I ordered a iPhone 13 pro max and received and email about it being out of stock I found another person with a similar issue and i was told that this item was possibly not coming back into stock but I’ve already paid upfront cost and worried that i’ll have to pay despite me not having iti can’t contact through live chat because I haven’t received the phone number or anything else that might help but i saw on a previous  question they were privately dm’d resolving the issue so wondering if i could get the samemany thanks. 

I have lost my phone, need replacement sim card but can’t remember the password to my ID mobile accountIt says to retrieve my password they will send me a text, but i obviously can’t read the text as i have lost my phone. The live chat bot isn’t helping and these forums suggest you need to email, but then the email is blanked out, I need a new sim asap - help!

As per title, I bought off the iD shop a Motorola Moto G31 because it was listed as a 5G supporting phone. My bad for not having done any further research on the subject, the device DOES NOT support 5G. This is really annoying As I have upgraded my phone only because I need 5G due to my high-demands mobile job, what are my options now? Can I just return it to a Currys? Will that refund me straight away or get me a voucher towards a new purchase?

Hi, I ordered a new phone earlier today without realising that you need to have a separate account for each phone. The order appears to have gone through ok (I received an email saying ‘Success ...Your order is now being processed’). My existing phone plan isn’t due to come to an end until next Summer so what should I do? I don’t really want to cancel the new order and it’s not remotely likely that I’ll need to change my plan on either my new or existing contract (I mostly just use my phone/s at home). Is it ok if I just leave things as they are? What if any problems might it cause for your or I? Thanks.

Hi, I've just joined ID mobile and I'm trying to get a second sim for my sons phone, however I'm struggling with how to do this, I tried to order it but its telling me I'm unable to upgrade yet, even though this isn't what I'm trying to do. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks. 

I’ve recently transferred over from EE and everything was working fine - number transferred over fine. Then today got a pop-up asking if want to keep old number and I said yes. Now I seem to be locked out of the ID network! Carrier is not identifying with ID please can someone help? 

Hi,I placed an order for a phone yesterday and received an email today saying [iD Mobile] still need to speak to me about my order, then I got an email straight after that with my contract summary and info (which I then confirmed to have read and agreed). I tried calling the number given to me but hung up after waiting over half an hour on the line; there was no advising what number in the queue I was in - it wasn’t much incentive to stay on the line and I’m quite busy.Does this sound like I’m going to be turned down for the contract then? FWIW I have good credit rating, nothing untoward on my report. So a bit confused by all this. Hopefully someone here can advise.Many thanks.

Can i use my unlimited data, text, calls SIM in my Vodafone Mobile Wi-Fi dongle, Model R218h as that’s why i ordered the SIM or can i buy a supported wifi dongle device? I recently registered, by putting the SIM card in an old phone to receive texts any advice? My device is a Huawei Model HB434666RBC. I’m on a 12 month pay monthly contract, started 30/09/2022. I’ve been told by Vodafone that the device is unlocked, but I feel I’m limited by what devices ID mobile allow to be used with a SIM card. As I live in the countryside in Northern Ireland and have poor access to Wi-Fi broadband, so a Wi-Fi dongle on 4G is the best affordable solution. Any help would be appreciated, thanks Robert.

Can someone please help me, there is  a £2.20 outstanding amount on my account (which I have now paid). I was told the account was paid up in total and now I am applying for a mortgage to find out it’s declined because of defaults on my credit file! I recently switched to ID Mobile and the connection is very unstable. I use the data for everything this includes gaming, streaming videos, work etc and I never experienced such problems when I was with Vodafone.Every few minutes I would experience a spike in the download and/or upload latency and it’s every noticeable as when gaming I would randomly teleport while having normal ping. This also happens when just using google as the pages wouldn’t load. After a few seconds to minutes the latency would drop and everything works normally.The phone is connected to my PC using USB Tethering and is almost always on full bars of signal using 4G since 5G isn’t available in my area yet.
