I am having difficulty for the second month running now topping up my PAYG account.  The problem is that when I attempt to top up OR purchase a bundle I get the error message “oops, something went wrong, please try again”.  This is not isolated to one account either as I have two PAYG accounts, one for my wife and one for my son and I have also tried on multiple devices, a PC with Edge browser (dont judge) and also my iphone via both the safari browser and also the mobile app but to no avail.  The same thing occurred last month at which time I managed to get through to an agent on the online chat and his resolution was to just give me a 10 pounds bundle for free, however this time not only do I have this issue but I am also unable to get through to an agent.  Anyone else experiencing this problem?

When trying to access https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/international-and-roaming-charges, I get a request rejected error. Any chance someone could tell me the roaming cost for calls and data in the US? 

Having read the small print, am concerned to sign a 24 month contract, when prices may go up by an unknown amount in April. How much have they increased by in the past? What seems like a good offer now, may turn out to be very expensive in 4 months time. Advice anyone.

My Samsung A12 has stopped charging via my charger but will still charge on another charger in the house. However that other charger has stopped working on my phone after a week but when I go to use someone else's, it still doesn't work. My phone is only charging on certain chargers. For example, If there was 10 chargers, my phone would charge on 1 or 2 but everyone else's phone will charge on the chargers that don't work for me fine. But after a day, that charger will start to work again. So Im now looking for an upgrade however ... my contract is yet to end and it at this day (2nd May 2023) is ending at September time so I can't upgrade it. The charging port is very clean and I see no visible issues with it. What do I do?

I just found 9 missed payments on my credit report from 2009  (I’ve never checked my credit report before) I’ve never missed any payments - I had a few sim only deals back then (for GPS trackers) cancelling the sims was a pain in the bum at the time… but I never missed any payments, everything was by direct debit, there was always more than enough in my account to cover the direct debit amount how can I have these removed? there’s….2 in February 20093 in March 20093 in April 20091 in May 2009  

Customer service is now completely useless. When I first joined you could actually phone and speak to a human. Now there is no support whatsoever. I've used live chat on a number of occasions and promises of a 24/58 hour response never happen. Two issues since February after wasted hours on live chat and nothing resolved. It is a very poor service now.  

s22 ultra phone will not switch off and continues to flash on and off like its trying to reboot,tried doing a forced reboot but nothing happens, phone is only 3 months old need help.purchased from id mobile.

Hi, does ID Mobile have any plans in the near future to introduce a single charge, either as a daily, weekly, or periodic fixed rate that will allow one’s UK allowances (up to a reasonable amount) to apply to using the phone in the USA?  This is something that 3 used to offer for free in the past, and most other mobile providers offer it at a fixed price.  This would avoid being charged every time a call is made either on the ID phone from USA to the UK, or vice-versa.  Typical costs for this tend to be anywhere from £3 to £5 per day, or lower on a daily basis if purchasing a multi-day package.  I need to go the the USA but am getting worried about the cost of keeping in touch with people back home in the UK.  I won’t have any wifi or data networks to piggyback on for calling while in there.  Many thanks.

I’ve recently switched from Virgin to Id opting to port my old number. Apart from avoiding the nuisance of alerting all services linked to my Virgin number to a new number I chose not to accept an ID mobile number because they are re-issued to new customers after being out of circulation for 90 days only. Has anyone experienced calls on a newly issued number relating to a previous user ? ThanksJW

After 10years SIM only direct debit,  emergency only phone at 6 pounds a month. This month was charged 26pounds, Impossible to get to a human,  went to Curry's they tried calling a 4 digit number to stop it? No response so informed us to go to bank,  Bank said scam refunded overcharged amount. ID send message saying account suspended although money still deducted for SIM card. We are pensioners don't have clue what they are up to something about 1.50 a call for SMS or SMS. 10 years at 6 pound a month fine  but when it goes wrong thank God the back were quick to respond. Now with no human to talk to were obliged to contact the ombudsman. 

Can I get a date when my number will be ported. I requested to keep my old number when ordering the SIM.I have an email saying it will be changed but no date when it will happen 

I left iD in December due to constant signal problems and ported my number to a new GiffGaff account. I have since had even worse problems with signal in my area so decided to swap back to iD, and my number is due to be ported back today. When I login to my previous iD account it obviously shows the number I've always had, but attached to my previous details so it thinks I don't have an account. When I try to register a while new account with the number, it says it's not recognised.I'm now slightly worried that the porting back isn't going to work. Has anyone got any experience with this? Will the account issue resolve itself once the whole porting is complete, or an I going to be left with no number? I currently have no signal on either SIM.

