Hi everyone, does anybody know why my direct debit hasn't come out yet? It's due on the 27th/28th of the month, I have money in my account for it and my account is clean (no extra charges/arrears due).

I pay £62.99 a month for a iPhone 14 pro max with unlimited calls/text/data and a £0 cap limit so it’s impossible to go over, I got the phone in October with a £150 upfront payment, I paid my bill in November for £62.99 and everything was fine but I have just received an email saying I owe £81.62 but there had been no missed payments or anything as I pay via direct debit and there is unlimited everything in the contract and not to mention I can’t go over if I could as I have a £0 limit for the cap, how is my bill almost £20 more? It’s only the second month I’ve had the contract?? Not to mention christmas it round the corner, it’s a joke the breakdown of the bill doesn’t explain where the extra £20 comes from either, if this is just an issue then I need it resolving 

Why I am taking ID Mobile to court and why they are the worst company i have ever tried to contact to resolve a situation. 1. They have registered a debt against my name but i have made no purchases from them.2. I have requested proof from their debt collection company. None has been given.3. I have tried to find an email that works, so i can send them an email. None available.4. I have rang their phone. It’s a never ending loop with no way to speak with anyone. 5. I used their live chat. It is not live it is a bot that ends up requesting your ID Mobile phone and account number. I ahve no ID Mobile as I have never purchased anything from them. 6. Due to the debt they registered on my Experian account I have been unable to sell my current house and buy another. 7. I intend to sue for losses of about £100,000 This is my last attempt to try and contact ID Mobile before I commence my court case.  

Hello, my 11 year old autistic daughter accidentally requested £28.50 worth of add-ons last night which I now need to request removal of please as they’re unwanted.

I bought a Nokia 105 and a Id mobile sim through car phone warehouse/Currys. I have put the sim into the phone and it is not working (I can’t make calls or texts). I’ve switched the phone on/off, cleaned the sim etc and still no joy. Any ideas? 

I would like to know if my order is getting prepared and and seeing if it is okay, when i ordered it said it was ready by the 8th of dec but now on your website it says 20th of jan, do i still have to wait till the 20th of jan or will it come on the 8th?

I am not receiving OTP messages from my bank, this in only since I changed to ID MOBILE, I have verified with my bank that they are being sent, this is a network issue, your company has blocked PUSH MESSAGING. Can you advise your course of action please, if you cannot resolve this issue I’ll be forced to cancel my contract as it’s not fit for purpose.RegardsSteve

My new phone was due to be delivered yesterday at 1pm. I tracked it but could see that the driver was miles away all day. At 9pm, despite me being at home, I saw on the tracking service that DPD claimed to have attempted to deliver and, having failed, were returning the phone to Curry’s.  There had been no attempted delivery, no ‘missed delivery’ card and no email offering any further attempts at delivery. I have heard nothing further from DPD, Curry’s or iD mobile but, of course, I am already being charged for the new phone. There doesn’t seem to be anyone I can contact other than through this community. I’d be grateful if someone could contact me with details of what happens next. 

Evening everyone.I moved to ID from O2 and received my new 'phone a week ago. My calls are ported to my old O2 new as is WhatsApp, etc. Texts are being delivered with my new ID number. Can someone help please? Cheers  

HiI ordered a phone today with delivery expected Thursday, but got an email stating delivery would be 3 to 5 days.I going on holiday and won't be able to receive the phone after Friday 2nd December.So I would like to cancel the contract.  

HiIve just taken receipt of a Google Pixel 7, which was supposed to come with £100 Curry's voucher.  Upon opening the package I find I've been given a £50 Wine Voucher, which is no use to me.  I have been on to customer service via live chat and they have suggested to me that I am not eligible for the full amount of voucher but could not explain in any coherence why this would be . Can you please provide an explanation as to why this is even though my email confirmation of order explicitly states I should receive the £100 voucher promotion?If the chat agent is right then I'm afraid it amounts to false advertising and I will be returning the product for a full refund. I almost feel like I've been scammed if this is truly accurate.  Many thanks

I am logged in to my account. Whenever I click to go to the page for entering a STAC, all I get back is:The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. To investigate, I tried the link for the page to enter a PAC. Strange to say, that link works.Also, when I try to go to live chat for help, I also get the same error message.Please tell me what I must do to submit a STAC.(I must say, not very impressed so far with the iDMobile website.)

I am unable to make or receive any call from my ID mobile , my husband has same issue he is also with IDHis other phone is with different provider and works fine. there must be some issues. When dialling call immediately goes to Ended without connecting 

I’ve recently been a victim of fraud, someone using my details used my name to get a contract on IDMobile, I noticed I’m being charged this direct debt under the name IDMobile  and I’ve never heard of IDMobile until I saw it being charged to my bank account, I don’t know what to do, I’ve emailed IDMobile and they emailed back telling me a need to set a the debit account again.  Not very helpful. 

I entered my PAC number yesterday to transfer my existing number to my new ID mobile plan and it still hasn’t transferred. How long does it normally take? 

HelloI am in Japan and I tried to call to UK number or phone to Japan but it does not work.Also I have tried to call to me but it say “do not recognize the number”.International call is enabled on id mobile app. also there is  a ¾ bars with “docomo” Japanese mobile carrier. It was the same in October when I came to Japan. How can make my phone work so that I can make or receive calls in Japan?     

I have cancelled my contract with ID but kept my UK sim in a dual sim phone like i did back in 2020 with my Vodafone sim. Last time also out of contract my UK Vodafone sim could still receive OTP sms messages whilst my foreign sim contract works in the other sim slot. Ofcourse OTP sms' are free so why can I not receive them anymore with my ID simcard?  Also getting the notification that my sim is not provisioned. Has ID deactivated my sim because I am no longer on a monthly plan? Can they do this. I have had this phone number for over 10 years all of my accounts are linked to it. -I have both SIM cards enabled in SIM manager.-sim2 (UK~ ID mobile) turns off every time i restart.-OTP SMS still worked while i was abroad with roaming off but still inside monthly plan with no extra costs arrising.

As I live in Dubai and other countries not in the EU part of the year, I wanted to check if my phone would work as it would in the UK with iD if I joined. Thank you

Would be great if someone could help me with the following problem: Until last week I was on a £5 a month, 1GB sim-only contract. I never had any issues with billing, my direct debit was always £5 + the occasional top-up, which was always correct. My billing period would always be from the 20th of one month to the 19th of the next. On the 16th of November I upgraded my package to an £18 per month deal with unlimited data. As far as I understood it, my bill for November would be £5 for my old package + a pro-rata rate for the new package from the 16th - 19th of November.  On the 21st I received a bill for £19.71, for the 16th November to the 19th December, payable by the 4th of December. This amount appears to be correct (basic package cost of £18 + pro rata days), but I’m not sure why my contract has switched to paying upfront, rather than after the billing period.  Most importantly, however, on my ID mobile account it also says my next bill will be for the period of November 20th - De

I would like to cancel my sim only order but I am unable to get any of the chat agents on as the transfer to live agent keeps failing every time I try. Can someone here please help?  Reason for cancellation is the speed available is extremely low for a 4G connection (less than 5mbps on average) when another provide in the same phone is able to get over 35mbps.

I'm planning on ending my contract early and requesting my PAC code and was wondering how long it takes for my account to be disconnected and my final bill issued to me. I'm seen it mentioned that it take 30 days from requesting to end your contract but with a PAC code is it instant? Also will my final bill be paid automatically like it is monthly or will I need to go into the app and pay it manually? If manual will I have a certain amount of time to pay it?  Thank you.
