I bought a new contract with phone, but went to return it and cancel contract, I haven't used the phone or SIM. How do I go about initiating the return process?

Hi,I joined iD following an offer on Money Saving Expert for a £50 Amazon gift card if I signed up for an £8/month year-long SIM-only contract. I followed the link provided and completed my sign-up in one session using the application process I was directed to using the MSE link. The offer said I would have to wait 90 days to receive an email with details on my gift card. My first billing period was in Feb 2023 so it is now way past the 90 day waiting period. Could you please help look into how I claim my gift card?Thanks!

I've ordered and received a new phone as an 'upgrade' but my old contract still seems to be running and I've received a SIM card with a new number. I don't remember this happening the last time that I upgraded.  Will the number and billing be automatically transferred over or is there some action that I need to take? It's very opaque where to reach out to for help.

I've just received my new phone and SIM with ID Mobile. I transferred my old phone number to my new ID Mobile SIM. I'm now trying to register on the Idmobile app, but the app is saying that my mobile number is not recognised. When I try using the original number on my ID Mobile SIM, it accepts this and sends a security code to this number, which I obviously can't access, as I've updated my phone number. I've tried contacting 7777, which is useless. There also seems to be no number that I can contact to speak to an advisor at ID Mobile. So I'm left with this as my only option. This is not a great first impression with using ID Mobile.Thanks

Can anyone possibly answer, why an approved device on the ID mobile network, is not showing the option to enable wifi calls and texts? A quick and speedy resolution would be greatly appreciated!

I'm looking to swap networks however I live in quite a rural area. The coverage checker says I should get good signal however I've spoken to people and they seem to think I'll struggle with 3 signal here. I don't want to be tied in to a contract for 2 years with a phone I can't use, so does ID mobile offer a cooling off period and do they honour it? So if my new phone and sim arrive and I find out it doesn't work at home, can I cancel my contract and return it? 

I've just had the text to say my number has transferred, but when people ring or text me it's still going to my old SIM (EE) I've turned it off restarted it and still doing it. 

Hi, when I signed up in August last year I agreed to £36.99 pm but my bills are coming in 20% higher at over £41 pm. I’ve checked and this doesn’t include any extras /add on costs. I would guess there has been an annual price increase during this period, but surely not 20%. Can you please advise 

I was planning to buy an ID mobile contract for my daughter but she’s due to move to France in August, as part of her undergraduate year abroad. She’ll live in France until early December and then return to the UK until February when she’ll move to Spain until June. Will ID Mobile allow her to roam like home?

Hi the charger port on my phone I got in December last year has snapped inside it and not charge now the phone is only 6 mouth old how do I go about getting it sorted under 12 month warranty thanks any1 that helps

Hi,I upgraded my plan 2 days ago. I received a new phone but no new SIM card.Last night I received a text saying “Your new SIM card is now in the process of being activated...”.My old SIM card stopped working from that moment.Do I need a new SIM card or is it possible to re-activate the old one?BR

Hi AllI’m using my ID mobile SIM in a motorhome router not a phone.  I’ve tried to register an account but it wants to send me an 8 digit code to the phone number  - as it’s not in the phone I can’t receive the code and resister for an account Any way round this problem ?CheersAde 

I switched from EE to iDMobile last week. Inserted the new SIM but get ‘No SIM, No Service’ every time. Tried the SIM in another phone and I get ‘No Sim’. Tried every workaround that I can find, but no success.I went down to my local Currys for a new SIM but they couldn’t even log into their systems to give me one. Wasted journey.I can’t use the iDMobile live chat function as it just goes to the Bot (why?).So I am without a phone, other than wifi. Please help urgently..

Hi there,  I have just bought into a new contract for a Google Pixel 7 Pro - the upfront cost for the handset was £79 as stated on the invoice. But my bank statement shows I have paid 2 X £79. I want to request a refund if I am to continue this contract with I D Mobile. Thanks

Data keeps dropping out. Two days now. 4g showing  so phone signal fine. Internet drops out regularly. Is it the weather?

Hello, I am interested in one of the ID mobile 12 month contracts. Is there a chance that the bill will rise during the contract, or is it locked for the whole of the contract? If the bill is going to rise, will it rise by a large amount? Thanks :)
