I visited France for the day last Sunday and have been charged £4.99 for data? Been quite a few times on day trips to France and never been charged before, received a text from ID whilst on the ferry saying I can use my phone just like at home as roaming is included so don’t understand why I’ve been charged 😢

I have traded in my old phone that has been delivered on 29 Dec 2022 and sent email to tradeuphelp@dixonscarphone.com, but I haven’t received any reply yet from Carphone Warehouse. As I purchased the Samsung S22 Ultra in 10 Dec 2022, I am also waiting to receive the additional £150 trade-in offer. Is there a contact number that I can call to follow it up on this trade-in?

I’ve just moved to ID from Virgin. Ported my number over which is now split between both Networks. No updates from ID on this issue. Poor customer service when I chase the issue.

I'm finding it very difficult to cancel my upgrade. I was called by an operator from currys carphone warehouse on 11th Jan. I initially said yes at a time I was busy and not thinking straight. I tried to call back to cancel the delivery but I have been past pillar to post. No one seems to want to take ownership. The last email was to carphone warehouse who said I past my 14 days cooling off period and to get in touch with my provider. It had only been 10 days for them and the operator had told me 30 days. I want to cancel, I feel I'm being set upto fail. I haven't had a problem with the service until now. Please help.

I need to a proof of purchase for claiming the offer of a free Fitbit, that came with my Google Pixel 7, but have been unable to find anything.  Please would you advise! 

Purchased S22 ultra on the 30th November and at the time it listed £100 curry's voucher - sadly i didn’t take a screen shot (why would i think i needed to?) my contract does however list - ‘claim up to £100’ it just doesn’t say voucher at the end.I’ve spoken to several people on chat (on the 29th December, 4th/9th/14th/22nd Jan that voucher would be on way.I then asked to be put through to complaints department and someone called back today and advised this wasn’t an offer on the S22 ultra (it clearly was as others on here also haven’t received there's) but they got cut off.Please help…..

Hi -I am trying to get hold of copies of bills from 3 months last year : April, May, June 2022. In July I switched to another provider. Tried logging into my old id mobile account but got a message saying the account had been closed because it was over 6 months ago that I switched to another provider. I just wondered if there is a way to get copies of these old bills?Thanks

Hi I have tried to claim the google fit bit offer after purchasing a Pixel 7. Google want a receipt to show proof and date of purchase. I have sent them the e mails I received but they are not adequate. I bought it online. Where can I get a receipt from? Karen

I would like to pay the remaining months of my contract. The contract is due to finish this September, but I do not know the balance left. I do not know how to do so.

I’ve just changed the ID sim only contract on my daughters phone as she was running out of data.With a few hours, her current sim was loaded with more data.today she received a new sim card in the post.does she need it? The data seems to be already on her old sim, or is this just temporary? 

Hello, I have just recently gotten a new phone which is a contract with ID mobile. I originally had a Sim only deal which I want to transfer this number over to my new contract but as soon as I requested the PAC code it wouldn’t allow me to transfer the old number over. I am unsure if I have done this correct? I could do with a lot of help please thank you 

 i get messages like ‘ unable to connect to internet’. Its not coverage as ive got bars showing good network. This stated happening since i returned from a holiday abroad. Can’t see anything obvious in settings set up. Am on latest Version .

Afternoon I have ported my number over from o2, i can dial out on my phone (iphone 12) and send a text message but i cant receive calls or text’s? I have rest the network on my phone, tried turning on and off again a couple of times but no joy.I have also noticed on the apps dash board it is still showing the original phone numeber not my o2 one.Any help getting this sorted will be great please 😊

I get an MMI error when searching for my IMEI number using *#06#The reason I need the IMEI Is that 'm trying to register my phone with my banks tech insurance, it is saying that either of the two IMEI numbers on my phone are not recognised devices. ​​​​​So *#06# doesn't work and the tech company can't recognise the IMEI either… My phone is a pay monthly pixel 7 pro

I messaged the 85075 number and received the estimated bill remaining on my contract. I made the full payment, does that mean I have completed the contract and no direct debit will be taken out?

All,I have transferred my existing number across to IDmobile yesterday. I am able to make outgoing calls and send texts - however calls to me from other networks receive “you have dialed an incorrect number” and any SMS’s they send do not come through to me. I think there has been an issue with my number port (I have seen similar issues being reported by others recently).Thanks.

Hi,We’re off to the Caribbean next year and visiting the different islands. I’m worried about not having my phone and internet when we’re away to check in with family at home.  does anyone know the charges for Caribbean internet usage or whether I need to buy a new SIM card or something? (Don’t want to do that!) hopefully I will just need to buy additional data from ID?  thank you!

I am using ID network from last couple of years. Last month I got new ID sim only contract. Not able to port from old number to new id number because of same network. So took PAYG sim from LYCA mobile. Swithed onto LYCA on 12 th January. On 14th January I got PAC code from LYCA and tried port back on ID. But encountered error message. On 19th i received following message from ID 'Hi RAJU, we noticed that your account didn't switch over to ID mobile within one working day as planned. So we' re giving you a credit for one-days line rental. If you are still waiting for your number to switch over to ID, don't worry we're working on it and we will text you as soon as it's done".  My original number stopped working. I am using that number from last 15 years. All my accounts registered with that number. PLEASE HELP ME. thanks 🙏🏽 

Hi, I have downloaded the app, used the web version, called 7777 and even called Carphone warehouse for help in ending this contract.  It is sim only, 30 day rolling and the option to cancel does not show up under ‘my account’.  Any thoughts please, and are there any real people employed by ID mobile or is everything automated Thanks!Matt
