i have up graded my iphone 6 to a iphone 13mini. All of the data has been transferred across but my new phone does not recognise my OLD sim card. 

Saying I have 0 minutes 0 text and Data left whilst roaming. Eventhough I’ve not used any at all. Please can someone help, thank you

Hi, recently ported my number to IDmobile after a decade with Tesco Mobile. Probably got less than 1 spam call a year with Tesco. Since porting to ID I'm getting a call from an Indian call centre asking what phone I have and what contract I'm on every single day.Is this a common experience with ID?Do they have a known problem with leaking lists of customer numbers to these spam calling call centres?  

Himy 24 month contract is due to end on 18th December. I have been given options for updates now on the id mobile app. I’ve seen that you can upgrade 2 months before your contract end date. But I’m looking to switch to a sim only rolling month option so technically a downgrade? It’s says I am able to make that switch now. I just want to know since I’m downgrading, what will happen if I switch now as my contract doesn’t actually end until December. Will I be charged for both contracts at the same time or will I continue paying the Remainder of my contract until December and then it’ll just start on the sim only automatically once it’s ended? hope that makes sense.Thanks Ella 

When I my add on phone due for upgrade please

Hi,I'm wanting to take out phone insurance and it requires my IMEI number. When I checked to see what my IMEI number is, it is giving me two numbers under sim slot 1 and sim slot 2. I only have one SIM card? Some info:I did at one point, when I first received the phone and was checking out my settings, go into network settings and there's a on/off option called 'use sim', I didn't know what it did so clicked it to find out. It made my SIM not work, so I had to take it out of the device and re-enter it to get it to work again. I believe this must have something to do with the two IMEI's but if it is, then how do I know which one is the old and which is the new IMEI number and which one to enter for my insurance.I don't want to get it wrong and down the line not be able to claim on my phone because I put the wrong one in.

I have purchased a memorable number which is retained on a PAYG SIM from a different mobile service provider. I would like to use a PAC to transfer this new number to my ID Mobile pay monthly SIM, but I would like to retain access to the number currently used on that account. The reason for this is that the current number is one I have used for a long time and it's on record with a multitude of online retailers, financial institutions and local services etc. as well as friends and relatives. I will do my best to update everyone with my new number, but it's inevitable that I will miss some and so I would like to keep the old number on a PAYG SIM for a while until such time that I'm confident that I have managed the transition completely. Is this possible, or is the old number always lost if a new number is ported in?

I am in Australia and have accidentally deactivated my ID mobile sim. It now won't let me reactivate it. I deactivated it around the 22nd October. Is there any way I can get my number etc back???Lucy 

I have just switched to ID my old number has ported however when I send text messages it says messages undelivered but the messages are getting to the recipient.  

My 12 month sim only plan ended a few months ago. It was £16 per month, unlimited data. As I haven’t been using much data over the last 12 months, I decided to switch to a cheaper plan with capped data and browsed through “upgrade” options, selected the £8 per month 20Gb data plan, monthly rolling contract. I have an email confirming this is an upgrade (well, technically a downgrade). Remember because you're upgrading, please don't change any of your account details until the process is complete and you've received your confirmation email. This could result in a failed check, which means you'll have to resubmit your order. I am being told a new sim is being sent to me. Why is this happening? Cannot the current sim just switch to the new plan at the end of the current billing cycle? If not, will I need to use the number transfer process? Will the £16 billing automatically stop?

I have taken on my daughters phone as my battery life had gotten really poor, it is the same model a Samsung Galaxy A71. When I inserted the ID Mobile SIM I was asked for a PIN number which I thought was my PIN so I entered it. It said it was wrong so I assumed I had typed it wrong so entered it again. Again it said it was wrong so I figured it must want a different PIN so I googled and it said the default code was 1234 so I tried this.The phone now says it needs an MCK code which I googled and it says it is a Manufacturer unlock code.The phone was previously on Vodafone so I got my daughter to ring them to see if they had the unlock code, they sent her a Network unlock code but this does not unlock the phone.I phoned Samsung and they said that yes the phone would be Manufacturer locked as the Network Lock Code had been entered wrongly 3 times (Turns out I should have got and entered a Network Unlock code first of all and I wouldn't be in this mess). Samsung will not provide MCK codes

Hi how do i get a copy of my proof of purchase?

I have a 24 month unlimited data contract which I took out 29/9/20 so the 24 months has just ended.  I do a lot of roaming in the EU so I am concerned about extra charges under the “open data” policy if I change my contract If I keep my existing contract, will I be exempt from the “open data” charges for roaming? If I change to a new contract, will the “open data” charges start to apply?Thanks in advance for any answers

Hi,I was told by one of your team members to wait until the end of my contract which is today to see if they can give me a better sim only deal. However, there is no deal and I wish to cancel my contract but to cancel they want me to pay for another month of line rental etc, even though I don’t want to use this and will be cancelling today. How can this issue be resolved please so I don’t have to pay another months worth of data and minutes that won’t be used.   

Hi, I have just upgraded from my £6 p/m for 2gb to £8 p/m for 20gb. Will I need to wait for a new sim, or will it just appear on my account?

I have iPhone 13 with 5G in B34 Birmingham the last few weeks I have very poor signals sometimes my phone become offline with unlimited data I turned my phone off and on many times and reset network settings many times but still the same what should I do?

I’ve been contacted by a debt collection agency via email saying I owe iD mobile £20 for not paying for two months. However I have the bills on my iD mobile app, saying money has been received, money has left my bank, and everything seems to be working fine.  I’ve tried using the live chat, but it doesn’t seem to working and comes up with a error message and doesn’t load the page. There’s no phone number I can find anywhere, and I’ve been emailed about it twice. Need some help please! thanks 

Hello there!I have an IPhone 13 I bought almost 3 months ago from a person and it’s been working completely fine until today. The network was showing as unavailable and after trying everything, I went to check the IMEI number and… it seems it’s blacklisted. Has ID mobile anything to do with it?Thanks in advance,Miriam

I got new contract and the sim is not activate 

My sim only contract is due to end in a couple of days. I am travelling abroad before my contract is finished. I went over on the app to see my choices and i was given a few upgrades and selected a 1 month sim only rolling contract to carry me on whilst i am away and when i come back i can consider a 12 month plan. Now my problem is as i will already be travelling would my current sim and current number carry on with the upgraded contract? Or would i be posted a new sim card?  I already opted in for a upgrade thinking my current sim will continue however now in my order confirmation it is stating i will be updated when my order has been despatched. Please help.

Hi, i’ve had my sim card stolen and do not have any idea of the mobile number or what email address it is registered with. I cancelled my direct debit but need a replacement sim card sending out

Could anyone tell me why when I upgraded my phone at currys they are charging me £5 a month more then it costs to upgrade on id mobile on line obviously only found this out after the fact but feeling very ripped off 

I can’t find my transaction id on my Curry’s receipt. There was no invoice in the package delivered. Any suggestions? I also don’t have a. phone yet for the SIM so can’t request the PAC code through the ID site as it requires me to authenticate through the id phone number by sms.
