Hi there, I am travelling to Morocco next week, which I realise is not an inclusive roaming country. I am wondering which fees I will encounter when using my phone there. Any help appreciated 

Someone has ordered a new SIM and set it up with my name and number. They have activated it, deactivating my SIM. They now have access to all my one-time passcodes, giving them access to all my online accounts and banking. I've been trying to contact ID via the live chat since yesterday, it's always a 1hour+ queue, and the connection drops before I make it to the front of the queue. The scammer ordered the SIM to:15 Ellingham CourtThorntonBRADFORDBD13 3EF If ID cannot get this sorted by 4PM today I'm going to drive there with a hammer and sort it myself.

I am trying to register my account online but keep having the same issue I am not doing something right. The phone number is the one iD sent me, I am using the phone for calls and for everything else but cannot register. I have given the correct name and year of my birth but still keeps saying wrong!!! 

How can I talk to a human being are there any at iD Mobile?All I won't to do is port a new number to my phone. I have been trying for weeks…. HELP. If this docent work Im out of iD Mobile for good..

How come my bills are going up by £4.95 per month but I'm not getting any extra services

I have read the community and I keep seeing that everyone is being private messaged. I bought my phone as part of an upgrade and haven’t received the £100 voucher. Please let me know what it is I need to do. The phone was bought directly via your website and I have an email telling me that this was part of the package I believe 

I've landed in Spain today but despite getting the text confirming roaming I can't use data/calls/texts. Do I need to change some settings on my phone?

Here’s something a bit odd………I currently have a Tesco PAYG account , the number from which I wish to keep as it’s so well-used and everyone knows it. I texted ‘PAC’ to 65075 as per the id website instructions .The text seemed to send correctly , but I instantly received a reply from O2 , saying a PAC could not be issued , as there was a ‘problem’ , and to try later or go online to O2. I am not aware that Tesco uses O2, but that does not mean they don’’t . …...I’ve just checked , and it IS O2. I have a grand total of 4p credit left, and this decided me now was a good time to switch . Could the issue be that 4p is not sufficient credit to receive the PAC text? I note that  the 4p credit did not change upon sending said text . I am reluctant to put any credit onto the Tesco account, as I’m sure there’s a minimum amount, and that’s a bit stinky as it won’t get used , unless Tesco send me a different number to continue with , then I can burn up that credit ? I’ve finally managed to set up my new SIM card (I’m a new customer to ID Mobile) and I thought I’d test it by sending a text to my other phone.I sent the message “Test from ID Mobile number” but when the other phone received it, it reads “*0# Test from ID Mobile number”I sent another one that said “Again?” and when it arrived, it read “*0# Again?”Does anybody have any idea why it keeps adding *0# in front of my text??

Pixel 7  delayed will I still get the ear buds  - I have emailed re my order reference is 126226020 and not had a response - please can someone from ID Mobile advise ?

I do not appreciate that I am a loyal customer and I can not get through to talk to someone about ym bill I'm heavily pregnant and getting very stressed out which isn't healthy for me. I don't understand why you have made impossible to speak to an advisor all over me wanting to communicate over my bill so could someone please get back to me ASAP or the situation isn't going to get dealt with 

I placed an order on the 29th Jan for a new sim card only contract and have recevied lots of emails, including my contract documents, confirmation of my direct debit and even notice that my first bill is ready. But i still haven’t received the sim card, or even an email from ID, DPD or Currys saying its been dispatched! I already switched over my PAC number, a little over eager I know, and now am stuck with no working phone and no idea when the sim card will arrive. It was only supposed to take 2 working days!

I did not even use my dim. I se t it back with a letter as it was impossible to get through to I’d. I have sent numerous emails to their customer services . I can’t cancel as per their instructions as I never put the sim in my phone so do have the number. I have never heard back and keep getting an email every mi th to pay £10.00! It is impossible to cancel with this company. Nobody to speak to and customer services do not reply. 

I've recently upgraded and had new handset again but this time I was unable tk keep my own number I had Iver my last few contracts also I had to create a new account with app..but the main reason I need advice is because I've had my new contract but my old one is still active and I'm being billed it should of ended and my account passed over why is this happening 

Hi. My bill is overdue. I have tried to pay it through the app using two different debit cards from two different bank accounts (both have enough funds to meet the payment amount). Both cards were rejected. I want to pay my bill - what can I do now.  Please note: I work on a cruise ship and we're currently in Asia, heading to Egypt. I cannot make a phone call to the customer services number. I repeat - I CANNOT MAKE A PHONE CALL to the customer services number. 

Ive completed the “Switch to ID Mobile” form but I always get a“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”I have searched and applied all the suggestions. Ive typed my name in Capitals, My transaction number starts with a 4.I have been unable to contact support. So far I am not very impressed with my choice of going with ID.

Hi all, when someone calls and I don’t answer I always get a text to say there’s a voicemail even if the caller doesn’t leave one. Is there a setting to stop the text but not turn voicemail off? Tia 

Can you advise how I can get a transaction code please?I didn’t get a confirmation or welcome email.no receipt with phone either.I have been trying for 3 days to get on live chat unsuccessfully.  some advice on this forum states you don’t need it to port number but I cannot submit required form without it.  Hopefully someone can suggest something? thanks Caroline

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my new sim only contract sim and it hasn't arrived I can't get on the I'd mobile app as it wants to send a code to the sim which hasn't arrived any ideas or help much needed thanks 

Hello, I joined Id mobile a couple of days ago, my old phone number ported over and all is good.My question is, I received an email saying Welcome etc, it states my bill will be taken out on the 5th of each month, has my old ported  number in the info  and everything looks in order.1 hour later I received an email saying my direct debit  details have been accepted, but shows the date  for my bill to be taken out on or around  the 20th of each month and shows the temporary? phone number I was given  before my old one ported. It says If anything looks incorrect, please contact us to update your info . As this was the latest email I thought i better ask here (live chat was not available) Thanks in advance

Hi all, apologies for what may be a stupid question but I can’t track down an answer. I received my new sim yesterday and put it into my phone. At the time of signing up, I entered my PAC code and old number for transfer. However, I haven’t received any notification that the transfer will happen and when it might. Is this an automatic process and should I expect it to occur imminently? Many thanks!

Hello! Im getting harrased by life insurance companies (hope they dont know something! 🤣) and despite blocking the numbers they just ring back using a different numbers at all hours of the day 😡So i’d like to change my number, is there an easy way to go about it - fill out a form or something? I have no issue with the £25 fee - Ive tried to do it on the live chat the last couple of days but it just say busy and try again later 😭

Hello, I will be working and living in Greece for the foreseeable future and I want to set up my direct debit with my Greek bank account since that's where I will be paid. I tried to set it up on the app but I couldn't figure it out since Greece doesn't use sort codes.Is it possible to do this through the app/ at all? I tried to get in touch through the live chat ilbut it always seems busy.
