HiYou have considerably increased my monthly payment plan. However, you are now offering me a slightly cheaper plan BUT with more data (which I hardly use ).My question, if I switch to this new plan, do I need to commit for new 24 months before I can upgrade? I am due for an upgrade at end of July so need clear answer as I am keen to to get upgraded.Thank you. Mo

I  can’t get through to speak to anyone via the chat or by calling!it’s been a month since receiving my handset and I would really like to be able to set it up and use it as I am paying for it.i have even tried to see if I can get through to you via the lost and stolen option and now I’ve blocked my handset too.I’m a bit fed up and had I known that your customer service wasn’t easily accessible I wouldn’t have gone with you. 😔 

I am purchasing a new IPhone and will change from IPhone 6 to IPhone 13 Mini.I have a small Data only account with idmoble and do not wish to change this or my number.So is it just a case of swopping the SIM card from old phone to new and everything will be ok automatically or is there anything else needed?Advice welcomed.

Hi I have a query about using the roaming features. My husband and I have both switched to ID mobile and are intending to use our phones on holiday in the Canaries (band 1) next month.  I understand that calling the UK and local Spanish numbers whilst we're overseas is included. But what about calling each other in the Canaries? I assume that this will be free also, but I couldn't find the answer in the guidance. I look forward to hearing from you. Jeff     

Please can you advise how I connect to the WiFi when on London Underground?

Hi so I'm just got my monthly bill and normally my bill is £36.99 but this month I've been charged £71.06 !!! Which is a huge difference and I've looked on my bill online i can't see any outstanding charges . this is a crazy amount and I've no idea why ive been charged this much 

My ID mobile online account (and app) are showing completely wrong numbers. I’m also unable to do anything with my account, such as set the data cap. The dates of the monthly allowances are also showing 2017, which is ridiculous. The pictures below show the issue:

I live in an area where 4g signal is pretty good, but when calling from my handset, the person I’m calling misses words etc.making calling frustrating, and I often have to call back from my landline.I have turned on WiFi calling on the phone, but is there a way to make the phone default to using the WFi to call? I have TalkTalk Fibre, with 65Mbps, and a BT mesh network, so get a decemt signal all around the house.I’ve read that you can turn on FLight Mode, then enable the wifi  - will this make the phone use the WiFi for calls?Thanks

I have ported my number over to ID mobile from Vodafone. My phone is the pixel 7 pro.When I send  messages and it goes through as chat it sends from the old number. I've been into chat feature settings and it shows status connected with the old number showing. So Turned off chat features and turned back on. Status shows trying to verify number. Click button to verify number. Change number to new number. ​​​​​But nothing changes old number still showing. 

I purchased an S22 Ultra from ID Mobile while there was an offer for a £150 bonus trade in.  I received my trade in claim for the phone I sent, and an email saying I should hear back within 5 days. 5 weeks later, nothing. I have emailed several times to carphone warehouse, and tried contacting through their website. No reply.I feel completely let down and misled by this promotion. Please help me get this sorted out. Thanks

I have had a  monthly sim only deal for some time before I upgraded to a 12 monthly sim only deal.The 12 monthly contract finishes in 13 days.I would like to upgrade to a mobile phone monthly contract. But when I look at my upgrade options it only shows sim only deals. Are there any loyalty discount deals available to me?

My sons iPhone 7 had an update recently and for some reason there were no carrier settings sent.  I’ve tried everything, Apple Store (said it was a network provider issue) multiple resets, new SIM card and still nothing!  End result, he cannot use the phone to make or receive calls.  Is there any way to get the carrier settings sent to the phone?

Do ID do a booster to boost my mobile connection... I am using my hot-spot at my caravan site but its very hit and miss. Kids mobiles are buffering all the time... I just need something stronger. Ive checked the area coverage and its fine. 

Data Speed in DT4 area has been tanking badly for the past couple of weeks, and now becoming useless. How do I complain about this massively deteriorating service?

My direct debit has been received my id mobile but the payment has not come out of my bank account, I have contacted the bank and they said it’s an issue with ID Mobile as the direct debit is set up correctly

Hello, First time posting here having joined ID Mobile in the last couple of days, I must say it has not been an ideal start. My number port from my original network seems to have failed, the number is showing on my mobile phone correctly to the ID Mobile SIM, the phone says “emergency calls only” My online account is not working as expected, attenting to login shows a message that something has failed.Is there anyone avaiable to help please?

HiI recently traveled to Spain, before going I followed the instructions and checks listed for “Roaming in Spain” and other posts.  Before I left for Spain I could not call or text a Spanish (+34) number, on arriving in Spain I received the IDMobile welcome text and could call and text a Spanish (+34) number as well as being able to call and text UK (+44) numbers.  On my return to the UK, having not changed any of my phone settings,  I could NOT call or text any Spanish numbers again.Using a Samsung Galaxy 10 Lite running Android 13Would be grateful for any help

I have two ID mobile rolling sims for my 2 children. I can access the account details for one child and have managed to upgrade that one to a plan with more data but because I can’t manage the second SIM on the same account it’s not letting my upgrade my second SIM. How can I go about changing the plan that SIM is on?

I paid my bill today late as i just forgot but my service hasn't been resorted I've tried setting up a DD but get this message  "You need to pay your outstanding balance of £0.00 to come out of collections and reactivate your services. You can pay using the iDMobile app or My Account online or by calling" can someone please advise
