I resigned to a new mobile and I must have clicked the wrong data by accident because when I looked I have 25gb how do correct it?

i am planning to travel to japan next yr, and looking at esims as they offer best deal, i have a Samsung S22, all mobal is asking is phone is unlocked and compatible.  i vaguely remember, my phone came unlocked and mobal says its compatible for there esim?thank you sue

I completed the pac and transfer requirements to move my old number across to my new ID account. I received my txt to say my number had been transferred and my old account was closed. However, after turning off my phone (30mins) and taking my sim out. My old number is not showing up. I’ve also been into settings to change my number manually but when I save it, it goes back to the ID mobile number….how can I gat my old number onto the phone?

Morning,I have set up my new phone this morning and downloaded the app. I have ported my number fromanother provider and the phone is working with this number.Unfortunately, the app only recognises the number that initially came with the phone. It sends an activation messageto that number which obviously I don’t have access to.please advise 

I cannot access APN Settings.  I can connect to European networks and can successfully make and receive phone calls but cannot access data. I have contacted Apple who say that IF my network operator allows it then I can access APN Settings at, “Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Mobile Data NetworkIf your device doesn't have either option, contact your carrier.” Mobile Data Network nor Cellular Data Network show up under my phone at Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options I have contacted ID Mobile numerous times via chat.  They repeatedly say that their technical team will call me but they never do. I have raised a complaint and spoken to the complaints team twice by telephone.  They say that the technical team will contact me.  But they haven’t. PLEASE HELP! 

Item was supposed to arrive today. Didn't get a delivery window and its just been stuck at the delivery depot all day. Now it doesn't have a delivery date in at all and I'm worried its just going to sit in the depot now. All I seem to get is a robotic system with no way to chat to a human. I've been cut off from ID chat 3 times now, seems to crash when typing in 4 number passcode. Anyone else had this problem with DPD?

I took out a new contract with ID for an S23. I have transfered my old number with the PAC from my previous supplier. I can make and recieve calls no problem. But nobody can call or text me. I have gone through loads of posts on here and fourms on Google. I can see lots of people having this issue but no people posting a solution. I tried the live chat, but its a useless bot. I am a week in now, and I am already thinking trying ID was a mistake. I did think the price was too good to be true so I think I will just cancel the contract and send the phone back, but before I do, any ideas?

I’d like to know what happens when iD take the final monthly payment of my 24 month contract, which will be on the 19/08?I will not be upgrading or anything like that, as I am leaving to join another provider.When you take said final payment next month, do I just cancel my direct debit, as it’s not at all clear what the process is, and I don’t want to be committed to another contract in any way?I actually looked into ending my contract one month early and was shocked to find that you wanted £80! I pay £36 per month for an iPhone 11 with sim, and hadn’t even heard about ‘line rental’ being included.All I wish to do is pay my final payment next month and then leave iD - how do I do this please? Many thanksSteve

I have been trying to register and logon to the app but my details are not being recognised despite me entering them correctly. When I try the live chat I keep getting an u available message. I am a brand-new customer and if this is the level of service before I’ve even activated Meysam then I won’t be with them long.

Looking at a new phone contract, plans on offer are 25gb 50gb ect for data are these for the whole 24 month term or are these per month? Cheers for any help

I’ve upgraded to a new sim-only plan and according to my dashboard, the new plan is operational. However, I’ve been sent a new sim card: do I need to use this?

My Iphone has been Stolen, I block it everywhere, Icloud and ID account, but no insurance was on it. I have a 24 month contract on it, started in September 2022. Will I been charged if I cancel my contract ? What shall I do to get a new plan with ID ?

I have received my ID sim today.On trying to port my old number, the form states that my PAC will expire before switch can be completed.I only got the PAC today from 02 who say it's valid 30 days . So what to I do.I'm getting very frustrated and there seems no complaint procedure .If this can't be solved then I feel I've no choice but to cancel my new contract. Help please
