The account I have with ID is for my daughter’s phone. I want to get her an upgrade with new handset as a Christmas present but obviously don’t want her to know about it until then. Last time I did an upgrade there were texts sent to her for change in contract and about the phone being delivered. Is it possible to stop these, or to get ID to send them to a number that is not the number on the contract?

HiI’ve upgraded my ID mobile plan and moved from an iPhone 11 to a 13.When I insert the existing sim I get a message saying the sim isn’t supported.The previous phone was unlocked.Advice please!

I've recently joined ID and am really happy with it so far. I've set my ID App for biometric log-in (fingerprint) and it works fine. My wife has now joined ID too but biometric log-in is not shown as an option on the 'Log-in Preference' screen. My wife's phone has face recognition enabled and all the support articles say that you can use fingerprint or face recognition. I've checked everything I can think of within the ID account and phone settings and still no joy.Has anyone else encountered this issue and fixed it?Would also be good to have confirmation from anyone with a Pixel 4XL that they have successfully enabled face recognition log-in to the ID App.Thanks. 

I've been with Id mobile one week and I already want to leave !! I've swapped my number over from Vodafone and on 14th said it's complete 💯%And still nobody can contact me on my number but... I can text and call them with my number . WTF is going on .. I've turned off my phone took out the SIM and tried everything I can with no luck can't even get to talk to someone !! 

I already have an account associated with my own email, I sign in with this email, for my son's sim only account. My son also has an email address that I can see once I have logged in, can you please change my login to my son's i.e. so that to login to his account, he logs in with his email address and not mine?I think that this will make it easier for me to use my own email address with my new id account.

I recently purchased a black Friday deal through USwitch on a Google Pixel 7 Pro and with ID. The deal is/was Google Pixel 7 Pro in Obsidian, Unlimited Minutes and Texts and 100GB of data for £9 Upfront and then £35.99 per month after on a 24 month contract. I am already a customer with ID but could not find this particular black Friday deal anywhere on IDs website to consider just upgrading first so I placed the order through USwitch to get the deal. I would like to keep my original number but I am not sure how to do this now having two ID SIM cards. I also can only view details in app from my 'old' account and not for my new contract purchase. Any help would be much appreciated as I would like to keep my original number that I know by heart and that so many people/businesses have saved under my name. Signed up last November on a 24 month contract. Prices were increased after 1 month. Which I wasn't happy about.Now since July 2022 to present the 4G data / calling is non existant , lucky to get 3G.ID mobile are one of the most unreliable networks anyone can join. Because its cheap doesnt mean its good.Finally used the live chat feature today to report it.1) They will either blame the settings on your device.2) Blame your post code by saying they've checked coverage in your area and is good.3) Then blame the customer by saying you didnt answer your phone when we rang you.........of course because there is no phone signal! Hence the complaint.There is no direct human contact phone number. There is no app complaint form.If the calls / data is non existant how do you get in touch? ID mobile refuse to acknowledge people travel around different locations from where the sim card address is! Cheap piggy back networking with a cheap sim is not a option to take seriously.My question is, what l

I have owned my Motorola Edge 30 for a few months now, great phone, sadly being let down by the lack of security patch releases!My device is still running with security patch 1st August 2022, yet here we are on 22nd November 2022!Motorola have informed me, after providing them with my IMEI, that there is an October 2022 update that has been released by them, however, when this update is made available to me, is dependent on my carrier, not Motorola!As I think we are all aware these days, the security of our devices is paramount! So why on earth is ID Mobile leaving my device vulnerable, by having not released a security patch since 1st August 2022?I have obviously been checking for updates regularly through settings etc and have had automatic update option enabled from day 1!I personally find this totally unacceptable!What's everyone elses opinion on this and are you affected too?Thanks.

I have a holiday home in Yorkshire and spend lots of time there, Two weeks ago I got no signal and contacting ID I was advised to try a new SIM card. This I knew was incorrect because if I drove 5 miles I get service.Three service status confirms an issue with no fix date, my partners o2 sim is fine.So what do I do when I can’t use my unlimited data or receive texts or calls?. sue

I pay for a contract that renews every month (due to renew next week). The contract has unlimited calls and minutes. In the last few days, its not been allowing me to make calls or texts and is saying I’ve reached my capped limit and need to make a payment.I go on the app, it says my contract is still in date, I still have data, and unlimited minutes and calls and the contract is due to renew next week.I haven’t been calling/texting any chargeable numbers, I’ve just been calling 07 numbers. I can’t even ring anyone to solve the issue now. This is very poor service!

My current SIM only 24 month contract expires at end Nov. If I order an ID mobile SIM card on a 12 month contract, when does month 1 actually start?When I order the SIM card this week, allowing for the Royal Mail delivery, OR when I activate the SIM card by putting it in the phone??
