because I’ve been abroad a lot, and have my Google Play account elsewhere, it is not able to access the ID app. Anything I can do about this?

I signed up for an IDMobile Sim only deal in Sept 22 and they promised me a £40 voucher for Amazon, Uber Eats or Tesco Giftcard. They have now reneged on the deal and are refusing to honour it. Has anyone else had the same experience?  

Hello, has anyone come across this problem, I moved from EE and ported my number to ID mobile but I can only receive messages from people in my phone book. I am using android and I have tried different messaging apps but still no joy.Thanks

Do you receive a sim when you have just joined id and just set up a contract for a phone monthly or do I need to order the sim? 

I am at the end of my contract and have received an email offering me upgrade options.  When I go to the web site and look at my upgrade options, I want to choose one of the Monthly SIM only deals and it tells me it will “tell me how to keep my number at checkout”.  However there it tells me to use a PAC code.   Other articles I have read on here say that you cannot do an internal PAC, please confirm.  The Web page is VERY misleading in this area.  Can it be done - If it cannot why does the upgrade pages offer me this option and tell me I CAN keep my number?

I have completed the switching form with my PAC code and all of the other information but every time I submit I get an error message to say some of the information is wrong. All of the information has been checked numerous times and is correct.Not sure what to do next?

Hi I am now resident in France I owe my iPhone X Max and have a 02 sim only dealI seem to be getting big charges from 02 up to £50 a month for unfair usage … this after I was told I could continue my U.K. 02 in France without penalties and I believed them as been with them since the original iPhone launch.I want to know if I buy an ID product that:I keep my U.K. number I can use my phone unrestricted up to an example 60Gb in FranceIf I ordered a SIM then it would be delivered to my home in France

Last month, someone committed Identity fraud and set up two phone contract (one with Tesco's and one with ID mobile & Currys). I reported the fraud to tesco mobile who where able to resolve the issue and Currys in-store (ID mobile sister company) and was under the impression that both Currys and ID mobile would investigate the fraud further. I today received a final demand notice from ID mobile which arrived a week later than the posted date and received.There is no way to email ID mobile directly so can we resolve this issue through the community Action fraud number;NFRC230105598353

I found a very good deal online which I could not get via going through ID direct, therefore purchased the plan online thinking it would be possible to keep my number.  I currently have a sim only on ID mobile, and have purchased a new phone and sim deal with ID, but wish to keep the same number. Is this possible at all? If not, I will have to cancel my plan and return the phone and go to another provider which would be a shame. Please can someone confirm.

Good evening - I'm approaching my 6 months with ID and alk bills paid on time in full.I'm somewhat confused - can i upgrade to a phone of my choice, keep my number and that's it.Or is it a credit check and then offer of only phones allowed?  

Probably the worst network as far as getting customer service, their talk bot is rubbish and when you eventually get to the chat line they cannot do simple things.Stuck in a 12 month contract, cant wait for it to end, what a shambles of a company, i would be embarrassed to admit to anyone that i worked for them. Feel sorry for their employees, having to operate such a crap system.
