So I ordered and picked up my new phone online in carphone warehouse. I can't find anywhere my new number or transaction number. All I have is my order number on the email confirmation and dispatch. Is there anything I'm missing to get it.   Thanks.

My Mum has recently passed away and I need to close her ID Mobile account.  This topic comes up several times on the community page but there are no answers telling you how to do this.  Please help.  

I have a Netgear Nighthawk M5 (MR5200) router.  I have it set to Automatic Time Zone and the time is out by an hour. currently 22:17 at the time of writing and the device time is at 21:17.  I would need to set as manual time zone and set it to UTC(+1) to correct it, however doing so is escalating an existing issue where the device is not registering on the network without the aid of an external antenna.  Still testing if the time is restricting access to the network.  Might try putting my 3 sim in the device and see if the time correct, I seem to remember yesterday when I got the device, the time was correct on 3.

I got 2 loads of emails with different order numbers ! 2 different phone numbers have come . Received one sim! what is going on ?

I just recently got a phone with a SIM from ID, it has unlimited calls and texts, 50mb of data. I am in Cyprus (south) , which is a tier 1 location, part of the EU. However I am being charged for every call and message I make to the UK. Why??? (The UK is my home country) Without even noticing I racked up a bill of over £100 for the month so far. Is there a way to stop these charges and have it use the allowance?

I recently took out a contract with ID for my daughter after they were recommended for reliable roaming services. Her University course is giving her 1 semester (just over 3 months) at a partner European University, she’ll then be permanently back to the UK to finish her course. I’m trying to find out if this time period is covered by her roaming service without incurring any additional costs or if I need to contact someone to provide info? I don’t want her staying overseas and receiving concerning messages about surcharges etc. Can anyone advise? Thanks

I’ve recently transferred to id mobile from ee. Something is wrong with the text messagaing even after a couple of weeks. Some, buit not all my text messages, go to my old android phone. I can make and receive calls on my iphone, and send texts which are received, but some numbers only send texts to my old phone .What’s going on, and how do I fiux this?many thanksJames

Will I have to give my phone back or trade it in if I cancel my plan early and look for another plan with a new phone with yourselves 

Please could someone help with an urgent problem I have.   After removing my Sim from my phone to see if worked in another phone, I’m now getting a NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK message.  Phone will not allow to ring out or receive calls, texts or internet.  Desperate to get this back up and running due to my childminding parents message through each day.  Things I have tried to help is: removed Sim to see if dislodged and reinserted, Soft reset on phone. Turned Off/On, checked Area coverage (Very Good) Would try in another phone but none in house. Thank you for any help.xx

I have just ordered a mobile phone with your company. At no point did it mention the phone was out of stock. there is no update when the phone will be in stock…..not great really when I don’t know when I will actually get a phone or nothing was mentioned before I made the order !

I have poor signal/ more often no signal for a few weeks and I dont receive 5g internet anymore at my home . maximum speed I receive is 7 or 8 mb ps and just I have 1 signal anthen all the time ,I tried to some where else but it seems problem it is network from my postcode.its start from 3 weeks ago but today its worth I couldnt any have normal call all the time voice come and go.please check and let me know whats a problem and when will be fix.Best Regards 

Hi, I have 1 day left on my 24  month contract and have upgraded to a SiM only monthly payment deal. Do I actually a  new SIM card or do I just switch to the new contract? I do t want to be charged twice so how can I be sure I end my original contract please? I have read other questions but am still unclear. Thanks Cheryl 

I’ve ordered two sim upgrades for different phones, each with a different amount of monthly data.  One sim card has been received so far, how can I find out which phone it’s for?  There’s no documentation, just a card in the envelope with the sim stuck to it.  I have the long number on the card and the shorter number on the sim, how do I identify which phone and data amount this is for?Thank you :-)

I have a Vigor 2862Vac Router that will allow me to use a USB dongle to distribute the internet signal to my devices. I am going to use the wired connection of the router.  I don’t want to use the wifi.Does ID sell a USB dongle package that will allow this option? 

Sorry if that didn’t make sense. I’m moving to 3 mobile, I know 3 is the parent company of ID so can I leave early and keep my number all the same or is it the same as moving to any new provider that I’ll need to wait until my contract ends and have a PAC code etc? Thanks :)
