Just transferred to idMobile but unable to transfer number - meant to be 3 easy steps but not working. Any help appreciated 

My father has passed away and I need to cancel the direct debit for his phone.  Can you please advise me how I do this? Unfortunately I am struggling to find his phone and/or his mobile number. Thanks 

I recently changed network to ID from 02 and I can’t setup WhatsApp or anything that needs a verification code as they are not coming through. A message keeps appearing saying activation unsuccessful. My number was supposed to switch over on the 6th July but it seems like it has only partly ported. I am about to cancel the contract if this is not resolved today.

Hi,I have  id mobile sim and I am experiencing the problem.I don't receive any notifications from WhatsApp, messenger, bank or other apps whilst out and about using data. The phone goes mad when I return home and switch to WiFiNever happened with other networks...

I had my new phone delivered.  The PAC has activated today as I have lost connectivity with O2.    However I do not have a sim for this new network

I transfered my old number over a while ago but when I message some people I still come up as the number ID assigned me but people can reach my using my old number too 

I have a SIM only contract with ID mobile and upgraded in June, I put my old SIM in new phone thinking this would replace my old contract with the chosen handset contract and i would be able to keep my phone number.But I am being told I can't and I'm being treated as a new customer. Do I have to get a PAC code from id mobile and send it back to id mobile??Please how do I keep my old number ??

I submitted my PAC code as was given a date my number would switch. It’s been 3 days since then and still I am not able to make or receive texts, I never had a text to say my number successfully switched. How do I even contact iD to fix this? Very dissatisfied 

My latest bill in comparison to last month is £13 which is quite significant. Looking at my bill the biggest difference is the monthly charge increasing from £24.56 to £33.44.  I have searched my emails and I can’t find anything about a price increase but even so that is a massive leap as it’s over a third of my previous base cost (before VAT and other charges).

Hello,I have not been checking my credit score frequently for the past 3-4 months as I was not really looking to buy any property as I only recently thought about searching for property. I had a look at my score couple of days ago and i found out i had 3 missed payments of £3. I have a permanent contract with ID which i currently use, however this Sim I had taken out temporarily for my parents when they came to visit me in London. I had closed the account following a call with the customer service agent. I had not received any letter of late payment to notify me, otherwise I would have instantly paid it off. Afterall, I have a regular ID sim contract for my phone and never missed a payment! However this was not the case I can see now. This resulted in those 3 missed payments. I spoke to ID mobile on the chat and they apologised and paid the missing payment themselves. This has taken a massive hit on my credit score and I was going to apply for mortgage to buy a property. I have a very

 ID Mobile has stopped working. The sim is saying it is unregistered. The direct debit comes out my bank then the next day gets returned.I am paying for this for a friend and so this is very frustrating. 

So I’m a three customer moving to ID mobile and wanting to keep my old three network number. I have my pac, transaction number, three number and new iD number. I requested with iD to have this done. I’ve had no mail to confirm when this will happen.when I try re-enter the PAC etc an error request comes up saying some of the details are incorrect. I’ve checked the PAC and all other details and all are correct. my new iD number/sim is up and running but I can’t seem to get my old number transferred. Can anyone help? 

Hi there I have been considering upgrading my current plan to a sim only contract now that I have paid off my phone. I want to know if I will be able to use my current number on my new sim only deal?For example, will I be on the new sim only plan if I don’t use the new sim sent to me and continue with my current sim?Thanks for the help!  

I recently joined iD mobile and all was well until I tried to access my account on the Government Gateway via gov.uk.The system sent a six figure access code to my mobile number, but it didn’t arrive - even after several tries.  This worked well with my previous supplier (Plusnet).Does the iD mobile system prevent delivery of texts from numbers starting 60, or is it something else?Am I, similarly, going to be prevented from accessing accounts with other organisations that operate two part authentication?I see this issue has been raised before, but I didn’t find a solution.Thanks,Ian.

I cannot access APN Settings.  I can connect to European networks and can successfully make and receive phone calls but cannot access data. I have contacted Apple who say that IF my network operator allows it then I can access APN Settings at, “Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Mobile Data NetworkIf your device doesn't have either option, contact your carrier.” Mobile Data Network not Cellular Data Network show up under my phone at Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options I have contacted ID Mobile numerous times via chat.  They repeatedly say that their technical team will call me but they never do. I have raised a complaint and spoken to the complaints team twice by telephone.  They say that the technical team will contact me.  But they haven’t. PLEASE HELP!  

Hi all I bought this pixel 7 pro in November last year and I'm now getting some random flickering on the screen. It looks like a set a of pixels are dieing.  The line is alway there just sometimes its more noticeable then others. Changing the display settings will change how noticeable it is but it always there if I look close enough. What do I need to do to get this repaired/ replaced? 

I ordered my phone on the 2nd of December and it has still yet to arrive. I’ve tried talking to all sorts of customer support and nobody is being helpful at all. I have almost payed an entire month for a phone I do not have. I am aware there are strikes but they are for Royal Mail and not ID mobile’s delivery company, DPD. This is completely unacceptable and I honestly have no idea where to turn to for help as everyone just keeps saying wait. Can anyone help at all with this is I am being robbed at this point. The support from ID is absolutely terrible!!!

Hello everyone!I have the subscribed to a SIM only, opened the account and everything, got the SIM. and now I would like to”get started” and login to my account, but it s impossible…it keeps on saying: oooops the details are not quite right… then I try: forgotten your username or your password and I get the same nonsense… my email is clearly right because I received the “starting up” emails and all that…  Anyway can not get anywhere…tried to get the app, it says it s not available in my country…  Help!!!

My texts are not sending as a iMessage. I’ve checked in messages that the iMessage is on. I swapped from EE mid June & ever since been with ID this happens. Any advice please?
