Hi - I’ve read all the hub and help advice.Despite being certain that all the info I am entering in the form is correct, it keeps saying:“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.” I have registered for an online ID account as suggested by some of the help replies but I have explored every last inch of the account details and all sub sections and genuinely cannot find anywhere where I could input this information. If someone could help point me in the right direction to get this sorted, I would be grateful as I have been paying for my old mobile for a few months now as well as my new ID and would like to cancel the old one ASAPMany thanks

So I have the sim, no welcome email, yes I know the new number but I can't register or transfer my old number with my pac code. Super frustrating!!!!

I am unable to make international calls. I have a message which says you have reached your capped limit. How can I pay for an international call as I know I have unlimited calls in UK but not internationally. 

I’ve switched from O2 to ID mobile and I’m unable to change my old number to my new phone. I have entered my PAC code, old number and new number into the ID mobile PAC code system and it isn’t working. Every time it says there’s an error. I’m not sure why all the details are correct. Could use some help. 

Hellocan someone help me confirm whether ID offers only 4g on data roaming or not? I am sure the local carrier is 5g ready but my data roaming is offering only up to 4g speed. thanksYannis

In todays press I noted an article claiming that 'Three' the network used by I.D  Mobile will now charge £2 per day roaming charges Inc Europe.  Is this correct?

I have transferred from EE to ID Mobile and selected to keep my number. The transfer has completed but people are unable to get through when they call me, including someone on EE network. It looks like the port has not been completed properly. Please can someone help fix ASAP, as one of my dependents can not get through to me?!

Will I be charged a pro like rental every month because my bill is £51.99 a month however I was chargerd £67 will I be charged that every month !!! 

I began a new contract with ID just over a month ago. I transferred my old number using PAC code which has worked however when I’m calling people the number that came with the new contract shows and I cannot receive any text messages to the number I have transferred. I’ve tried in vain to talk to an advisor but have had no luck. This is a business phone and I’m losing customers! 

I received a monthly contract sim and I checked if I could get a signal where I live, apparently I can, well I’m not getting a good signal.I’m trying to cancel as it’s a month contract sim only and I’m being informed I’ve got charges to pay.i thought that there was a cooling off period where if I cancelled I would only get charged for my first month??

HiI have SIMonly_mobileA and SIMonly_mobileB for the family to use. Both 10gb, unlimited calls and texts, Rolling 1 month.Basically I have 2 separate ID mobile accounts, one for each SIM.I was logged into both accounts on my PC. I wanted to upgrade SIMonly_mobileA to a better deal (I went for £8, more data 10gb to 30gb, 12 month contract).Somehow the upgrade request has been applied to SIMonly_mobileB, instead of SIMonly_mobileA.Actions:need to cancel the upgrade request against SIMonly_mobileB.Please advise how to get these actions done.Thanks.

So i wanted to stay with ID but get a better deal when upgrading, whilst also keeping my number. So I took advice given to me by this community and the ID sales team and bought a cheap sim so I can port my number twice. So I bought a cheap sim from giff gaff. The giffgaff sim arrived, I ported my number to it, no problem. I then tried to port my sim out of giffgaff to my new Id sim. It appeared it didnt work, but now I have found out from Giffgaff that my number was actually ported out to an ID mobile device but I havent got my number back and my old account is being closed? Do you know what is happening? It seems my old number is completely lost as they told me the number was transferred out on the 16th Jan but I still dont have it. 

Hi I ordered a phone and two year contract SIM, my first bill is due today and have not yet received the phone or SIM. I have logged on to DPD and it just say’s they is a delay, according to there tracking it is being held at the local depot. I have requested delivery and nothing. What do i do? 

I was meant to have my number ported over by today. Still this hasn't happened & it is causing real issues for online banking. Please can someone help?
