I have transferred my number over to ID 24hrs ago and when people text me or call me it works fine but when I text or call people it shows the old ID phone number

Hi everyone,I just relocated to the UK and need an unlimited data plan. First I tried getting a contract, which didn't work as I don't have 3 years of UK addresses. Then I tried ordering a PAYG SIM, only to have the same problem.I tried getting one in a Currys, they said they don't sell PAYG idMobile SIMs. I can't find a phone number anywhere that I could order from, and the Live Chat is broken for me(and it says it requires to have a plan in the first place...)So, how do I get a PAYG SIM?Cheers

I hope to have my New SIM next week.if I begin using the new number to test the system and determine whether IDmobile is suitable for me!Once I decide it’s what I want can I port my number across at a later date?How long have I got to do this?or is it something that needs to be done immediately?

I am paying for 5g service and my internet speed is 2.5Mbs. That is absolute joke.My 3g internet 10 years ago was faster!Rubbish!

How do I get proof of purchase from my upgrade to claim my free ear buds?

Hi,I have a sim only plan which I solely use for a data connection in my car. The problem is I left the sim in my car and sold my car to a dealership who have now sold it.The problem is I do not have any record of the mobile number associated with the sim card and I do not have the sim card to be able to check it or receive SMS’s from it. I do have my username but cannot remember my password for the idapp or online login.I am however still paying a monthly direct debit for the privilege on a pay monthly own data contract which I am having difficulty cancelling.  Thanks

I have all my call diverts set to +44 7782333123.If I drop an incoming call, or my phone is off, the call goes to Voicemail just fine.If I don’t answer, after ringing for 30 seconds the caller gets a message “Sorry it has not been possible to connect your call" Can someone help as this makes the service unusable

 Hiya, we recently upgraded through yourselves and got some samsung budd freeHowever the left one isn't workingI have taken them to a phone shop who stated that it is broken but id have to pay to use his time. I am trying to transfer a number from virgin to Id Mobile.I keep getting “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.” I have the Pac code, and transaction number and all the details i need, still not working.Trying the chat bot but i have been waiting 45 minutes so far.  

I've noticed that an extra payment has been going from my account to ID. I eventually started a live chat with an agent. Half-way through the agent decided to exit the chat. I was angry enough beforehand. Even more so now. Absolutely disgusting. My contract renewal is due next month. Have a feeling I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Would love to get a response from them but I won't hold my breath. They don't care. 

I’m trying to move my vodafone number to idmobile.The PAC code I have from Vodafone expires on 11 April. Today is the 5 April, but when I enter allthe details into the idmobile app, it says that the expiry date of the PAC is beyond the date when theycan complete the swap. I cant get a different PAC from Vodafone until after 11 April.

WiFi Calling works very well on my phone  ..  when it is working!  Very often it just doesn't, no little symbol in the corner of the screen.   But it is activated on my phone and I have a full WiFi signal, but very little network signal.  Why is it not working? Samsung offers no help, but I have told to try flight mode (with WiFi turned back on), this makes no difference. This is extremely frustrating! 

Hi, I’ve entered all of my details into the PAC submit form as I want to keep my old phone number from my previous network. However, the webpage says that there is an issue with the details I’ve submitted even though I am certain that all of the information is correct. Could I have assistance please?

Having switched to ID mobile my old number is still not showing up when dialling phone numbers or messaging, i have already sorted out the PAC code 

My mobile bill has increased after 6 months, why is this?

I have gone round in circles with the IDMobile web site and never managed to find a Chat button.my enquiry is relatively trivial but has developed into challenge to contact the company.My wife has a DD of £6.00 the IDMobile bills reflect this but once in February my bank statement shows it took £6.30.I just wanted to ask why and then discovered it is impossible to ask anything.

Hello, I recently purchased the Google Pixel 7 with the £100 Currys gift card as below. However, in the actual email receipt there is no mention of the Currys voucher.  Does anyone know if I will be receiving the voucher or to whom I should talk to about it? I only chose this plan for the voucher.   

I have been having an issue with the tethering on my iphone 13 since I received it. As of yet I have not been able to connect my laptop to my phone for tethering. It just comes up with “Can’t connect to this Network”. Any ideas how I can resolve this as my previous id sim had no issue.

I have had this contract which I believe was miss sold and given incorrect information several times therefore inciting charges and the price has now gone up so much and to leave has gone up massively with there is no one to talk to and within the 30 days of being informed of the price hike I want to cancel free of charge  as within my rights to do so.

I have just joined ID today and tried to put my PAC code in the app and it says some of my details are wrong when I have checked and they are not wrong, Honestly thinking of taking phone back to Curry’s and staying with EE if this cannot be resolved  

Closed my old account with IDM in December but just took out a new sim deal with them. Now can’t see how to restart my online account which just says I’ll be able to see my old data for 6 months from December. Anyone know how to reset my account. 

I have accidently deleted a voicemail. Is there any way of recovering it?
