Hello,Yesterday my phone was stolen and I have already reported it as stolen through the phone line. But when trying to continue the process of reporting it, my password is not working when logging into my account. I can’t change my password because I cannot use the app and it seems to be the only way. Can you help please? I have no idea what to do. 

I am having problems cancelling my account. My phone broke a long time ago so sending a code to the phone doesn’t work. There is no number to call. Please contact me as soon as possible.

I recently upgraded my SIM deal but asked keep phonen number. I am awaiting the new SIM but this morning ID seems to have disabled my number as I can no longer make calls, send texts or use my mobile data (meant this when said roam which assume roaming also broke).I don't understand given I have a existing contract that I have paid for and still has plenty of data and unlimited mins and texts why ID has disabled my SIM without informing me and with no explanation.

I lost my mobile with my ID sim months ago. I've cancelled my account but still owe £5 and ID are chasing me for it. I cant get on my account as I cant remember my password. I cant reset it because a code is automatically sent to my lost phone. I've spent hours on live chat and still no resolution. Now I have emails from ID threatening me with debt collectors! All I want to do is pay the £5!!

Just bought a new iPhone 13, changed sim and details from old iPhone 7 everything working fine except a few days ago, when I leave the house my Wi-Fi says not connected, no internet, emails, text messages or phone calls, works fine at home but as I’m out at work a lot of the time, not much use, as I’m paying for this any (urgent) answers appreciated.

Hi, I’ve been a customer for a while - recently my sim was lost by a family member - I’m not able to log in as I can’t receive a 2fa code and I’m not able to call or chat (which doesn’t work) - has been an extremely frustrating experience - I just want a sim for a service I’ve been paying for 2 months for!

I have ran out of data and would like to change my contract will it kick in straight away 

I have upgraded for sim only deal, my question is it says 24 months contract, if I will want another deal let's say get a deal with the device, will I be able to switch before 24 months end?

I have read to get a replacement SIM to use the chat bot but have been unable to access the chat on my phone or laptop. What other way can I order a replacement SIM without the chat?  

My partner has just changed to ID on a pay as you go.I register her onto her mobile ID app tonight and transferred her number over.But still can't receive calls from out with the ID network.

Trying to move over my old number from contract to my new ID account and the form page is saying the PAC code is incorrect but it isn’t  Need help 

HiThinking of coming over to ID from Three and just checking I understand everything.If I’m on holiday abroad for a month or two, does my previous month’s unused data still rollover and can I use that in addition to my fair usage allowance or would I lose it? The allowance seems really light compared to other providers.Any other pros and cons you experienced users are able to share about ID Mobile?Thanks x

Can someone contact me regarding the death of an account holder, please?

My father (the account holder) has died and we want to close his account. There is currently a backlog, meaning that we have been unable to find out when we can expect to collect the death certificate. I’m wondering how we ‘notify’ his death so that payment can be paused pending receipt of the death certificate - your own guidance seems to suggest this is possible (see quote below), but I can only find the address to send the copy of the death certificate to, not anything about how to notify you of his death before we have received the certificate.“Once we receive notification that the account holder has passed away, we’ll put any collection of money on hold for 21 days. Once we receive the death certificate and process this evidence, we will disconnect the account and de-activate the direct debit within 72 hours.”

I recently upgraded my package. Received new Sim and activated it but my phone says the card has been rejected.  

On 5 April I received two very short calls from a  number I did not recognize. I did not answer these calls. My next bill showed that I had been charged a total of £4.90 for two calls made to this number. These two calls overlapped in time. A search of the Internet suggested that the calls came from Samoa. Clearly someone had hacked into the ID phone system. What action will ID Mobile take to prevent this happening again? What action do I need to take to receive a refund for these charges?

Can’t call ID as phone is stolen. 

Hi,I have switched my accounts four days from the of the billing cycle to a new plan with more data. It says the data between the two plans is allocated on a pro rata basis until it goes to a completely new month when everything is one the new plan.When logging in to the account, it tells me that there’s about 3.8 GBs left on the account after doing the pro-rata. However I cannot connect to the internet (roaming abroad) now if using mobile data, it’s treating it as if the data has run out on the old account despite indicating there is 3.8 GBs left because of the new plan.Can’t get any live agents to sort this out as the link never works/connects. What can I do to get online?

I know that the primary reason for using data roaming is when your travelling abroad.I have poor signal using my ID sim card where I'd constantly have full bars with my previous provider.In my phone settings I've enable data roaming and under the select network operators manually setting more UK networks have popped up.Does this mean If I set it to automatic that I can use other UK network operators in areas that I'd otherwise have a poor signal with ID, if so would this incur additional charges as UK is not listed within the band 1 or 2 countries list.Or is data roaming strictly for abroad and has no effect within your own country?Had 4 bars with EE and now I have 1 bar in pretty much every location, this is a brand new sim/handset with a transferred number so possibly a faulty sim?
