Hi there I placed an order for a new phone on the 05/10/22 I received confirmation and my money has been taken from my account. The email stated they would run a credit check and contact me within 24 hours but I’ve not heard anything.I’ve checked all my folders in my emails ive not received a response.

I was in France for two weeks and was supposed to be able to use my data and minutes there but even with roaming switched on and connected to Orange Fr I could not make or receive phone calls or send or receive text messages. Whatsapp worked when on Wifi but I was completely unable to use my phone  functions and could not access any codes from banks, gmail etc sent for two factor authentication. Does anyone have an explanation or solution? Amazed to discover there is no phone number or chat function on ID - basically no customer support at all. I am going to Istanbul tomorrow and am worried about being unable both to access any codes, which will impact my ability to manage money, and communicate with the people I’m meeting there if I get into difficulties. I intend to change my mobile provider as soon as I return home.

When making calls... Either I can't hear other person or they can't hear me. Its a very broken line and you hear half a sentence. I don't have another phone to try sim in. This something that's had been ongoing for ages 

I ordered and iPhone 11 Red over a month ago and was advised it would be arriving on 22nd September, it still hasn’t arrived, and I have had no communications from you since.  Impossible to get in contact with someone as I dont have a mobile number for the phone yet, hence joining you. Please could someone either assist by letting me know the arrival date, or how to cancel this contact. Thank You

My number was meant to transfer on Friday 29th April. I am still unable to make calls or texts as neither number is connecting and your live chat team is absolutely useless. You’re quick to take the first payment out but have been utterly useless at sorting this problem!! I have been told tech support is dealing with it but heard nothing back and when talking to live chat again they have no idea what’s going on and can’t check previous chat history??  ID number 07361 211949 that won’t connect and neither will my old number that was transferred by BT. BT have told me the error is on your end.

Regularly when I dial a number I get the message this number is not on your network  this happens for all the numbers I try to dial I have to switch off my phone to rectify it. Why is this happening? How do I resolve it without turning my phone off?

Hello, as title Iv received a letter saying Iv set up a new account with yourselves which I haven’t. My name and address has been used to fraudulently set this up. Iv been in contact with Action Fraud and have a crime reference number. I briefly spoke to someone on live chat but I want to take this up in a more formal way due to the seriousness of the situation. Could you please get back to me as this needs shutting down straight away.  

I accidentally gave a scammer my number thinking it was my director. I've since blocked the number but do I need to change my number or are any other details in danger because of this?

I have been attempting forover one hour to contact your cusotmer services. iMPOSSIBLE. no advisors on phone. cant log in. tried ringing carphone warehouse.. no reply. so I have cancelled my contract with you. as my network keeps dropping. yesterday and again today. NO texts no phonecalls avaialble. had enough. you will not let any customers contact you. so how are we supposed to resolve problems. I recd a notification from you that my 500 mins allowance had been used since 15th july. nO IT HASNT. i have kept note of phonecalls when the phone was working when i had network.. and i have used in total around 30 minutes. not 500!! had enough of your service or lack of it.  I do not wish to stay with your company. and will get a new supplier as soon as poss.  its outrageous that your company does not take phonecalls. messages emails.. how on earth are customers supposed to contact you. ridiculous. you have breached your contract with me. as had no network for most of yesteray and today

I have been using iD Mobile without problems for 3 or 4 years, then a couple of weeks ago i noticed that there was no signal and an error kept cropping up if I tried to make a call.i left it for a couple of days then decided to investigate.i don’t know how ..but I eventually got to a chat line on the iD Mobile site and was told i had an old SIM. A replacement would be sent to me. This arrived on Sunday. I installed it but a message stated that it can take up to 24 hours until it  will work.A few hours later I get a text from iD Mobile saying all is OK.Great, i assumed that would be that .. i made a couple of calls to check .. all fineYesterday I note the same  .. somebody said he tried to ring me without any luck. A text was sent which i received over 2 hours laterAgain now, not signal is showing. Hi, I’ve just been told by an advisor that this is not possible but just wanted to check… I recently switched from ID to SKY but now want to come back to ID mobile (wifi calling). i have already ordered a sim and have it here but when i see my online account it has my old number (the one i want to bring back) and says i have a limited view of the account for 6m.  Is there really no way to bring back the mobile number to ID mobile? Thanks!

Hi all, I'm a newbie here and I just purchased a £10 30 day rolling SIM. There was no mention of any RPI increase when added to basket or when I done the checkout. It was after when I looked at the contract that the plan would go up 78p from next April. I know it's not a lot but on the community it was said by some staff member that "there would be no price increase on 30 day, 12 and 24 months SIM only deals". I feel I have been misled by this and I'm wanting anyone's response what I should do next. Leave or stay with id mobile. I can't chat to them as I need some sort of pin which I haven't got. Any help is appreciated.👍RegardsGary

Hi. I've been due an upgrade since August '22. After adding a phone to basket and going through bank details to verify identity and take 1p, a pop up tells me it looks like my details don't match up. I've tried a few times now and know my details are correct. I pay by DD and after checking my details in my account my address matches up too as well as the card I'm trying to pay with. Any advice on how to proceed please? Thank you. 

Hi Guys, Just a quick question… I have just discovered what WiFi Calling is, after searching what the little phone symbol is that randomly appears next to my WiFi symbol. Further digging in to my settings revealed that WiFi Calling is turned on. This is where I’m getting confused… I looked up WiFi Calling on iD Mobile and my phone is not in the ‘compatible phones’ drop down box. I don’t understand. I would be grateful if someone could help me understand. Thanks.

I recently took out a SIM only plan for my son and ordered another one yesterday for myself. One of the reasons I did so was because ID Mobile advertised that their SIM only plans were exempt from any annual RPI increases. Screenshot: I see that ID Mobile have removed this fact from their FAQ section and I can now no longer find any mention of it on their website. So it got me wondering... Do ID Mobile plan on increasing SIM only plans in line with RPI annually? If so, will it apply to existing SIM only plans?

Hello, I am having problems making or receiving phone calls, and I am also unable to top up my account.Whether I make or receive a phone call, neither person can hear the other.  If I make or receive a phone call through WhatsApp, I don’t have this problem. Therefore, the problem does NOT appear to be with my phone (iPhone 11) but with the ID network.I am able to send and receive texts through the ID network, so no problem there.Also, I have tried to top up my account at least 6-7 times and that doesn’t work.  I even deleted my debit card info and successfully re-entered it and it still doesn’t work.  So again, something appears to be wrong with ID.Please help.Thank you,Beatrice

HiI have pre ordered an iPhone 14 plus but I have not received any updates. I ordered on September 10 will I be receiving the phone on the date it comes out so the 7thOctober ? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi I need to block my lost phone but can’t find the chat function.

My sim has worked for nearly 2 years, but yesterday I got an intermittent ‘sim locked’ message. Yesterday late morning this was no longer intermittent and my sim is now locked. I’ve not set up a pin or made any changes to my settings so this has come out of the blue.  I have restarted the phone, reinstalled the sim several times and also checked it in my daughter’s phone. It’s still says sim locked.  Any urgent advice would be really appreciated. Thank you. 

I Lost my phone yesterday so reported it but I've found it and need to unblock it. How do I do thus

New user. I have registered with the website. I use a password manager, but the damned thing won’t let me access it. The forgotten password option throws up errors … the whole thing is just a poor UX.How the hell do I get back in?
