'm well aware of the issues with the app where you can't use the same email address to login.  I have another email address I can use but my problem is I am using the same mobile number as before and I am unable to register because its in the system!so, I can't use my old email address and now i also can't use my phone number.I have zero access to my account!Can anyone help?Thanks

Hi, I was in Norfolk, near Sheringham last week and I was charged for data roaming while I was walking along the coast. I did get a text warning me but unfortunately didn’t actually read it until I had already used the data. I have a cap in place so its not too much money, but I would just like to know how this can happen when I haven’t left the country. I have seen that some other people have had this happen in the Cromer area, which is close to where I was. Is there some kind of issue specific to this area?

I just bought a Nokia X10 5g capable phone to use in a 5g coverage area post code CF62 7JB.The phone does not offer a 5g connection option in the settings. Researching ID website I see no Nokia phones at all on the supported phones list, and only a few manufacturers actually supported. It appears that ID are disabling the option to connect to 5g on my X10 phone, why is this? Very frustrating.Do I have to cancel my ID contract and switch to a network that does support my Nokia 10 phone, or buy a new 5g phone from the ID supported phones list?Regards

Left O2 at the end of July. ID mobile sent me a SIM card and I've not been able to use my phone since as it states  "Invalid SIM card. Network locked SIM card inserted" on my device. It works in my husbands phone. So frustrating trying to speak to someone at ID Mobile and I just feel like returning back to O2. Feel like nobody is answering what's going on with this SIM card. Can anybody help?

This data sim has worked perfectly in my car for about three years. However, I recently drove to Germany and didn’t want to be charged a fortune for international roaming so pulled it slightly out. On return I pushed it back in but now it’s not working. Any thoughts?

Hi,I have just signed up to ID Mobile. I applied online, said I wanted to keep my existing number, provided a PAC Code by texting 65075 entered a switch date of 14 Aug. I then received 6 emails including:Welcome,Order NumberPlan Details and Get StartedDirect Debit setup confirmationThe Plan details email has a GET STARTED Button, that takes you to “How do I get started with ID” in this forum. Step 1 has a link to ID Account. The link doesn’t work, has an error message “We're Sorry ....but the link you have clicked is either incorrect, or no longer available.”I find the register page anyway, it requires Phone number, Last Name and Year(not Date) of Birth. It doesn’t accept my combination of my phone number, last name and YOB. It does accept my last name, YOB and a phone number given in the Plan Detail email, presumably a new SIM number. However I don’t have that SIM, I had specifically asked to carry on using my existing number. So I am unable to receive the 8 digit security code and th

Little or no internet in location LL22 9EW, is very sporadic. I have neighbours who are on 3 network having the same problem, but 3 are saying there's no issue in this locale. I have tried to use 'live chat' but URL link is being rejected.

Hi I was wondering is the ID Mobile network compatible for pairing a smartphones cellular data to the Galaxy 6 SmartWatch LTE? I currently have a Watch6 Classic LTE but I want to connect it to my smartphones data network for the cellular data for calling and messaging. My current provider doesn't support it. It comes up with it needing a QR/activation code when trying to connect the smartwatch which my current mobile provider doesn't provide. I don't think it will need a code though if the network provider is already compatible. Thanks

Hello, I recently upgraded and got an email with my order number saying the order is being processed and that I will receive a confirmation. I have not yet received this though it has been over 24 hours.  The penny I have to pay for this has also not left my bank account. Is it possible to find out if my upgrade has gone through or if I should re-order?  Thanks,Sarah 

I am considering upgrading to the Samsung A54 yet I cannot find out which version I will be getting if I do with there being a 6 and 8gb ram option for the phone itself but not on the ID page. No doubt I would like the 8gb but would very much like to know if it is this one I am getting or the lesser.Thankyou.
