I have a data allowance with iD of 50GB per month and used this month about 6GB roaming in France. I am now travelling to Holland and I wonder how much free roaming I have left this month for roaming in Holland.

So I got a contract with ID mobile which arrived Tuesday, I didn’t put no sim in the phone until Thursday as that’s when my number was supposed to be transferred over. Now here comes the fun part. So the phone shows the number I transferred over when I put the sim card in yesterday. I was able to send out texts but I can not receive them. Nor can I receive calls and I have no mobile data at all. So I contacted them through live chat and they said it was still in process of transferring so it should be done by midnight. Now today it’s even worse. I can’t send out texts. I can’t do calls. Still can’t receive texts either. And when my partner tries to call my number it says the number practically does not exist. And when I try to call out it says “this service does not allow access to this number” I’ve gone through multiple forums trying to find out a fix. I had the phone off all night to see if that would help which it definitely didn’t. I can’t get through to live chat as it keeps telli

Hi, I’ve tried multiple times but unfortunately the one time security code to register the app is coming through via SMS. This might be to do with the phone number change also happening today.  Please can someone help?

Hi,My current 12 contract expires on 10.6.23 when I am on holiday.  Any thoughts how I can get around this so I don't loose reception. Will my contract just continue?  I just want to sign up for a new contract for £12 months at £6 per month 60GB. I cannot upgrade on my application. Please advise. Thanks Ajay

Hi I am going to America in July and need to be able to access my maps on my phone. Can anyone tell me what data usage I will be charged to do this, or is there an all inclusive payment you can take to do this. Also what should I set my phone to in the settings ? technology is not my strong point. 

I have tried for 3 days to set up a reoccurring bundle but it says error occurred every time.I have tried on the app and on the website and both will not work. It won’t even let me add a card to wallet that also says error.my details on the account are all up to date.please can I have help to sort this out. 

Hi guys,my old phone number was suppose to be transferred today, according to the ID email I received when I signed up. this didn’t happen yet. I activated my account, downloaded the app and also tried to follow the “switching process through PAC” (which didn’t go through). Any idea how long it takes? it says 24h but mine was due today and nothing has happen yet.thanks for the support  

Hi,I’ve just joined id and my new sim card is not working.  Have followed all the troubleshooting steps and the sim card is not even recognised,  Have tried to 2 different unlocked phones and both same.  Please help

I ordered a sim only deal and unfortunately found out I am still locked in to my current network. I am still within the cooling off period and the sim is still in the card and never been activated. what is the process for cancelling?the live chat never seems to work and I can find no other way to contact you.  Jacob Smith

Hi, I’ve recently joined ID Mobile and I want to transfer my old EE mobile number across, but when I input the details (PAC, old number, new number and transaction number), I keep getting an error message saying there is an issue with the information entered. I’ve checked the details over and over and tried to enter them on numerous occasions, but they still won’t go through.  Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong and what I need to do please, my PAC number is valid until 17th April?
