I do not understand why I have been charged £5 for ‘rest of world’ when mobile data and roaming were both switched off.  I have been abroad (Uganda) but have only used free wi-fi whilst away.  I did get two texts while I was away saying that you’d noticed I was overseas and that charges could be expensive.  At that point (15th and 21st September) I double checked to make sure that all settings were correct, and they were.   Why did I get charged?  And what do I have to do to get the charge cancelled? Thank you. 

I advise anyone viewing here not to take out a contract with ID the network signal and service is completely shocking and the worst by an extreme amount I've experienced in the last 10 years.Why is it so bad, how is it legal for it to be so poor? I can't hold normal telephone conversations without myself cutting out to others on the phone and network dropping, I tend to always have 1-2 bar signal and spend several minutes trying to load up connections to apps, stopping everyday life in 2022 struggling to use online banking etc.How is it so poor and is it possible for us to get out of a contract for it being so shocking?

I have received an additional charge of £1.92 when calling my friends mobile in Belgium yeaterday.  Belgium is included in the ‘roaming’ countries, so why the charge?

iPhone 14 Pro arrived today and it’s faulty. It won’t switch back on again in the middle of the data transfer. Can you please replace this asap and contact me. 

I am iD sim only, happy so put husband on same last week. He was previously on Vodafone.All is good except I cannot send him a text- it won't deliver, he can send to me but I can't reply. I can phone him and send what's app messages. I can text all my other contacts.What has happened and how can I fix it? Both phones Samsung. 

My contract is coming to an end and wish to upgrade to SIM only.  What is the difference between 12 and 1 month SIM options when they are the same monthly price of £6? If I select 1 month,  will have have to renew at the end of each month?  Also can I be assured I will keep my same mobile number provided I login into my account to order the SIM? 

Hi, I joined ID mobile on the 20th of November, I was charged £10 (which is my monthly payment) on the 20th of November and charged another £10 on the 23rd of November. The same happened in December. On the 20th i wqs charged £10 and on the 23rd of December i was charged £10 again. I've checked my billing and I'm due to be charged £20 again in January. It states I have an outstanding payment however I've not used any extra features for you guys to charge me. Can i get a refund and just be charged the amount we agreed I would be charged. Which is £10 a month. Thank you

Last Thursday I moved house and am having a huge amunt of issues with my Pixel 6 which I purchased from ID mobile last December. A large number of calls are just not getting through and the 4G is extremely intermittent. I don’t have Wifi at the moment because it’s not being installed until Monday 19th so this situation really is impossible for me. Even after I get wifi, it’s not going to work for me not being able to get texts or calls as they don’t all connect using Wifi.I work from home so this is already impacting hugely on my business. The network coverage map shows strong signal here but that simply isn’t the case. I have tried everything I can via my phone but when the signal comes back it quickly disappears again. Please tell me what i can do and if there is nothing else I will need to cancel my phone contract as this situation is untenable for me for another 16 months

Have a 5G enable phone ( iPhone SE 3 gen) with 5G enable settings (5G auto) and in 5G covering area but don’t get 5G signal on my phone signal bar, why?

ive had my id sim for years and recently i lost my sim during a transfer of providers. so i needed to get a new one for my PAC number. for that i need to text using the id mobile sim therefore i must activate so i tried to register. i put in the correct details and it doesnt let me register saying its wrong. i need this activated urgently!!!!

I switched to ID about a month ago with my old number and all was well, but since this Monday I can’t see any caller’s number.One of them was my wife who is also on ID and could always see her number, so I know for sure that it’s not a withheld number, but I’m pretty sure the rest weren’t either.Why could this happen? Is there a setting or something I can check before contacting support? Thanks in advance!  

I have followed the iD guide but it seems to have loads missing Server address/MCC etc, can someone please give me the full setting? Ta

I don’t understand why my bill is £10.00 more than agreed.  Two months ago, I signed up to a phone contact for £37.99 a month. The last few bills I’ve had are for £47.99.  my allowance isn’t used up and I haven’t used any premium numbers, sent picture messages or called outside of the UK.  Please can you confirm why this is happening? 

Hi,I have recently signed up to a 24month contract via Carphone Warehouse which includes a new phone.The new phone and IDMobile SIM card were delivered last week, however on inserting the SIM card it does not register any network. I have tried all the steps mentioned in previous posts including restarting the phone, cleaning the SIM etc and the connectivity in this area is good.On signing up to the contract I received a document from Carphone Warehouse/IDMobile outlining the contract terms, but I have not received any email from IDMobile showing a mobile number or QR code to enable me to activate the SIM. I am unable to register for the IDMobile account as I do not know the phone number and obviously when I try calling from the phone it simply says ‘not registered on network’.Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,I am looking to purchase Iphone 14 pro max and use trade in service, however these iphones won't be in stock until 5th of October, and according to trade in t&c I have to send my old phone within 14 days from making my purchase. This does not make sense, it should be 14 days from receiving your new handset. I won't be able to transfer my data between smartphones like I usually did, and would be left without the phone. I recently checked the app because I've had no data at all and unable to connect to any signal masts even manually. It says I left iD on the 3rd, the same date I actually started my contract. I got it through carphone warehouse. It's worked for a week so far since the 3rd but stopped working yesterday after like 5 days. Is there somewhere I can tell iD I don't want to cancel and never asked to cancel?

Hi Guys, There are two versions of Samsung Galaxy S21 FE available to order: Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5GSamsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G 2022 The first one looks to have the Snapdragon 888 chipset, there is no information on the 2022 version. Can anyone clarify that 1) the first version does indeed contain Snapdragon 888 and 2) Which chipset is in the 2022 version - is it Snapdragon 888 or Exynos 2100? Thanks
