Hi,If I purchase an unlimited data sim only. Is there a cap on the data I can use abroad or is the data allowance when roaming unlimited too?ThanksBarry

I switched over my direct debit to a new bank account a few days ago. My monthly £8 DD was paid successfully to ID Mobile from the new bank account on 02/11/2022, but it appears that ID Mobile then returned the £8 to me the same day, despite me having plenty of funds in the account. I only found out about this today, when I received a text message to say my account had been suspended for non-payment. I have paid it immediately through the app to reactivate my account, but I am concerned about whether this will impact my credit score. I am always very careful with payments and have never defaulted on anything. It is extremely frustrating not being able to speak to an actual person about this, and I cannot seem to access the live chat function. Can anyone advise please? I am so far very unimpressed with the lack of customer service with ID Mobile, and am likely to move to a different provider as soon as possible. 

Hi, I referred a friend who bought a 24 month contract which should entitle us to a £30 voucher each, however we have only been sent £15 each. The terms seem quite clear that they are based on the length of the contract, can someone help get this resolved?thanks. sj

Just wondering as i just bought a pixel 7 phone on id, and i went to sell my own phone which was on the three network to find out it was locked, can anyone confirm if ID mobile phones on pay monthly are locked or if they are unlocked ?

just got my new SIM. i have my PAC but can’t find the ID mobile number on any of the emails they sent. need the number to fill the form in.

I have got a new id SIM card, and I have received a PAC code by SMS from my mobile provider. I have  texted PAC to 65075 and received the same PAC, and tried again and it still will not accept the code.

How can I force my phone to use WiFi calling when I am in areas of poor reception.  My office has very little 3G but my phone stays connected rather than switching to WiFi calling.

I signed up online and have been sent 2 SIM cards. I have also noticed that 2 direct debits have been set up on my account. Is it possible that ID has duplicated the order by accident? What is the best way to sort this out? I can not see a customer helpline number anywhere. 

Hi all I've recently signed up to idmobile where I have the pixel 7pro. I'm wondering how I claim my free watch that came with the phone? 

I am transferring 3 BT numbers on a single bt account number to 3 different I'd accounts. The PAC code worked fine for the first number, but is failing for the second number, with an error suggesting the number has already been ported. The surname on bt and I'd accounts are the same, the bt PAC code end date has not passed so wondering why this is failing when it worked for the first number?

Hello, I made an order for a new upgrade as my current phone has broken. I received an email stating ‘We’re sorry but we’ve had to cancel your order (###) as it didn’t pass our internal security checks’ This is very frustrating, as at the beginning of the year I was victim of identity fraud, in which ID Mobile opened an account in my name to someone else. Now when a legitimate order is placed it is cancelled without any further checks completed to ensure it is me, or any other way for me to challenge this cancellation.  Other advice from ID Mobile is to wait 30 days before processing the order - I will not be waiting 30 days to apply again but will be taking my business elsewhere unless this can be resolved, which is a shame as I am generally happy with the service ID Mobile provide. 

I’ve just received my ID sim which is to be used for data only, in a car. I want to set up an account but am unable to receive a text to my sim (the car doesn’t accept texts or calls), I can’t put the sim into a phone as the sim needs to be a micro sim to fit into the car, but I only have phones that take nano sims. how can I set up an ID account?

I've only just joined you,but why have you sent me a PAC code to transfer my number ? I've already brought my old number from my previous provider?

I provided my PAC on Friday, and today, my old SIM has stopped working, so presumably the port has happened.  However, my number has not ported successfully, so no-one can contact me, and I cannot use 2 factor authentications that send a text. It’s impossible to even find how to contact customer service on the ID website, just the useless chat bot. Can anyone advise how to get this resolved as I desperately need my old number to work.

HelpI have Iphone 11 and when callers ring me they can’t hear me and I can’t hear them. If I plug earphones in then they can.  Any ideas? I am within my 14 days cancellation.

I had a contract with id that my grandmother was paying for and now I’ve got a new SIM card that I’m paying for but I want to keep the same number as my other one. I went on the app but it says my requests can’t be submitted. How do I keep the same number?

Do I need to use the SIM I have received or can I continue with my current one? 

I have lost my phone and need a replacement sim card. However, live chat is not working and even though I reported the loss and the phone is blocked, it seems the only way to access my account is to reset the password using a code you send via sms. Obviously I can't access any message sent to the blocked and lost phone. Since live chat doesn't work and I can't access the sms how am I supposed to access my account and request a new sim. I've been trying for an hour and have exhausted every possible option.

I’ve just moved my contract to ID Mobile and my contract says I can ‘Claim Galaxy Buds2’ but can’t see anywhere on the site to do this. Can anyone help/point me in the right direction please?
