After return to UK from EU, phone says "Not registered on Network".Says "Emergency calls only"Doesn’t send or receive texts or calls.Had been working fine before visiting EU and while there for 2 weeks.I’ve tried; closing down and re-starting; enabling Flight mode and returning to normal; enabling mobile data and turning it off;  enabling data roaming and turning it off; scanning for available networks and then selecting “3 UK”.Network signal strength is 2 or 3 bars.Device is Samsung Galaxy Ace S3 GT-S7275R, running Android 4.2.2.I am reasonably IT literate having taught it till 5 years ago.Advice please.

When I got to send a text message it comes up with not received but the recipient still gets the message!

Hi,Today i have opened an account in clearscore to check out credit ratings but I’m seeing default account has been opened on my name a year before. I never applied anything from ID mobiles.The address it’s showing for account opened, i never lived over there.I need to close asap not to affect my credit score.can someone  please help me on this?

I was taught that the true character of a company can be judged by not how well their product works but by how they handle problems when they occur.I was just on the live chat and asked a straight forward question but could not get a straight forward answer, so the agent passed me off to Sales and Retentions who was said to have all the answers. The agent reassured “I understand the question” but then went on not to answer it but like a recurring decimal kept trying to sell me a new plan. After all … that’s what Sales does. The poor sales person did not have further details and said plan are “system generated”. (May AI and not humans are controlling the system?) So here is the question folks … and please don’t laugh at my plan …. this plan satisfies my needs 😊. Apart from the glaringly obvious 2GB data what is the difference between the two? There are no free lunches. Got a Pixel 6a yesterday (14 Feb), partly because I promised my wife the £100 currys voucher if I could get a new phone!. Having read a number of messages about people not getting them, or being told they do not qualify, I am now worried as there was nothing in the package that arrived today or in the id emails. If I do not get it because of the plan I chose I am not going to be very happy, the initial screen clearly said a £100 voucher and did not flag if my plan did not get the voucher, a bit underhand I think.

I've transferred my old number over from Smarty to ID Mobile, however when I text people, my new number shows up on their phone rather than the number I brought across.Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Texts that should be blue iMessages are green and then I get the Not delivered notification even though they have been delivered. 

I have two contracts with ID but only one is visible when I log in to the app or website. How can I see them both?

I got a new SIM card for my wife last month. we are unable to see any details online. Under My Account it says Unable to get your plan details. Please retry later. Under My Dashboard it says Error in calculating the estimated bill, displayed amount may not be correct.I suspect there is confusion between this new account and a previous account with the same phone number. How can this be resolved? 

I brought my new phone on Wednesday evening and wanted to keep the number I’ve always had. This was with network 3. It’s now Friday (2days later) and my number still hasn’t changed over. What do I do. I provided a pac code ect to the person who sorted my phone out in the shop and on my billing and confirmation (paperwork and email) it says my old number but when I set up the Id account it asked for a number to send a password to so obviously I popped the new sim in. When I’ve changed providers in the past it’s never taken more than an hour I’d say to keep my number.

i am moving to carphone warehouse for a better deal and it is also with ID mobile, i want to keep my number so can i request my PAC code and keep my number when going from ID to ID mobile.

I registered for a 12 month SIM only plan on 18 Jan with iD, setting up my direct debit and all the rest. I was transfering my mobile from SKY. This morning, my iD moblie SIM was delivered by DPP. Unfortunately, I am yet to receive my Switching Transaction Number so I have been unable to transfer my old number.Please how do I get the Switching Transaction Number from iD? iD promised to send this to but they have not; without the Switching Transaction Number, I cannot port my new iD mobile SIM to my old SKY number. I have my PAC from SKY already.  

Wifi calling (no signal at home) keeps going off and I have to switch the phone on and off to get it back again. There is no problem with my wifi. wifi calling is activated and I sometimes it works and often not. Please advise. I can’t get through to ID and have tried the chat function with no response. 

I bought this Google pixel pro from carphone warehouse with data plan by ID mobile. I haven't received any phone numbers so I can't use my data plan which is a waste. What should I do to activate it?

If roaming is inclusive with the country I'm visiting, why did I incur out of plan data charges when I landed? Roaming is enabled on my device and account. The country I'm visiting is listed as one of the 50 countries in the roaming section. How do I contact ID for clarification?

Hello all. Calls are going straight to my voicemail all of a sudden. I was expecting an NHS call yesterday that failed to come until they called my landline and informed me. I've since missed other calls too. I can make calls OK and I just found out I can receive calls if I switch on mobile data. Does this mean it's a problem in my area? I've taken out my sim and put it back. I've reset network, I've restarted phone, used airplane mode etc but still no calls. Can anyone help? Many thanks. 

Is it possible to register 2 accounts using the same email address.  Both myself and wife have contracts with iD Mobile but only one of us can create an account.

Hi, my contract has ended and I’ve gone simonly and kept the phone. They’ve sent me a new sim card. Is that right? I want to keep the same number etc, so I thought I’d still be keeping the same sim in the phone. Thanks in advance
