With no notification my monthly bill seems to have increased from £32.99 to 37.41. I am assuming that this has something to do with inflation but my issue is no one notified me of the increase or how much it would be

I bought an iPhone 14 but instead received an iPhone 12. Having raised this complaint with ID mobile they have checked the warehouse cctv which they said shows an iPhone 14 being packaged correctly. This leaves the delivery company at fault, however they have a photo of a parcel being delivered to me which is right but that was the iPhone 12.  They have stated the complaint is now in deadlock and I will receive a final response in 10 days!  The communication has been poor throughout this process, extremely slow. I feel at a loss as to what to do because it seems the weight of evidence they have is in their favour, how can I prove otherwise?  I asked them to trace the serial number of the iPhone 12, of which they state is not in their system. Surely they can investigate this more by contacting Apple as they document all purchases against serial numbers. I suggested this but they do not agree this to be possible.  I am very upset as I do not want to pay for an iPhone 14 when I only have

I have just got a new contract with iD which I shall receive my SIM card soon, and I will be stopping my current contract on o2.I don't want to keep my current number on o2, which is why I have a STAC code, but I have a different number from Vodafone I do want to use and I have a PAC code for that.My question is, is it possible to provide both a STAC and PAC to iD and what order would I do them in?

I am unable to get an upgrade until 2nd June but go on holiday before this so want to be able to get a phone sooner… Can I pay off the remainder of this current contract in order to terminate it early and then buy a new contract with you?If yes is there a way in which I can keep my number ?

I’m abroad for three weeks and have managed to go to the £25 cap. I’ve tried paying off my bill early to remove the cap, but that doesn’t work. I’ve tried increasing the cap, but the system won’t let me. I’ve looked at buying more add ons, but the add ons specifically say they won’t increase the cap and there are no international/roaming add-ons.I’m abroad for 10 more days and desperately need some data to use Uber to get around an American city with rubbish public transport. I’m really frustrated with ID Mobile’s set up on this. It seems to trap you in an impossible cycle without warning.I’m definitely moving to a new provider unless there is any way around this.

My contract is meant to be £39.99 per month, but this month’s bill (my second) was £51.83.  I can only assume that this is because I changed the payment date to the 1st of the month.  My query though is re the payment period.  My first bill was from 9th March to 8th April and was for £39.99; my second bill was from 9th April to 17th May and was for £51.83, so clearly the increase is due to the longer payment period.  So I get that.  My next bill is due on 1st June and will be back to £39.99 - can someone tell me what payment period this will be for, as I don’t want to end up having to pay for the same payment period twice?!Also, I would add that if there was a customer service number you could call to actually speak to someone over the phone, that would make things a lot easier!

I have recently changed to a sim only deal. I thought I'd selected the sim only 1 month rolling but it looks like I have selected the 24 month one. Can I change this to 1 month rolling?

Driven from UK to Italy today. At some point I've been charged £5 for out of Plan data. I leave data connected and have not been charged previously for similar journies in the EU. Usage is 2MB (small) and I have 94Gb data allowance remaining at the time of writing. I believe I have been incorrectly billed. Please can this be investigated?

Hello, I'm looking at getting cheap mobile contracts(less than £15 a month) for myself and my 3 tweens/teens. My questions are:1. Am i allowed to take out more than one contract at a time?
