I’m on the sim only £6 per month plan. Can you tell me how much it cost to make international calls to Portugal landlines and mobiles? I’ve looked on the international charges table but not sure if my plan is considered ‘monthly’ or ‘pay as you go’ and there’s a big price per minute difference when calling a mobiles. Thanks!

Just switched over to IDmobile and in order to use my PAC code it says I need to enter my IDmobile number I was given but I can’t see that on any of the emails a number given to me, and on my sim it’s an 11 digit number that starts with 23 so that can’t be it either?!?

On a £10 per month 60GB plan how much data can you use when roaming?

I have received a sim card over a year ago, I never registered it but I have been paying the monthly contract charge. It was my intention to use the card, but at the time of receiving the card, major issues arose that I had to deal with which took over my time. I forgot I had the sim card until receiving this  n e.mail yesterday. I cannot find the sim card, I have lost it. Can I cancel the monthly payments that I am making  and cancel the card please?

I have just moved from EE to iD - I got a new phone as well. I have transferred all apps etc and all fine. I got a PAC code and this has been accepted however now I seem to have 2 networks connecting. I have mobile connection to iD and primary is connected to EE. I turned to phone off and on again and now primary has changed to business. I have 2 signal bars in the top right of my iPhone as well. When I try to make a call it says “last line no longer available - do you want to call with one of your remaining lines?” I have no idea what any of this means. Can you help?

One version has "2022" at the end of the name and was priced lower, this was confusing as I though their was only a single version. Need to speak with someone had my I'd phone and contract two weeks.  Rubbish signal and I want to return and cancel contract.  But finding it difficult to speak to someone.  Can anyone help

Even when using WiFi to phone ,callers can't always hear me ,there's a break in communication. I get 5g sometimes, but even near mast the connection is poor

Hi, My contract has become eligible for an upgrade and I wish to change my contract to a 1 month sim-only plan but i’m only seeing the 12 month/24 month sim-only options yet if I was a new customer I am able to select a 1 month plan. Can anyone advise me as my only feasible option I can see is to end my contract and port to another provider (which I don't want to do) to get a 1 month plan.

I wanted to use my ID phone sim in a Three Huawei wifi unit whilst in Spain for a week so my wife could connect to it . Whilst it worked in the UK it didn’t work in Spain. I have data roaming turned on and the sim worked in a phone. Any suggestions thanks.

On Saturday I had no signal and at times just 1 bar. I had to take my mother to hospital for a procedure and they were going to call and let me know when I could collect her. There was no signal in the waiting room, very little around the hospital I ended up driving home where again no signal or just 1 bar. This made it a stressful day as I could not be contacted by my mobile. I now have only 1 bar of signal. If this continues I will be changing provider..

Hi,  Wondered if anyone could advise.  I'm currently in Spain, originally UK based,and my data roaming isn't working. Calls and texts are fine.  Please find attached screenshots of my settings.  Any help would be greatly appreciated as I do need data for work. I'm currently having to rely on the hotel WiFi which is less than ideal.

I am new to iD mobile and have just purchased an iPhone 13 with contract I have had constant bad signal to the extent I have not received important calls, I’m getting so fed up saying can you hear me. Any help I would be grateful for, I have tried the airplane mode also taking the sim out but still no luck😡

Ive left 02 and come to ID mobile. I have typed in all the information it asks. Then it says some of the information is wrong. I have re written it over and over I have re checked everything over and over. All the numbers are correct and its still isn't working. 

I recieve a text saying payment is late and log into the app where it says the direct debit wasn’t taken.So I pay manually, which is all cleared within a few minutes.It isn’t giving me the option to add or change direct debit, even though my banking account is fine (paying other things with plenty of money in there so should be working in the first place).An hour later I try to call someone and it instantly forwards to a customer payment helpline saying that I have called the number even though their records show that I’ve paid up to date.So now my phone isn’t working and I have no way to resolve the issue.I also don’t have the option to resolve this next month when I assume this will happen again?

My mother lives in Cyprus and has a Cypriot mobile network phone. What would the charges to this phone be from my UK mobile phone? Are they included if I am in the UK when I am calling her? TIA
