I have iPhone 11Pro.Switched to iD from 3, bringing my number with me, and it went through after a couple of days except it’s proved impossible to change the temp number on my phone. It has half worked in that people can call or message me at my correct number but if I try and call or message anyone it only uses the temp number, so nobody recognizes it’s me. Any solutions?  I have tried everything I can find on the forum and am unable to contact a human.  Any ideas gratefully received!

The phone switched from my old phone on 31 May- everything appeared ok - BUT my new phone is not receiving any INCOMING CALLS OR TEXT MESSAGES! I have business and finance matters to verify via my phone and been stuck for the second day now!Is anyone else having the same issues?

Hi, I received my SIM yesterday and have attempted to submit my PAC code from my previous supplier but I just get a web page with an error stating I need to contact my administrator.I tried it last night and got the same error both on mobile and WiFi.I've been getting it on other idmobile webpages too like live chat.Anyone else getting this? 

I am in Spain and have roaming enabled, but I don't seem to be able to call an English 0800 number even if I use the country code and leave off the first zero. Any ideas?

Hi I got a new phone and ID pay monthly SIM on Tuesday. The man in Currys said he set the request to transfer my old number, and I also got a text saying ID were working on my request to transfer number. However, it's 2 days later now and nothing has changed yet, on the ID mobile app it also says my transfer day is 32nd May, which doesn't actually exist.

Hi I’ve had this phone not even a year 3 times now it’s crashed and I’ve had to do the restart which I’m one occasion worked the other had to put on charge and just hope it corrected itself. this is my only form of communication so when it happens it’s pretty stressful .how can I resolve this issue? 

Just upgraded and my new phone Samsung Galaxy A34 doesn't include a charger but comes with a belkin charger free. Looking at the paperwork there is no mention of the charger. It seems impossible to call anyone so can some one check that the charger will be included or advise?

HiSo I decided to move from Three to iD mobile. I complete an online application to do so and as part of that application I am asked to give my PAC as I want to keep my old number. I am asked to set a contact start date and I choose a date a few days into the future, from memory the 4th June 23. I click submit.My SIM arrived, I assume this is linked to a new number I don't need. Q1. Will the old Three SIM just stop working some time on the 4th? Q2. Will the new SIM then have my old number when I slot it into the phone? None of the info I have been given by email or in the leaflet that came with the SIM make this clear, there seems to be no recognition that you can give your PAC when you make the online application! Thanks 

My son dropped his phone and I’ve replaced it again. It looks like a need a replacement sim card ( different size) and I can’t order one without signing into my account. Unfortunately I’ve forgotten my password (I’m 70 and losing most things fast) To reset it I need the security code which is being sent to my phone number which is not working. How do I solve this chicken and egg situation?Any help would be apricated - I can’t even cancel and start afresh with a new account and sim card.Ken Wood    

Just wanted to know if E SIM is available and supported yet with ID Mobile so a 4g smart watch can be connected? 

My current plan is with ID mobile and I am travelling to the US next week.I plan on using an eSim whilst i am there, however i have read online that ID mobile do not support eSims. Does this just mean that i cannot buy an eSim from ID mobile?If i buy an eSim via another provider will it work?My iPhone is unlocked.Thanks in advance 

Whilst roaming in Greece I am unable to receive any international SMS. I have enabled international calls and messages on my phone and data roaming. I have set my additional charges cap at £5.00. I have selected to allow all calls and messages on my phone and roaming is activated. I can receive sms from uk but not international. I am trying to receive an important international automated sms. Any help is appreciated

What's going on with iD?? 7 months ago I switched to iD as i was told they were great. Now I'm finding the network frequently slow, Unresponsive in several areas. Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire. I'm beginning to wish I'd stayed with ee as their coverage was better. I only changed because ee are too expensive 

I referred a friend on 23rd March we both received an email saying thanks for joining Refer a friend scheme.My friend had paid 2 payments and it has now been 87 days, it is still showing Pending on check status.How can I chase it up ??

I would like to downgrade my pay monthly sim contract to one with less data. However on the app it is saying that there are currently no plans available for me to change to. This is despite the fact that my contract started on 29/04/23, meaning I am beyond the 30 days needed to change plans. My sim wasnt activated until the 09/05/23 I believe, after having switched from another network, so could it be to do with this? If this is the case then my contract surely shouldnt have started until 09/05/23, despite my account showing it started on 29/04/23 and being billed from this date!

I have 40gb data and thinking this will enough to use in Vietnam, Cambodia n Thailand 17days trip. In the main its to access Internet send wats app messages. Maybe the odd call. Do I need any more top up? Will I incur further charges as a result of use. I'm a light user hardly use my data. Any comments be helpful. Thanks Ajay

Got a Google pixel 6a at £23.99 a month in January if this year. Last month it went up to £27.15.  This is totally unacceptable considering you can get a pixel 7 for a bit less  Regards. Paul Woods. 

Why can't I send texts or ring other numbers? All I keep getting is error code 0. So frustrating. I'm all unlimited and haven't exceeded my cap so not sure what the problem is. I've taken the sim card out wiped it down and restarted the phone. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hey ID Hive Mind,I'm going to France in a couple of months and I'm a little confused as to the usage whilst away. I keep reading some people say you can use in France your entire limit as you would in the UK and then I read something about fair usage policy.
