I have accidentally changed my plan to a more expensive one when trying to find out how long I had left, there is no option to cancel or go back to my original plan but I have no need for the extra benefits and don’t want the new plan at all, please help.

Hello I received a letter from ID Mobile today saying I owe them over £200 I had never heard of ID Mobile until then, and don’t have an account.The phone number on the letter is automated, there isn’t another phone number on the website, and I can’t email ID Mobile.  The chat said the wait time was over 90 minutes.How do I report this fraud to ID Mobile?  It needs to be taken seriously as it will likely affect my credit rating etc.

Hi all, Strange one. I logged into me id account today to upgrade, I chose the myupgrade section, choose a device and plan, went through the order there was a small up front cost etc then a few hours later the order was confirmed and successful, i receved an email saying it will be sent via DPD and that email had a contract and invoice attached. The invoice lists the new phone but also a new number I don't know? Looks like a new line has been taken out which I don't want. I have been trying live chat for hours and never get anywhere, any ideas or suggestions?

I have blocked this number on my phone and on WhatsApp and all social media. I have an iPhone 13. HOWEVER because I’m with ID mobile they are able to leave me countless abusive voicemails on a daily basis. I am forced to listen to and delete these voicemails so I can listen to my other voicemails.  I’ve contacted live chat and they were unable to help me. What else can I do? Go to the police? How can I stop this person from leaving voicemails on my phone?

I have just sent my hand set back to mobiles.co.uk who set up the plan and handset, i am within my 14 day cancellation period (day 3 today) for both handset and plan. ive been notified of first bill which could come out before Mobiles.co.uk finalise the return process.  can someone from ID Mobiles cancel this plan on their end??  

I am unable to register on the iD mobile app, with an error message coming up “Your ID Mobile number was not recognised. Please enter your active iD Mobile phone number.” My old number has been ported across from my old network to my new iD Mobile SIM and is operational, but the app is not recognising my number.

I switched to iD Mobile 2 days ago on a deal for an iPhone 14 Pro, and I used a PAC code to move my Three UK number over. Every since then whenever I send SMS to Android users, it states that they are Not Delivered, and send very slowly...even though the people I am texting are receiving the messages. What is going on here? I’m only 2 days into this service and already starting to regret it...

Hi  i got £2 missed payment on my credit file. I cancelled my account in March and ID cancelled my access to app and didn’t send me final bill or outstanding bill or anything and all of of sudden in June I notice 3 missed payments report on my credit score . I have paid £2 now but my mortgage application has been refused now. This is so bad. They didn’t send me any bill or anything and without notification put missed payments on my credit score.how do I remove it now   

If I place an order for a new 24 month contract, is the sim activated, and the contract started when the sim is dispatched, when I first put it into my phone, or some other point please?I would like the sim to activate and new contract to start, on the day my current contract with another provider runs out.

Can you clarify if there is a charge for RECEIVING text messages when roaming in TURKEY, there seems to be conflicting information on the website and community? Also, is there a charge to receive calls if they are not answered? Does voicemail need to be turned off when in Turkey?

I took out an account in my daughters name, she never set up the app.  She has since departed the UK so I gave 30 days notice.  The DDM was cancelled at this time.  How can I pay the balance of her account, all the payment systems default to my account and all I get from ID is I cannot take payment.

Hi,I am happy with my tariff and data allowances and do not want to change. The same tariff is also still available for me to sign up to.However, as I joined a while ago, my roaming limit is on the old fair usage (at £8, just over 6gb).If I were a new customer signing up today I would get my full data limit up to 30gb.Why am I being penalised for being a loyal existing customer? In order to get the new fair usage yet stay on my same tariff and allowances do I really need to request a PAC and switch away only to come back again?Seems a little daft to me.Thanks
