Why have I got 3 missed payments on my credit report when I cancelled my contract in August and these are all after then?

Hello, I want to know how much is left from my final bill as I've been getting charged in bits rather than all at once and I am not sure how much is left or if it is now fully paid off.Is there a way for me to find out? I don't see a way to find out on the app as I have limited access.  Thank you. 

On your MMS charges explained page (https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/mms-charges) it says if “You use iPhone Messages to send a text to a non-iPhone user that “text get sent as MMS”.Does that mean if I join ID Mobile I will be charged for every text (SMS) message I send to non-iPhone users from my iPhone? Thank you for your time

I am not an ID mobile customer but have just received a letter regarding an account that has been set up in my name. I have recently been a victim of identity theft and have had lots of mobile phone contracts set up using my details with various providers.  The live chat does not work on the IDMobile website and I cannot find an email to contact or a number to call where it is actually possible to speak to someone.  How do I go about reporting this and get the account closed?Thanks

My contract ended with you in July, however I had already paid for whole month so have overpaid you and I’d like it back, I’ve tried phoning to speak to someone, but there is nobody to speak to. Also the live chat is not working.How can I get the money back?

Hi, my 24 month contract is due to finish on January 11th. I don’t want it to continue so I have requested it to be cancelled on December 14th. I tried to cancel it the week before but your app is very confusing and there’s no one but a robot to speak to. Does this mean I will have to pay for the month of January or has my last bill been paid (paid in December)  thanks

I have just arrived in France and the network selection has picked FREE . Issue is the network only shows 1 bar. If I manually select network Orange I get 4 bars My question- by switching off Automatic selection and selecting which network works best in the area. Does that incur any extra chargers from iD mobile ?  please let me know 

Hi, My phone accidentally joined a non-eu network while i was close to the border and quickly reached my £25 credit limit (my own fault for not keeping tabs on it - i know). I can’t now make any chargeable calls or SMS and I have 26 days left on this billing month. How do i increase my credit limit so I can make calls again?

I have been using 2-factor authentication for my twitter account for a long time and it was working fine. A few days ago I couldn’t log onto my account as verification code was not being texted to my phone. I am now receiving this message“Error.We cannot send a text message to this phone number because its operator is not supported.” Has anyone faced this problem before? How can I address this? I’m travelling to NZ on Friday for 8 wks.  All my banking is online.  If I turn my mobile data off and roaming off and only connect to public Wi-Fi will I have charges?  Or is it best to get a new NZ sim for my iPhone 14 ID contract ?   Please help thinking I should have stayed with EE 😳

WIFI calling is turned on, I am connected to WIFI and people cannot hear me well during a phone call although I can hear them perfectly. Sometimes the call drops out too.

How can I pay my final bill?

New SIM card does not work in a supported iPhone, nor in another iPhone that uses ID Moble already.   Do not know mobile number as new to ID Mobile.  Chatbot cannot help and I cannot speak to a real customer services agent to sort this out.  How can this be resolved? 

I will be in Morocco for ten days later this month. Can I use an e-Sim on my iPhone when in Morocco - does ID Mobile permit this?

My new phone was stolen and I requested documents for my sim and phone being blocked. I read the document and they have blocked my old phone not the new one which is a different model and IMEI number. Is there any way to rectify this as I cannot send this to my insurance company?

Unfortunately it seems, as many have discovered, that the iD mobile ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme is a scam.The terms, when you can find them, are ‘between 45 and 90 days’ after the recommendation, your reward should be provided. It never materialises. The ‘check on progress’ information is also misleading as there is NO facility to check on progress. I’m posting this to alert other people to this - essentially, it’s a great way for iD mobile to pick up new custom free of charge. If iD read this and ask to DM me … don’t - just post your comments here so other people are aware of why this scheme doesn’t work.   

I am not a ID Mobile customer and an account has been setup in my name fraudulently through Carphone warehouse. I have recently been a victim of identity theft. I have reported this to my local Police and action fraud police.I have also reported this to the Carphone warehouse team. I need assurances that my credit score is not affected by this and I will no longer be chased for monies I do not owe?I need to get this sorted asap. Since moving to ID I am having extreme issues with network coverage in my home ,I never had this problem with my previous supplier and its driving me mad . I can't make calls in certain rooms anymore... I have to often stand outside it's ridiculous... what do you recommend 

Change to unlimited minutes on 24Niv 2023 I am getting messages stating I am at my limit. Only call my friends on mobiles never premium numbers. why if I am on unlimited calls???

I have been using a contract sim from ID before and have just recently bought another sim from ID again. I’m struggling to transfer my new sim card to my old account as I want to cancel my previous sim.I don’t know how to do so, I was hoping to keep my same old number from ID but it’s not letting me. Please help

My PAC code has successfully been activated and the number is working. However when I message certain people (so not all people) it is coming from a completely different number. (Mobile number). When they ring or text this number, it is invalid. How do I delete this number, or take this number off my SIM so it stops confusing people.I have visited O2 (my previous provider) and Carphone Warehouse and they cannot help me with this problem. (I have a SAMSUNG)  Thanks
