Previous to joining iD I was on Three for over 10 years.  same phone same location, on Three I was often getting 70mbs down 30mbs up during the day and throughout the evening, on iD I am getting upto 40 down and 13 up. is there some kind of throttling going on on iD or mvno’s on Three in general?  

Hello,Im currently looking at upgrading my phone to the new S23 Plus.Im abit confused on the trade in offer that's being advertised? When I click the find out more in takes me to a page with no information just the Disney plus offer.Secondly when I go into the trade in calculator on your site direct I'm trying to search my phone but even using my IMEI number it won't find my phone. It's a Sony Xperia 1 ii that I bought from Id mobile & carphonewarhouse so to not have a trade in offer seems weird.Is anyone able to confirm I can/ how to trade in this phone towards my upgrade and receive the extra £100 on top of my quote?​​​​

Hello I have recently purchased a new Samsung A35, plan has been set on it and everything seemed to be working fine, I was informed by the lady in Curry's that my old number would be transferred to my new phone, I'm not sure if this has fully happened yet as I now appear to be texting off of 1 number and phoning people on the number I want to use.

When my mum was in hospital we got her a cheap smartphone and rolling sim which she transferred her number to. She since said it wasn’t working and got a phone and sim on contract and has given the first phone to charity. When I tried to go to my account ( I got the sim under my name and bank direct debit) it wants to get a code that has been sent to the number but I don’t have the phone so can’t access the account to cancel the plan.

Hi the coverage in Cottingham areas, such as Vine Close (HU16 5RF) and the Civic Hall area HU16 5QG are very poor, the 4G service is barely useable and 99% of time only got 3G services, can you please investigate?  

I have paid the remaining balance of the contract, I pressed on the ‘Switch or Cancel now’ section and it texted me saying ‘ If you choose to end your plan today, your estimated final bill will be £0.00. Does this mean I am now free to change providers and I own the phone and sim or do I need to do something else?

Hello, I have received an email talking about my contract coming to an end. I went through everything, understood it all but I am a bit hesitant with things.I spent 24 full months paying up to keep the contract running and as soon as the next month and the date comes, I want it cancelled as I am done paying.I have a old sim card from the other company that is still active and I want to go back to it but I can't do it when I have the ID Mobile Sim still running in the background and more money gone.What am I supposed to do in this situation? I don't know how phone contracts goes as it is my first time doing all this and I don't want any more problems from before since I don't have a job and tight due to the inflation.I just want my contract done on the end date and no more issues with stressing.

Hi, looking at a new SIM card offer. It has 100gb for £10 p/m. Is it correct that fair use is based on the cost not your data levels . I’m looking to use it when in holiday in Spain but I think that might only let me use 7/8 gb of data? My current suppliers card lets me have 12gb so not sure that it would be worthwhile switching if that’s right .Normally use my phone as a hot spot while we are away. Is my understanding of fair usage right?  

I entered and received my completion for my pac code on December 25th 2022. I seen on the ID website that obviously due to it being Xmas that it will not be fully transferred over until 29th of December 2022. It is now 7th of January 2023 I have had no change what so ever to my old phone number coming back or 4G working. I need this resolved and my old number back on this sim asap as I need my number to access Uni work and other services.

Hi. I pay monthly for a completely unlimited ID Mobile SIM that I use in a motorhome router. It's used for watching TV,  Whatsapping and keeping up with the news, mainly. It has been working perfectly in Spain up until today. It has stopped working and I just get the message "No Service". My phone, using a different SIM and company, is roaming on Moviestar without any problems. My ID SIM was also using Moviestar until it stopped working 'out of the blue'. I have spent hours trying to get my data up and running again on my Moho router without success. Logging into my ID account shows no problems with my service. What has happened? Are there problems at ID Mobile's end?

account suspended due to late payment. after 24hours service still hadnt been reconnected. i got to speak to someone through vulnerable customr department. he told me to remove SIM card and restart phone. this fixed the issue but following day it seems my service is suspended again, and removinf SIM card and restarting phone doesnt help now. i am up to date with my bills. what do i need to do? do i need new SIM card?Phone im.using is an Oppo model: cph2067

I am baffled as to why you seemingly hold your existing customers with the utmost contempt when they exercise their right to choose the best deal in continuing to be your customer.  Perhaps if you were to give a full range of upgrade phones, people wouldn't decide to create a new account amd then go through the bizarre little dance you inflict on your so-called valued customers in forcing a triangle port on them where we waste your competitors like GiffGaffs time in sending a PAYG sim. The fact that your own advisors advise this route rather than providing REAL customer service and just porting it over is just absurd.  As a business customer of a cellular provider this is something I know an internal port a)is  possible b) happens on a daily basis and c) takes any cellular provider 2 minutes to do. Please can you confirm that's it's not that you can't but you won't, and the actual reasons for this?
