I received an email from idmobile saying my plan will end soon and providing a couple of alternative plans which would suit my needs. However, I can’t find these plans in the app. How do I switch to one of these plans?? Also, all links to the live chat don’t work.

I have moved overseas and need to cancel my ID account. When I log in to the app it says it will send a verification code, which I never receive.

Hopefully you can help me with this too @Mohamad . I purchased an S22 Ultra on 21st November with the trade-in boost offer, but have had nothing further on the trade-in element, despite emailing on the 3rd December, 18th Decemeber and 4th January. Not one reply on the last 2 occasions.

Hello, for the last few days my simcard has been completely not working, my account is all okay through the app and my bill has been paid, but i am unable to call people (every-time i try i get an error message straight away) i am only able to send blue text msgs when i am connected to wifi, green msgs dont send at all and i am unable to use any mobile data, im not sure whats happened and i am unable to contact customer services,any ideas?

I Accideny locked my sim on the mobile data settings, but it won't give me an option to unlock it. Every time I power off or restart my phone it has "Sim card locked" as a notification on my lock screen. I click in the notification and it brings me to where it says "sim card can not be accessed. Please call your network provider to obtain your PUK code" And I enter a code and it says choose a new pin code , after I confirm that pin code it says unlocking then it goes back to saying I need a PUK code . It will not let me call or text anyone with out wifi and won't let me use my mobile data with my sim being locked.

Hi Just wanted to check that when I am on hols in America, I will still be able to receive texts sent from the UK to my normal number, AND be able to reply directly to them (without having to remove the 0 and add +44).   My bank said I should check this as when I use my credit card abroad, they may text to ensure that the transaction is valid. I would be expected to reply to the text to confirm, and prevent my credit card from being temporarily blocked.   My data roaming will be turned off (no affect on SMS I assume) and other than any text from my bank,  I don’t plan on using the phone other than when I’m connected to free WiFi.

I am abroad now and international roaming is on. Two month ago my cap limit was over and since then I could now receive any texts and calls even though my phone show the SIM with local network name. Can any ID Technical Team help me to sort this problem out?

So I bought my phone and the contract while I was at work, unfortunately I’ve put my work email by accident, so all my updates have been coming through my work email and not my personal email.My phone isn’t even here yet and I’ve made a mistake.I can’t find a clear answer on how I can change my email, even if I can do anything about it. It’s not ideal given my profession. Can anyone help me or give me instructions on what to do? Thanks.

I have tried using a hotspot from my sim to access my work VPN when out and about, however it never seems to connect. A bit of investigating has revealed that the issue also occurs on the three networks (which ID mobile uses) and that a way round it with three is to change the APN from “three.co.uk” to “3internet” as that changes the applied NAT wall to allow for VPN traffic to proceed. With ID Mobile, I have contacted the live chat and the only APN they can provide is “id”, but I was wondering whether anyone else has an alternative APN that might work, or if that is not the solution, or maybe a solution that would mean the VPN is not stopped from working by the network provider (ID Mobile). It is a SSL VPN connection to our office via a Draytek router should that info be needed, its not an app like NordVPN etc.

Hi ID, I am currently on my 2nd day sitting at home waiting for my new phone, it is doubtful that it will arrive as I should have been informed by 11am of my 1 hour delivery time slot and the DPD update just says that it is being held at my local depot for the 2nd day. I have already transferred my phone number to my new ID contract so cannot actually call anyone either. Is there anyway that you can help?

Sms texts sent via android not being received on individual numbers?

I appreciate that Android version releases can take a while to reach all qualifying devices, but it's a regular frustration when certain manufacturers hardly release any relevant information relating to upcoming or future releases of the Android operating system.Although Motorola have confirmed which of their devices will receive this update, the Motorola Edge 30 being one such device, they have to date not given any date when this update will be pushed out, why?These manufacturers are always keen to advertise their products, to produce sales, but the lack of relevant information relating to future security patches and Android updates is extremely disappointing!As such, despite liking my Motorola Edge 30, I will be very reluctant in moving to any other Motorola device in the future.

I’ve recently swapped from Three to IdMobile (so the same network), but on making longer calls today, I keep getting the following message being played after a small period of time:Cal failure - "service provider does not support calls to this number"Can anyone help - I’m calling someone who has dementia, so it’s just adding to the confusion on the call itself.

I have just switched to ID mobile. I've received my PAC code from ee but when I enter it it tells me it is wrong. I have tried it on the app and the website multiple times and I am using the exact number I was sent but it still won't work. Can you please help me?

HiOrder reference- 124633292Phone still not delivered despite confirmation of order 19th Dec 2022.Text message received from DPD 22nd Dec 2022 to say it would be delivered that day. Phone not delivered. No card received and we have tried to track on DPD site it says driver unable to leave phone safe and parcel on its way back to Curry’s - parcel number REMOVED Can you please advise when it will be delivered as payment has already been taken for actual phone and I am paying price plan or cancel contract.
