My husband got an new  contract so I had his new sim card and put it in his old phone. Ever since I've had the contract in his phone I haven't had 3g,4g or5g. He always had it when using the phone. We have the same contract. So why do I get bad signal?

I have just moved to sim only deal and thought you just carried on with existing sim but have now received a new sim in post do I have to change it over and how do I get my existing information from my old sim on to my new one 

In February 2020, we took out two SIM only plans, for our two phones. Although they are two contracts/ two numbers/ are invoiced separately, there is just ONE iD account, which is for my phone number.We wish to upgrade BOTH accounts/ numbers, but the account only gives me access to upgrade mine.How do we access the details for my wife’s contract/ number, so we can upgrade that as well?

When i signed up - there was an offer of an Amazon or something voucher - this is now my third month and I still have not received anything. The website contact is almost impossiible to navigate apart from some sort of clueless virtual chat bot .  how do i fnd out when/ if i am going to get one?  thanks

I recently upgraded my SIM-only deal (I was already on a SIM-only deal, and used the app to upgrade to a different SIM-only deal), however I have been sent a new SIM card. Do I need to use this, or can I keep using the old SIM? My new deal appears to be in use on the old SIM, so I’m not sure what the point of the new SIM is?

Hi, I would like to ask if it’s possible to pay off the price for the phone and then keep paying for the actual monthly data?? 

Cancelled ID mobile contract and have received my final bill. Have tried the so called bill payment phone number but it won't give me the option to pay my remaining balance. Am very concerned as only have 14 days to pay but seem to have no way of doing so! Please let me know how I can pay my final bill!Thankyou!Sonja

For the Attention of iD mobileI’m using the latest version of Google Chrome but the Live Chat will not launch. I have followed ALL of the instructions/advice that apply to this situation but with no different result. The SIM that I had been using was in a Mifi router that is now turned off so I cannot (and have not been able to) receive information to the telephone number. I wish to cancel the contract but have not been unable to find a way to contact you. The contract is a monthly contract with a termination notice period of 30 days. Yesterday I posted notification of cancellation of contract via Royal Mail certificate of posting and Royal Mail signed for service.Regards,Steve

charged a final bill even though i returned the handset within 14 days of receiving it .i didn't even place the sim inside the phone. I ordered online and definitely returned the phone within the cooling off period 

I have a monthly contract that ends on Tuesday 23rd Aug but have 40gb left.  If I buy a weeks data add on will the 40gb carry forward?

My wife upgraded her phone with id mobile activated her new sim card but nothing was transferred over like photos and contacts 

The post code on my delivery address was incorrect, DPD were unable to deliver my handset and it now shows as ‘item returned to consignor’. So phone seems to be sent to Currys? I’ve corrected the post code on my ID details, but have no contact regarding redelivery and have no contact details to find out what is happening to my new handset.How do I get my new handset, my new contract has already started. 

Per the title, i turned on call forwarding but now it qont turn off. I get newtork or SIM error and now my number is permanently forwarded

Have recently ported my number into iD Mobile and have been unable to make or receive Wi-Fi calls on my iPhone 12 Pro.  It used to work on my phone with my previous provider, EE.I’ve tried all the suggestions on here, resetting network settings, removing SIM etc.Seem to be a number of users with similar issues.This was particularly irritating while on holiday in the Scilly Isles over the last couple of weeks.If it matters, my home ISP is Zen on an FttP connection.

I have a 60Gb monthly data allowance and this month I’ve received a 51.2 Gb rollover. My latest bill indicates that 8.5Gb of my rollover has expired. How is the amount arrived at ? I changed plan from 40GB to 60Gb on April 30th

I can’t cancel my contract and i’ve been trying for months, I haven’t got my SIM nor have I used it - I don’t even think I ever received this and I cant create my account to cancel the contract I have already paid £18 worth on a SIM I have never used and now I am being chased for anoither £12, I have tried to get into contact with iD mobile so many times but I either don’t get through or don’t get a useful response I am not happy with paying this extra fee as you will be able to see this SIM hasnt even been used and it has caused a lot of stress to my mental health  please can someone contact me and get it cancelled? 

After I made my purchase online It said your order is now being processed and it gave me a order number but I've not received anything else to say if it's gone through or when it lol be here 

I have have never texted or had any connection to the number 80876...but yet i have been charged 1.50 on numerous times over the last two months ..how do i stop this, and can i claim back the money they have taken?

Please help, my husband has been trying to cancel his contract. There is never a ‘Live Chat’ option available and no-one to talk to over the phone.He just wants to cancel his contract with iD and be left alone. Please help me.

I am on an unlimited data package in uk with roaming enabled. How can I see how much data I am using abroad?   

I have been looking into upgrading my Apple Watch to a cellular version as I am unable to have my phone with me during work hours.  Have ID come up with a cellular plan yet or are they going to?  I would prefer to stay with ID but if they have no plans to offer this service I will have to join another network.
