I just purchased a new contract with you via carphone warehouse as this was cheaper than an upgrade and I had a look through the community help forums. I have some questions  1. I know I would have to go through alot of steps to keep my old number, I'm fine with a new one I guess, I was just wondering about confirmation of how you'd go about keeping the old number or not? I've seen about sending a pac code to a sim only payg on a different network then to the new phone on id 2. What do I do about the old contract? The end date is 30th April but in the breakdown it says if I cancelled now the contract would still end on the 30th April, does that mean I'd get charged still for the April billing on the old contract? Thus getting charged twice for both contracts in April? I've also seen the expensive leaving costs for if I cancel now. So should I wait until the 31st March to ensure I'm within the 30 day window? Or is there another way to avoid the leaving costs/paying the April bill since

I am unable to register on the iD mobile app, with an error message coming up “Your ID Mobile number was not recognised. Please enter your active iD Mobile phone number.” My old number has been ported across from my old network to my new iD Mobile SIM and is operational, but the app is not recognising my number.I have tried entering my initial iD Mobile number prior to the porting across of my old number and the app does recognise this, but the next step is that a security code is sent to this number, but I do not receive this code and cannot proceed with the registration process.How do I resolve this issue?

Why have you charged me for 2 multimedia messages that where sent using WiFi because I don't have any signal to use my phone or mobile data? 1 of the multimedia messages wasn't sent but you charged me for it?Day light robbery. 

I shall be going to Montreal in June & am wondering whether my ID Mobile Sim will function there? If so, I presume there will be an automatic connection to another network - but which?

Hi, I recently upgraded to a Sim only for my son and I’ve went into a 30gb plan, well he uses way more than that and I’m within my 14 day cooling off period, can I please go back his old unlimited plan contract please 

Morning. My account was suspended due to no payment I have since paid the due amount 24 hours ago and my services still haven’t returned? 

I switched to ID phone, have received a welcome pack, already received an invoice for the first month but the promised switch over has not happened.  I have tried registering my account - no luck. I have tried contacting ID Mobile - no luck at all. There is simply no form of help available that doesn’t require me to sign in or register, yet when I do both systems fail.  

Hi am travelling to Thailand in July am wanting to know how my phone will perform there ie-calls, text and mainly my data for internet? And will there be any other charges for these services?

I am from the UK, and love ID. However, now I am working on a cruise ship that is sailing around Miami and the Bahamas. Of course my ID package does not work here so what can I do? Do I need to get a new sim or is there an add on I haven't seen?Thanks 😊 

I was previously with ID. I now have a new ID sim, which is working fine. However, it won’t let me register on the app as I only have 1 email, the one I used on my previous ID account. What can I do? Is there a way of getting rid of my old account?

I previously bought a sim only contract for my son and set this up under my name for him as he is under 16. My own contract has finished with another provider and now taken out a new sim only contract for me. How do I now set both up together under one account so I can see both? Thanks, Justin

I’m guessing that this is a porting issue but...... I just took out a new contract and got a PAC code from my old network to keep my old number. I got a text from ID saying my number was transferred and it shows up on my dashboard when I log into ID online or with the app. When I make calls it’s all rosey, my name and transferred number show on the recipients phone, and I can call my phone with the transferred number. Texting on the other hand.....they are sent and received from the original number that the SIM card had, and that number also shows up in settings associated with text messages and my various ‘i’ accounts, and also on the details of my phone under the devices associated with my iCloud account. As it’s attempting to use two numbers on one phone I can only assume that the porting of the number hasn’t worked properly unless anyone knows better! Thanks, Dan

I just relocated from EU to UK a couple of months ago. I want a SIM Only Deal. How can I get a contract? To apply for one, your site asks for a valid UK telephone number (which I don’t have) and obviously I don’t have  3 years of UK address history. How do I get a SIM Only Deal?

Why have I been charged for Roaming whilst I visited Tenerife, Madeira, Lanzarote & Gran Canaria  during a cruise? They are all within the 50 named areas that I’ve received numerous texts on confirming it should be as at Home. I have now reached my spend cap but have 40gb of unused data on my account??

I received my a13 phone today, opened the box to charge the phone and find that the lead that comes with it has the same plug both ends of it (the plug will push into the phone) it doesn't have a usb plug on one end of the cable, how do i charge it???

Hi, when trading in my phone for upgrade, there was a promotion of an additional £150 when purchasing a Samsung s22. I've received the original quoted amount but not this additional boost. It looks like I'm not the first person to have trouble with this, what do I need to do in order to get the promotion as promised? If I try to login on ID Mobile website the characters change to Japanese, yet if I login via the email that ID set me it is fine?This is what I see認証に失敗しました。もう一度お願いします。

I’ve just learnt that I will only be able to use 21.60 GB when roaming in a Band 1 country (as opposed to my 100GB plan) free of charge.  I will be charged for anything above 21.60GB.  I am only going for a week, but may use a lot of data.I think ID is misleading  customers by saying you can “roam like at home”.  You can’t.  I only learnt about this by reading the small print on the roaming page.  I think ID should put this on the “Remaining Monthly Allowances” dashboard, to make it clear. ID, will you do this?   It’s misleading if you don’t.
