I was charged for calling two UK numbers, both starting with ‘07893’.  Is this a special category number that is not included in my unlimited minutes?

My Internet has been terrible since I switched to unlimited, there's nothing happening to the service in my area as it says its good?

Phone going directly to voicemail for some incoming calls (think that it may be calls with 'withheld number).  Set call forwarding when not available to my wife's phone and they go through to that.

I have ordered a new iD phone and contract because I need it, can I do anything about my existing iD contract which has 7 months left?

Is there anyway I can get a new number as in the last 2 weeks I have had calls from people saying they have had missed calls from me who I dont know and from as far away as England.  I think my number has been stolen for scams as I myself have had a lot of calls from people claiming to be from debt advice from mobile numbers.  kind regards  james 

Good morning,I received my new phone and sim from iD and have been having issue with Porting from Three to iD. How long have people went before it was transferred? It was supposed to be done on Friday and now on Wednesday and its still not transferred.

 I ported my number over to ID and it was supposed to be completed on 26th May. On the big day my number was still live with my old provider Plusnet, but it also worked on my ID sim card too.After many hours on chat with mobile ID they have advised me that the technical team have looked into it and my number has ported over and everything is complete.The problem is I can only receive some calls or texts and some calls go straight to the voicemail on my old provider.  I called Plusnet on friday and they told me that my number was still live with them because  the porting of my old number wasn’t complete.Technical support were supposed to contact me but I’m guessing they couldn’t get through on my phone because its not working.So thats where I’m at. ID tell me that everything is working yet I can’t receive texts or calls.Any ideas would me appreciated because my business is in a mess because of this.

I have just received a new Samsung Galaxy S23 and SIM card from iD but am having problems transferring my old number. Each time I enter the details PAC code, transaction number etc I keep receiving a message that the details are not correct, but they definitely are? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Graham

I’ve got an error on my phone saying that there is no SIM card, ive tried restarting the phone, putting it in to airplane mode and have tried putting the sim in a different phone but it didn’t work in that one either.  this is the third time it’s happened today, the other time it fixed itself after I restarted the phone, but I’ve done everything multiple times now and it’s still not working.  please could someone advise?

I am concerned about how I will be able to make financial transactions online when abroad as in the past I have found that it can take a few days to actually receive a text message from the UK and these days all banks use texts as 2fa.My concern is raised especially since yesterday a foreign organisation sent me a text but I still have not received it.What has been other peoples experiences of receiving texts when abroad?Thank you.Andrew

Hello all, I’ve recently swapped to ID Mobile, and I’ve recieved my SIM 1 week later after swapping. Upon purchase, I have provided my PAC code, and swapping details to swap to my old phone number once I receive the new SIM. However, after putting the SIM into my phone a few hours ago today, it seems like it’s on the new phone number ID Mobile provided, instead of my old one. To try rectify this, I made an ID mobile app account using their provided phone number, and tried to do the PAC swapping form again, but it’s now saying my details are invalid. Anyone have any idea? Much appreciated if so.

Trying to text an entry to a radio competition but the text won't send, says error 38. Destination number is 61025, is this automatically prevented on ID accounts? The prize is £250k so it'd be nice to enter haha!

My phone is not able to make or receive calls in my home where I have two bars of signal. My husband, also on ID mobile, has no issue in exactly the same location.  Phone is able to make and receive calls outside although connection is still very poor. 

Hi. I've been patiently waiting for my Curry's e voucher since my online purchase on 10th Feb 2023. I've read that I will be emailed it. It just seems like such a long time now. Every time I try to do a live chat I get an error message.  I'd just like the voucher as per my terms at purchase for the Google pixel 7. It just seems a bit hard to get hold of anyone to ask things like this. Apart from this my phone is great. Just customer service is a bit of an issue getting through to anyone. Please can you help me with my query?  I think I read somewhere that purchases during my qualifying period would be emailed the Curry's voucher by April. But I'm still waiting. Thanks

As the 32nd of May 2023 doesn’t exist, when can I expect my number to port in to iD mobile? It so far hasn’t ported in the given time frame after submitting my OAC code.
