I am going travelling for a month and therefore it would be useful if I could get a local SIM to use while I'm there. I read somewhere that all ID phones are unblocked, can anyone confirm this? 

I have just joined the community and already had about 20 emails in my inbox showing that someone has responded to something I have contributed to or a giveaway I have entered.Can someone show or instruct me how to stop these please 

I recently received a text of 3 network claiming they're having trouble with my invoice and it needs sorting otherwise they will end my services with a link that takes me to the apparent 3 network website where they ask for my phone number and address etc. I didn't think much of it at firts because ID mobiles provider is 3 network. But then I realised it could be a scam. Luckily I didn't give my details. I just wanted to know if 3 network would of contacted me if my provider is ID mobile or is it actually a scam? 

I have recently joined the network and am wondering why I am not getting any 5g signal on my note 20 ultra when I had it on my last network?  I have a 5g compatible sim?

Hi can anyone give me a number that I can ring to actually speak to somone.. my account has been suspended due to a late bill… my father passed away last month and hence I haven’t worked as I’ve been off sick so missed the bill. I’m trying to transfer my old number to my new SIM card. I’ve added the details 3 times, but still getting the message ‘We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again’. I’ve tried pasting numbers in, typing numbers in, not left any spaces… But it won’t submit. Getting frustrated already.

I need a proof of purchase pdf including IMEI, make, model, and storage size so that I can get my phone screen repaired.  I have seen a lot of similar posts on here for the same question and it seems a bit nuts I have to create a new thread to ask the same thing rather than have a process i can easily follow, so if someone could message me on the community private messages with how to get the required document that’d be great thanks cheers

My upgrade is due in April but my daughters phone has broken, can I pay it off and upgrade early? Or do I have to pay the cancellation fee but will I be able to get another phone out? Can someone help please! 

On Saturday (31 Dec) I did an upgrade in store.  Was with ID mobile and stayed with ID mobile.  They did everything for me and I was advised that I did not need a new SiIM as I was keeping my old number and that the contract would automatically transfer over.It is essential that I keep my old number and I need to be able to make calls and receive them at all times.I have checked my account and the contacts have been changed and my new plan is showing.However on Sunday (1 Jan) at 12:22 I recieved a text 'Good news! Your new SIM card is now in the process of bring activated shortly, but thus can take up to 24 hours . We'll send you a text to confirm as soon as the activation is complete."Not long after receiving this message I was unable to use the phone.  Emergency calls only.  Not registered on network  I have turned the phone on and off again.  Done restart.  Put the SIM into a different SIM slot.  Put the phone into plane mode for 30+ seconds.  Tried the SIM in a different phone.  Wi

I took out a new contract this week and my phone and sim arrived 4 days ago. I provided ID mobile with my PAC code to change my number and was told there was an issue with the SIM. I now have a new SIM from Currys and that also does not work.  I have had no phone for 4 days and been unable to work because of this situation and the only way to contact anyone is through the useless live chat.  I’ve been told multiple times this week that complaints have been raised and IT are working to fix my issue but every time I get through on live chat I just get told come back in 48 hours.  This company is an absolute shambles and I want to be contacted ASAP. 

Hi, its says on my ID app that I am eligbile for an upgrade in June 2023 but my phone is getting quite faulty now and will cost the same to fix it as to pay off the rest of my contract. Is there any way I can pay the remaining payments then upgrade before June? Many thanks,  Corin

I received a text early yesterday to say my sim is ready to activate. I’ve moved to a cheaper sim only contract with you guys as my phone contract expired. carphone warehouse said I shouldn’t need to do anything and I should be able to carry on using my existing sim, everything should just transfer across as I was already with id network. since I received the text yesterday I have lost signal and I’ve been unable to receive or make calls. The text said it would only take 24 hours. I’ve tried turning my phone on and off multiple times but this hasn’t worked. What do I need to do? thanks, Alicia

I have had an iD account for many years and am a very satisfied customer. Can I use the data on my account on my iPad WiFi+Cellular which has a sim holder?

Hi,My daughters 24m SIM only plan comes to an end in early February. However, as she will be travelling at this time and not returning to the UK until mid-March, just wanting to check what the options will entail when the plan expires:There is already the option to upgrade to a new phone. If she takes this option, will her current SIM remain active until mid-March to be used in her current phone, and then just need to be transferred to the new phone? If she decides to continue on a SIM only plan, again would plan just transfer to the current SIM, or would she receive a new SIM that would need to be activated? If she decided to wait until she returns back to the UK before renewing (i.e. do nothing), does the existing contract then change to a rolling 30 day SIM only? If so, will it be on the same basis as the existing contract?Apologies for the multiple questions, but just want to make sure that she still has phone usage, if only for emergencies!!Many thanks everyone.

Hello, I’m at the end of my tether with this company I’ve had no response from anybody since September 22 it’s now Jan 23 I’m struggling financially and have no coverage I could quite easily kill myself over this situation I’ve suffer with anxiety and I am neuro divergent this is awful service, I rely on my phone to contact my therapist and my support network you are contributing to my mental health issues I am suicidal here!!

so my 24 month contract ends 24th Feb 23monthly contract amount = 31.25got txt from id to say estimated final bill will be 45.23 so where did the extra 13.98 come from? dec bill for period ending 24 jan was paid and receivwed by ID on 6th Jan

When I purchased my phone on the 17th December, part of the reason I did was because of the cashback of £100 promotion, and so I purchased the phone, yet for some reason I cannot see the claim offer on the claim offer page active nor in the expired section. I can only think of only one explanation, that I was lied too. I'm thinking of buying a cellular apple watch. I can see from previous comments and questions that it isn’t possible to use this on the ID network. However, ID uses the 3 network - and it is possible on the 3 network. So how come ID can’t offer this service too? It’s a shame that I’ll have to change my mobile network provider to use a cellular apple watch. Can ID advise on whether this will change soon?

My messages are failing to send and nor receiving messages. The number in my iPhone is. The number received from you not my old ported number. I can’t change it as it says a OTP is needed which obviously I won’t be able to do 

Can I pay my direct debit on the 1st of every month starting February?

Does anyone know the answer. I do not receive notification sounds when I receive a text from an Android phone. If I goes one from another Iphone it works.
