Hey  I am at the end of my contact and I am looking to change to sim only deal. How do go about doing this? There is a sim only deal at £12 per month rolling contract does this mean I could change it at any time?  I am looking to do this straight away so please can you get back to me with more information. Thanks  Dan

Just received my phone and sim. I want to port my old number and have a PAC code but there is no sign on ID new mobile number and transaction code so I can register on the app and keep my old number. I’ve checked all e mails - order, confirmation of DD and confirmation of phone despatch but the info is not on there. Thanks

I transferred to ID a few months ago, but I have a problem sending texts. Sometimes they send but are always marked as not delivered.I have read other answers to this problem and have tried both resetting network settings and checking that the number in settings is correct and then restarting but nothing is working.Would appreciate some help.

I have only been with ID for 2 months and I really hate the phone I have chosen, and the network is poor. I want to change my phone when the new Samsung comes out, but will ID let me pay to get out of my contract and go back to my old provider?

Was set up on the wrong contract. Even though paying the amount for the higher contract I'm told it can't be fixed easily and I must return the phone then restart the whole process. Can't believe that you can't switch the contract onto the correct one!  Told to return phone to Currys. Arrive at store told I can't return there. Try to get back in contact with ID mobile, cant get connected on the live chat as too busy.  Stuck with the correct phone, which I can't use, can't return and can't speak to anyone to resolve this problem. What a joke

Hi there I've just placed an order yesterday and thought I'd put the code in to receive the £49.99 off the upfront cost but I've been charged the full amount of £99.99. Do I need to cancel this order and reorder. The phone is currently out of stock so is not due to sent for 2 weeks.  Kind regards Lyndsay Dent

I’ve recently upgrade from a Samsung S7 Edge with ID Mobile to an S22.  ID mobile had a big offers section stating minimum trade in of £150 for you old phone in any condition. However, in the Order Confirmation email received from ID Mobile, the trade in value is estimated at only £40, so now panicking that I’m only going to get £40 and not the £150 minimum I was expecting. Anyone else have any experience of this and know whether they do honour the minimum or you end up getting a reduced amount? Cheers

Hi I ported My number from giffgaff to id mobile and it said it would be done today however it hasnt been done. My old number is disconnected. I cant call it as it says not recognised. Not receiving calls and texts now can I call or text out My iD sim still has its old number I'm trying to get rid of. I can call and text from it but it's not the number I'm bringing over. I've restarted the phone multiple times. Removed and reinserted the sim and still nothing  I need my number as soon as as I cant access my emails or most of my apps as they normally text me to confirm its me and now my number no longer exists !!

Someone has made a fraudulent account in my name at ID mobile! I need to get this sorted asap

Since doing the latest update my battery isn't lasting more than 5 hours, without even using the phone  what can I do? Its a new S22, so disappointed. 

Unable to connect to network. When I ring my phone from another number had message “code and number combination invalid” one time then all times after straight to voicemail. Works ok when connected through a local wifi network. Phone showing bars but when I try to make call says not connected to network, but again can do through wifi.

Put my new sim in my new iPhone 14 purchased direct through apple and says no service? 

Hi, I have recently purchased a new Pay Monthly iD SIM Contract mistakenly and I would like to cancel my contract and Direct Debit, because I have realised that iD Mobile does not allow me to keep my old number registered with my iD Pay as You Go (PAYG) SIM. I have NOT activated my SIM yet; I have only just received it in the post and an email containing the new SIM’s number and details. Therefore, I would like to return my new SIM & cancel my new iD Pay Monthly Direct Debit contract and I would like to stay with my PAYG number instead. Please can you get back to me through Private Message (PM,) so I can share further personal details regarding this issue I am facing. I'm not able to make phone calls at all and can only text certain people that are not on ID. Whenever I text someone it says couldn't send and shows "error 0".When I try to phone someone it puts me through to the ID customer service payment line to tell me my bill has been paid. I've asked on twitter and the reply I got was "I have checked the account and there is no bar on the line" I've noticed a few other people have had this problem on here but there has been no solution on the posts, I've been with ID for years and never had a problem.Can someone help me get to the bottom of this please, thanks.

Please somebody help. I have upgraded to iPhone 14 and switch from EE to I mobile. I’m only getting 3G which is very frustrating. Can anyone help as I don’t seem to be able to contact anyone from i mobile and the live chat isn’t working

I am still having service issues. Is there anyone I can actually speak to on the phone. When my internet isn’t working I have to find wifi that I can use to check the community. Please help as I am trying to work from home and the service is either not working at all or intermittent.

Joined ID mobile 2 weeks ago and requested a PAC to port my old number from 3 mobile.  Have received 2 line rental discounts in recognition that porting has failed in ID Mobile’s service level agreements, but despite chasing progress and raising a formal complaint, ID have still not completed the request.I’m at a loss as to the delay, or ID Mobile’s reluctant to address the issue with any urgency.  I’m unable to validate banking payments, for personal / workplace banking, my number / old sim has ceased working so unable to retrieve texts / calls.  Anything that requires an OTP or set up with mobile / text validation is unusable - home security, software access, PayPal and others...the list goes on.Surely ID Mobile know the importance of transferring a mobile number quickly and painlessly?

I have an existing 30 day SIM-only plan but ordered a Black Friday plan from uSwitch which offered an improved data package but is otherwise identical. I thought this was an acceptable way to upgrade, I don’t want two separate plans. I have now received a new SIM with a different number. Can these two be amalgamated by Customer Services?

I have sim only contract since Feb 2021. I have not had any service/network coverage since Monday Oct 31, however everything was working fine prior to that. I cannot make calls or use data, i am sure i don't need to explain to you the level of inconvenience this is causing me every time i leave my house. I have tried restarting my phone several times as well as putting my phone on airplane mode. I still have 0 bars with a message that says “no service” Please help
