Samsung phone - calls all work fine but text messages are showing the original sim number not the ported numberHave checked settings - it shows my correct ported numberCannot find anywhere else where I can change this. Any advice? 

As per I’d like to be removed. I’d also like to know what BS excuse ID is using. Please explain which exemption you are using and why you think that is appropriate so I can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office to complain.

Hello, I have just bought a tablet and I’m hoping to link it in with my ID account so I can use the data when I go away from home. I can’t see anywhere on the website as to how I can do this; can anyone give me some advice please? I have a monthly payment plan.Thank you

I want to transfer my number over to my new SIM provider, but when I gave them the new PAC code that I was given by ID, they said it was appearing on their system as cancelled. Not expired, but cancelled.Any ideas? Thank you!   

HOW do you speak or chat with someone at ID? It seems impossible. The chat links never work. I have tried via my mobile and my pc, using all the browsers I have, and nothing works. Chat is NEVER available. I have a serious problem with my new sim and I NEED to speak to someone at ID about it NOW. How do you make chat work, or else, is there a phone number that I can call where I can speak to a human being. ID seem fine until there is a problem or you need to speak to them. When that happens, I have never encountered a worse support system.  

Hi, I followed all instructions to transfer my old number.  Error with PAC, please see screen shot. Can someone help please.  I have triple check the details and they are all correct!  This process has always been straight forward on all my previous networks. And also i am only on 4G not the 5G i am getting charged for!  Or I will be cancelling my contract because of NO support <Image removed> 

I have an iPhone 13 which is 9 months old on 24 contract with iD. Over last 4 weeks, battery has been overheating and not cooling down.Phone is still under warranty and I have been trying to organise a repair with curry’s as per iD’s article however no where to book repair on the link they suggest using. Contacted Currys and no response.Can anyone advise how to book repair with Curry’s? 

I set up an account for my wife using your invite your friends and family etc. the account was for a sim only. I set a direct Debit and went through all the procedures and the account is now up and running . what we thought was odd is that we were getting two identical emails from  ID mobile.Then when the sim arrived there were two of them. Checking our bank account this morning we noticed that  there were now 3 direct debits from Id mobile, my original one and two more for the account I’d just set up for my wife. I deleted one of them hoping this would fix the problem.It’s very hard to fix a problem like this when you can’t talk to anyone.

I have successfully ported in my old number to my ID mobile sim but recently it has stated to show my temporary ID mobile number when I send a text to anyone.It is also an android phone.Why is this?

Hi, I use my id SIM card in a mobile Wi-Fi dongle unit which means I can’t get the text messages or emails , is there a way round this ? 

The phone I ordered that stated 'in-stock' on the website is delayed in its delivery. How do I contact someone about this to either chose in in stock colour or cancel? I cannot wait for the phone to be restocked!

I have had a text from my bank asking me to confirm a transaction i attempted by replying Y to a message sent from the number 60174. When i then receive the confirmation request text from that number and reply i get a “Failed”, “can’t send message”. I understand this number may need to be unblocked at your end. thanks.

When I ask for a PAC I receive a message saying oops something went wrongI just want to leave and take my number. Why is it so difficult,  no numbers to call the bot doesn’t work. Why are you refusing to let me go?

I have just upgraded my wifes and my phones, the sim is activated on mine but not on my wifes. Both phones are on 1 account (eg: I pay for both) both contracts were sent to my email address. My wife cannot create an account or log in as it keeps saying wrong username/password and even when I got the 8 digit code and attempted to enter a new password I got the message I have used an incorrect symbol (the password/s entered were purely letters and numbers nothing else). In a nutshell I want her sim activated and she wishes to register/login to her account even if it means deleting existing account and starting afresh. I can log in, but I can only see my phone account and not that of my wifes. Finally I have to say how absolutely appalling your customer service is, I cannot speak to anyone, your automated phone system does not address any problems and cuts you off, and your chat bot has the intelligence of a moth, if I had known I was going to have these problems I would have gone elsewhe

I ordered a SIM, the SIM coud only be delivered by DPD when I was away for work and so now the order has been recalled, I just want my SIM delivered to me ASAP. I do not know why the order was recalled and why DPD didn’t just sent the order to a collection point?

Hi.  How can I return my pixel 6 as it is the worst phone I have ever had the displeasure of using. It keeps freezing constantly, dropping out of android auto, crashing, the battery life won't last half a day, the phone gets red hot even when no apps are running, it keeps dropping internet connection, there's no way of hiding files and folder or pictures (very poor operating system from Google) it takes ages to charge even though I bought Google's fast charger, the screen won't light up when answering calls, every part of using this phone is a joke.Please tell me how I can return it and what other phone brand options I can choose from to continue my contract. Thankyou. Ben.    

At home, the signal isn’t great in the house (lots of low emissivity windows blocking everything). That’s not a problem as the wifi calling works wonderfully well.The gripe I have is that if there’s even a little mobile signal, the phone prefers that signal to the wifi. The signal is enough to make the phone switch to it, but not enough to actually hold a call.The preferences settings on the phone (Pixel 6 Pro, Android 13) are greyed out, so I can’t tell the phone to prefer wifi calling rather than the mobile signal.I CAN switch plane mode on, then wifi back on - and that works, but it’s a drag to have do this every time I go from outside to inside. It’s something I would very much expect to not have to do all the time.Is this something on the ID side, or is it an android 13 bug? I’ve already tried all the other internet fixes, and apart from the plane mode switch, I can’t get access to any meaningful setting.Any ideas? Thanks a lot in advance!

Is there any particular reason APART from trying to prevent customers leaving, that IDMOBILE do not respond to online queries, emails, private messages on this site, or voice messages??I have given sufficient CANCELLATION OF 2 SIM ONLY CONTRACTS notice, numerous times now, WHILST I am still in my 14 day cancellation period.I have photographic evidence of ALL this. Please stop sending passive aggressive emails about legal action as I cancelled both direct Debits. If I continue to receive those email, I am more than happy to take this to the Ombudsmen and local press as IDMOBILE make it virtually impossible to contact them for cancellation or even assistance. Once again, please could someone let me know if Order No: 122865900   & Order No: 122866300 have BOTH BEEN CANCELLED. A   

I’ve read that the new iPhone 14 range are eSIM only and I’ve noticed that ID are showing them for pre-order. Does this mean that ID Mobile will be supporting eSIM’s? I will be getting an iPhone 14 pro and was hoping that I will not be forced to move to a different network!

I have had a SIM only plan for several years. It’s a 1 month contract at £7 per month. I receive 5gb data (even though my account states 2.5gb) plus 500 minutes and 5000 texts.I see that iD Mobile are offering 12GB of data with unlimited texts and minutes for £7 per month on a 1 month contract (the same as I am currently paying) - or even 20GB for just a pound more at £8 per month.How can I change my plan to one of the above and still remain on a 1 month contract?

I am travelling to Kenya this week and wondered if i can add Roaming to my package for when I am out there - I want to send pictures and videos home via Whats app - is this possible?