Hi,I have recently changed ID Mobile contact email address, I am aware that the username stays the same as my previous email address and that's fine.I would like to change my community profile (the one I'm using to post this) contact email address as its has stayed the same as my previous email address. There is no way to do this on the website. If this is not possible, how do I delete my community account? So I can start again.Thanks.

Why do these pac code never work with out the hassle, just says something went wrong, been like this for days, my contract ends on 16th May and wish to leave and keep my number, or silly question, can I not do this until the 16th?

I had money in my Top up yesterday to by another bundle (my bundle finished last night).  This morning my Top Up amount is 0.00!!!!! Where has the money gone?  According to my time line no data has been used.I can't get in contact with anyone and your bot is useless for this question!

My telephone [REDACTED] iDMobile plan has had the data allowance reduced. I should be getting 2GB per month all I received this month on 24/04/23 was 0.6GBPlease correct and also rollover the remaining from the last billing period. Thanks.

Could you please explain why my bill this month (October) is for the sum of £62.51 when it is normally £21. I have been to France this month but my roaming is turned on. I only made 2/3 calls during the visit to France and a few text messages

My 2 year contract ended and I then went on sim only before switching providers, Id sent a pac code, but said I owed £65, 10x my monthly charge, I have been unable to get an answer from Id why I owe this amount and they have now ruined my credit file by marking it as missed paymentsany idea why they say I owe them?

Someone please please help me get away from this company !I tried to trasfer my number from EE in 2021 but It wouldnt work the pac code The girl who supports me had found out after over 1 year that I have 2 contracts still in my bank account £75 EE just sending the pac codes again and againI have been trying to cancel. February March April many times It never works.I am too disable I get £340 a month only in benefits I can’t earn nothing now my body gave upthis my last straw today because  This afternoon we  wentto buy me my dinner and there was 0.00 pounds because yet again £75.00 come out for two phones and the price has gone up. I tried to sort and I must of been talking to that robot in the webchats it took ages to do security and then they vanish how to just stop this!!? i have no money to survive Im so upset. My heart  is hurting so much Ive never even been so stressed sick and now am hungry over £35!! This is the worst day embarasment stress. maybe not a lot of money to this com

I just brought a phone with ID network but want to transfer my number from my old network 

I provided my PAC code on signing up to ID mobile and scheduled my old number to port across from EE on 12th April. 12th comes and goes and nothing happens. I raise a query through Live Chat on 13th April and issue is raised with technical team and told to wait 48 hours. I chase again on 16th to be told there has been a delay with my transfer and to wait a further 48 hours. Still nothing.I chase again today (19th April) to be told they believe number transfer happened on 14th April. However I have received no confirmation text from ID with this and my old Sim card from EE is still working which surely it shouldn’t if the transfer had happened? My phone settings are all still showing my temporary number and won’t change to my ported one after following all instructions to do this. This makes me think number still hasn’t ported - can someone help me on how to get this resolved?

We are on ID already, pay monthly, trying to get a contract phone through carphone warehouse but when we try to check out, it's not letting us put in a pac code as we are already with I'd but we can't check out and keep the number! 

I have very poor network signal despite living in the city centre. Noone can ever hear me on the other end of the line its very frustrating 😒.  Despite checking the signal strength I the area and it says its very strong, I still struggle to make calls. WiFi calling is not any better either. Complained to ID few times but noone seem to reply or even  other to acknowledge that some customers gave problems and gave to live with them day and night. Such a poor customer service guessing reflecting the network service. Can't wait to leave ID and would not reccomend to anyone. Please avoid iff you can 

Hello I have recently heard of the amazingly good package deals with iD Mobile and thought this would be a brilliant chance to make a switch as I really need to save money. I am currently on a contract with EE and wondered do I need to wait for this contract to end/pay it off myself or do iD offer to pay off contracts on the basis you then switch to them? I contacted GiffGaff about this once before and they said as they don't do contracts only pay as you go then the ozone must be provided yourself. Thank you
